Example 1
As shown in fig. 1-4, a negative pressure deodorization system for a toilet includes a first negative pressure pipe 1, a second negative pressure pipe 2, a third negative pressure pipe 3, a first outer discharge pipe 10, a second outer discharge pipe 11, a third outer discharge pipe 12 and a fan 13, wherein the third outer discharge pipe 12, the second outer discharge pipe 11 and the first outer discharge pipe 10 are sequentially disposed on an air inlet of the fan 13, the third outer discharge pipe 12 is provided with the third negative pressure pipe 3, the second outer discharge pipe 11 is provided with the second negative pressure pipe 2, the first outer discharge pipe 10 is provided with the first negative pressure pipe 1, a second reducer union 16 is disposed between the third outer discharge pipe 12 and the second outer discharge pipe 11, a first reducer union 15 is disposed between the second outer discharge pipe 11 and the first outer discharge pipe 10, and a sealing cover is disposed at an end of the first outer discharge pipe 10 away from the second outer discharge pipe 11.
The end part of the first negative pressure pipe 1 far away from the first outer discharge pipe 10 penetrates through a toilet main body and is connected with a flushing pipe 501 at the lower part of a flushing tank 5, a first raise angle joint 901 is arranged between the first negative pressure pipe 1 and the flushing pipe 501, the end part of the second negative pressure pipe 2 far away from the second outer discharge pipe 11 penetrates through the toilet main body and is connected with a sewer pipe 601 at the lower part of a urinal 6, a second raise angle joint 902 is arranged between the second negative pressure pipe 2 and the sewer pipe 601, a first check valve 801 is arranged in the sewer pipe 601, the end part of the third negative pressure pipe 3 far away from the third outer discharge pipe 12 penetrates through the toilet main body and is connected with a drain pipe 701 at the lower part of a floor drain 7, a third raise angle joint 903 is arranged between the third negative pressure pipe 3 and the drain pipe 701, a second check valve 802 is arranged in the drain pipe 701, and the horizontal height of the first check valve 801 is lower than, the level of the second check valve 802 is lower than the level of the third lift tab 903.
The end part of the first raise angle joint 901 close to the first negative pressure pipe is higher than the end part close to the flushing pipe 501, the end part of the second raise angle joint 902 close to the second negative pressure pipe is higher than the end part close to the sewer pipe 601, and the end part of the third raise angle joint 903 close to the third negative pressure pipe is higher than the end part close to the drain pipe 701.
The water in the flushing tank 5 is from the top down washed away in the flushing pipe 501, and although first raise angle joint 901 communicates with the inside of flushing pipe 501, nevertheless because the raise angle setting of first raise angle joint 901, rivers can not flow back into No. 1 negative pressure pipe, because the sealed of flushing pipe 501 upper portion, the foul smell source of flushing pipe 501 lower part can enter into No. 1 negative pressure pipe smoothly.
The water in the urinal 6 is flushed from top to bottom in the sewer pipe 601, the second raised corner joint 902 is communicated with the interior of the sewer pipe 601, but the water flow cannot flow back into the second negative pressure pipe 2 due to the raised corners of the second raised corner joint 902, and the odor source at the upper part of the sewer pipe 601 can smoothly enter the second negative pressure pipe 2 due to the first check valve 801 arranged at the lower part of the sewer pipe 601.
The floor drain 7 collects accumulated water on the ground of the toilet, the accumulated water flows out along the drain pipe 701, the third raising angle joint 903 is communicated with the inside of the drain pipe 701, water cannot flow back into the third negative pressure pipe 3 due to the raising angle of the third raising angle joint 903, and an odor source on the upper portion of the drain pipe 701 can smoothly enter the third negative pressure pipe 3 due to the fact that the second check valve 802 is arranged on the lower portion of the drain pipe 701.
The inner diameter of the first outer discharge pipe 10 is smaller than that of the second outer discharge pipe 11, the inner diameter of the second outer discharge pipe 11 is smaller than that of the third outer discharge pipe 12, the length of the first negative pressure pipe 1 is larger than that of the second negative pressure pipe 2, the length of the second negative pressure pipe 2 is larger than that of the third negative pressure pipe 3, and because the flushing tank 5, the urinal 6 and the floor drain 7 are positioned in different directions in the toilet, the path length between the fan 13 and the three odor sources is not consistent, in this case, after the fan 13 is electrified to work, the air at the odor source with the shortest path can be preferentially extracted through the third outer discharge pipe 12 and the third negative pressure pipe 3, the third negative pressure pipe 3 with the shortest path length is connected by the third outer discharge pipe 12 with the largest inner diameter, the second outer discharge pipe 11 with the largest inner diameter is connected with the second negative pressure pipe 2, and the first outer discharge pipe 10 with the smallest inner diameter is connected with the first negative pressure pipe 1 with the longest path, and then the velocity of flow of air in balanced every negative pressure pipe reaches the air adsorption to the different position stink sources, reaches balanced effectual deodorization effect.
The negative pressure deodorization system for the toilet is convenient to install, stable to use, obvious in deodorization effect, low in cost and worthy of great popularization.
