Abstract
The invention provides a method for preparing graphene in the field of chemistry, which comprises the following steps of (1) preparing; (2) dispersing GO into deionized water in a three-neck flask, and adding ammonia water under the action of ultrasonic waves and strong mechanical stirring, wherein the mass-volume ratio of GO to oxygen water is 1:5(g: mL); (3) after 1 hour, adding hydrazine hydrate, wherein the mass-to-volume ratio of GO to the hydrazine hydrate is 1:2(g: mL); (4) carrying out ultrasonic treatment and strong stirring for 2 hours, heating to 98-100 ℃ by using an oil bath, and reducing for 24 hours; (5) the prepared black product is filtered and washed by deionized water until the pH value is 7, and the method is simple to operate and easy to control the temperature.
