the bending mechanism is configured to comprise a bending plate 21 which is flush with the working table surface 20 and a telescopic mechanism 22 which is arranged below the bending plate and enables the bending plate to vertically reciprocate, and when the bending plate is moved upwards through the telescopic mechanism and a bending part of the bending plate moves upwards, the bending mechanism bends the film, so that the better bending effect is ensured;
the extension compression roller is configured above the bending plate and is deviated from the pressing plate by 0.25-0.5cm, the surface of the extension compression roller is provided with an extension embossing line, the bent film body is rolled and pressed under the action of the extension compression roller, and the rolled edge is flush with the surface of the film body, the whole work flow is that the surface of the film body is pressed through the pressing plate, the bending plate is pushed upwards under the action of the telescopic mechanism, so that the film body has a certain bending effect, the pressing plate is kept away from the pressing position direction, the edge of the rolled edge of the bent film body is pressed, the bent plate moves downwards and is parallel to the plane of the workbench, and the extension compression roller is further rolled and pressed, so that a first handle or a second handle after being rolled is matched with the film surface and is attached to and flush with the film surface.

Claims (4)

1. A waterproof breathable film assembly, comprising:
a base material on which a waterproof and breathable film is provided through a first adhesive layer;
the transfer film is arranged on the upper end face of the waterproof breathable film through a second adhesive layer;
the waterproof breathable film is provided with air holes, and the first bonding layer and the second bonding layer are provided with through holes matched with the air holes;
at least one side edge of the transfer film is provided with a first handle bent upwards;
a plurality of arc-shaped bulges are arranged on one side of the base material matched with the waterproof breathable film;
a single-separation type film is also arranged between the base material and the waterproof breathable film;
wherein the length of the single-separation type membrane is configured to be smaller than the length of the waterproof breathable membrane, and the base material extends upwards by a height of a distance difference at a position where the base material and the waterproof membrane are in short supply to obtain a supporting part;
the waterproof breathable film is configured to be one of an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene-coated film layer or a PE high-molecular breathable film;
wherein, one side of the waterproof breathable film, which is matched with the transfer film, is configured to be provided with an arc-shaped surface;
the method of making the waterproof breathable film assembly is configured to include:
s1, arranging a plurality of arc-shaped bulges on the base material by adopting a glue dispensing or hot pressing mode to obtain a base layer module;
s2, obtaining a waterproof breathable film with an arc-shaped surface on one surface in a hot-pressing compounding mode;
s3, arranging a first bonding layer on one side of the plane of the waterproof breathable film in a rolling manner to obtain a waterproof breathable module;
s4, arranging a second adhesive layer on one side of the transfer film, and rolling at least one side edge of the first transfer module through a pressing assembly to obtain an adapter module with a first handle;
s5, covering one side of the waterproof and breathable module, which is provided with the first bonding layer, above the base layer module, and performing primary compounding on the side through a hot pressing mode to obtain the waterproof and breathable module;
s6, covering the side, provided with the second bonding layer, of the transfer module above the waterproof breathable module, and performing secondary compounding on the side in a hot-pressing mode to obtain a waterproof breathable membrane assembly;
s7, cutting the shapes of the two opposite sides of the transfer module and the waterproof breathable module by adopting a first die-cutting knife;
s8, cutting the side edge of the single-separation type membrane by using a second die-cutting rule which has a distance of 0.5-1cm from the first die-cutting rule, and punching a positioning hole on the extension part of the cut single-separation type membrane by using a punching machine to obtain a finished product of the waterproof breathable membrane component;
the second die-cutting rule is configured on the rotating roller, and a plurality of mounting grooves for mounting the second die-cutting rule are formed in the circumferential direction of the rotating roller;
a plurality of elastic pressing sheets matched with the second die-cutting cutters are arranged at the bottom of the mounting groove;
the cutting edges of the second die-cutting rule are configured to be in a fan-shaped structure, and the cutting edge of each cutting edge is configured to be an inclined edge;
the hold-down assembly is configured to include:
the pressing plate is used for pressing the upper surface of the film to be rolled;
the bending mechanism is used for bending the film to be rolled from bottom to top;
a stretching roller for pressing the bent film to be rolled through horizontal reciprocating motion;
the thickness of the pressing plate is configured to be 0.1cm, and the pressing plate is provided with conical parts on the upper two surfaces close to one side to be bent, so that the thickness of the side, which is most towards the side to be bent, of the pressing plate is 0.025-0.05 cm;
the bending mechanism is configured to comprise a bending plate which is flush with the working table surface, and a telescopic mechanism which is arranged below the bending plate so as to enable the bending plate to vertically reciprocate;
the extension pressing roller is arranged above the bending plate and is deviated to the pressing plate by 0.25-0.5cm, and the surface of the extension pressing roller is provided with extension embossing;
step S1 further includes:
s11, arranging a third adhesive layer matched with the release film on one side of the release film in a rolling manner to obtain a single release film, and folding the side edge of the single release film through a matched pressing assembly to obtain a second handle;
s12, covering one side of the single-release film with the third adhesive layer on one side of the substrate with the arc-shaped bulge, and ensuring that one side edge of the single-release film and one side wall of the substrate have a distance of 0.75-1.5 cm;
and S13, compounding the single-release film on the substrate in a hot pressing mode to obtain the basic layer module.
2. The waterproof breathable membrane assembly of claim 1, wherein the detached membrane has an extension on at least one side edge that extends beyond the waterproof membrane.
3. The waterproof breathable film assembly of claim 2, wherein the extension portion is provided with at least one positioning hole for cooperating with an external device to separate the release film from the waterproof breathable film.
4. The waterproof breathable film assembly of claim 2, wherein the breakaway film is provided with a second downwardly bent handle on at least one side edge having a length less than a side or extension of the waterproof breathable film.
