Description

Cleaning agent for cleaning recovered PET (polyethylene terephthalate) chips and using method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of resource recycling, in particular to a cleaning agent for cleaning recovered PET fragments and a using method thereof.
Background
Polyethylene terephthalate is prepared by polycondensation of terephthalic acid and oxalic acid, and is generally called polyester or PET, in recent years, PET is largely used for manufacturing packaging bottles, and environmental pollution caused by disposable PET packaging bottles is becoming serious, and the attention of the PET has been attracted worldwide. The recovered waste PET bottles not only can reduce environmental pollution, but also can save resources. The old and useless PET bottle piece of recovery is washd earlier before using, washs the oil stain and the gluing agent on PET bottle piece surface, and current cleaner cleaning ability is relatively weak, and the scavenging period is longer, leads to PET bottle piece to need the scavenging period overlength in the saucepan, and the intrinsic viscosity of granulation is retrieved to the PET piece reduces.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problem that the cleaning agent for cleaning and recovering the PET fragments is easy to deform under the action of environmental stress to cause misoperation, the invention provides the cleaning agent for cleaning and recovering the PET fragments and the use method thereof, which can efficiently remove adhesives and oil stains on the surfaces of the PET fragments, reduce the temperature and time during cleaning, ensure the intrinsic viscosity of PET fragment recovery granulation, and improve the production efficiency.
The invention provides a cleaning agent for cleaning and recovering PET fragments, which consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-15 parts of alkyl glycoside, 8-12 parts of sodium hydroxide, 3-7 parts of isopropanol, 20-30 parts of anionic surfactant, 10-15 parts of alkaline builder and 5-10 parts of corrosion inhibitor.
