Dual gradient drilling is a pressure-controlled drilling technique that uses two or more pressure gradients to control the wellbore pressure profile. The dual-gradient drilling mode can be realized in many ways, such as a drilling fluid lifting mode by a subsea pump, a drilling mode without a marine riser, a dual-density drilling mode and the like. The working principle of the marine riser-free drilling mode is that a subsea pump is put in, and mud which returns to a wellhead upwards is lifted by the subsea pump and returns to a drilling platform; meanwhile, the discharge capacity of the subsea pump is controlled in real time, so that the pressure of a wellhead is always equal to the pressure of seawater outside the same horizontal plane, and the purpose of dual-gradient drilling is achieved. Although the existing non-riser drilling technology is put into commercial application abroad and obtains good economic effect, the non-riser drilling technology is still in theoretical research and indoor test stages in China due to the blockade of the foreign technology, so that an experimental device is not required to be designed by combining the non-riser drilling principle, and an experimental platform is provided for a key detection and control system of dual-gradient drilling.
