The character wheel group 11, the keyboard group 12 and the switching key 13 form a password device of the lockset of the invention. The character wheel group 11 comprises a plurality of character wheels 111 capable of rotating respectively, and each character wheel 111 is provided with 0-9 numbers; the keypad 12 mainly includes 0-9 number keys 121 and other keys 122, which may be physical keys or virtual keys of a touch screen. The character wheel set 11 and the keypad set 12 control the unlocking and locking of the lock 14 and the lock case 15. The second method comprises the following steps: the character wheel set 11 and the keyboard set 12 are respectively provided with a group of passwords, wherein one group of passwords is a main password, and the other group of passwords is a standby password when the main password cannot be used;
referring to fig. 5, the switch 13 is switched to the first position P1, and the lock controls the lock 14 and the box cover 151 of the lock box 15 to be opened simultaneously by the correct password inputted through the character wheel set 11. If the password of the character wheel set 11 is forgotten or the character wheel set 11 is damaged, the switch key 13 is switched to the second position P2, and the lock controls the lock 14 and the box cover 151 of the lock box 15 to be opened synchronously by the correct password inputted through the keyboard set 12.
In the above example, the password of the character wheel set 11 is used as the main password, and the password of the keyboard set 12 is used as the spare password, but not limited thereto, and vice versa.
