Claims (8)
1. The high-speed hydraulic punching equipment for the production of the traveling case is characterized by comprising a connecting plate (1), a punching device, a punching platform (2), a punching die (3) and four groups of supporting legs (4), wherein the top of the connecting plate (1) is connected with the output end of an external hydraulic device, the punching device comprises a fixing plate (5), a plurality of groups of punching slide blocks (6), a plurality of groups of connecting rods (7), a plurality of groups of punching rods (8) and a plurality of groups of punching threaded rods (9), the top of the fixing plate (5) is fixed at the bottom of the connecting plate (1), punching dovetail grooves are longitudinally arranged at the bottom of the fixing plate (5), the punching slide blocks (6) are respectively in sliding connection with the punching dovetail grooves, the tops of the groups of connecting rods (7) respectively penetrate through the bottom ends of the punching dovetail grooves and are respectively, the bottom at multiunit connecting rod (7) is fixed respectively on the top of multiunit punching pole (8), the right side of fixed plate (5) is provided with the fixed slot with the dovetail intercommunication that punches a hole, the right side of multiunit punching slider (6) is provided with multiunit fixed thread groove respectively, the left end of multiunit punching threaded rod (9) passes the fixed slot respectively and the inside at multiunit fixed thread groove of spiral shell dress respectively, punching press platform (2) are located the below of multiunit punching pole (8), and the top central authorities of punching press platform (2) vertically are provided with the punching press groove, the inside at the punching press groove is installed in punching press mould (3), and punching press mould (3) are located multiunit punching pole (8) under, left front side, right front side, left rear side and right rear side at supporting leg punching press platform (2) bottom are fixed respectively to four groups (4).

The high-speed hydraulic punching equipment for the suitcase production according to claim 1, wherein the punching device further comprises a plurality of groups of positioning threaded rods (10), a positioning through groove is longitudinally formed in the upper portion of the left side inside the punching dovetail groove, the left ends of the plurality of groups of positioning threaded rods (10) respectively penetrate through the fixing grooves and are respectively screwed inside the positioning through groove, and the plurality of groups of positioning threaded rods (10) are respectively positioned on the front side and the rear side of the plurality of groups of punching sliding blocks (6).
3. The high-speed hydraulic punching device for the suitcase production according to claim 1, further comprising two sets of fixing blocks (11), wherein the two sets of fixing blocks (11) are detachably connected with the front end and the rear end of the punching dovetail groove respectively.
4. The high-speed hydraulic punching equipment for the production of the traveling case as claimed in claim 1, further comprising four sets of fixing devices respectively installed at the left front side, the right front side, the left rear side and the right rear side of the punching table (2).

The high-speed hydraulic punching equipment for the suitcase production according to claim 4, wherein each group of fixing devices comprises a fixing threaded pipe (12), a fixing threaded rod (13), a fixing ring (14) and fixing rods (15), the four groups of fixing threaded pipes (12) are respectively fixed on the left front side, the right front side, the left rear side and the right rear side of the punching table (2), the four groups of fixing threaded rods (13) are respectively screwed inside the four groups of fixing threaded pipes (12), the four groups of fixing rings (14) are respectively sleeved on the upper portions of the four groups of fixing threaded rods (13), the four groups of fixing rods (15) are respectively sleeved on the outer sides of the four groups of fixing rings (14), and the four groups of fixing rods (15) are respectively rotatably connected with the four groups of fixing rings (14).

The high-speed hydraulic punching device for suitcase production according to claim 4, wherein each set of fixing devices comprises a fixing frame (16) and clamping threaded rods (17), the four sets of fixing frames (16) are shaped like Jiong, the four sets of fixing frames (16) are respectively installed on the left front side, the right front side, the left rear side and the right rear side of the top of the punching table (2), and the four sets of clamping threaded rods (17) are respectively screwed on the tops of the four sets of fixing frames (16).

The high-speed hydraulic punching equipment for the suitcase production according to claim 6, wherein each group of fixing devices further comprises a fixed guide rail (18), a fixed sliding block (19) and two groups of fixed buckles (20), the left front side, the right front side, the left rear side and the right rear side of the top of the punching table (2) are respectively provided with four groups of clamping grooves, the four groups of fixed guide rails (18) are respectively installed inside the four groups of clamping grooves, the four groups of fixed sliding blocks (19) are respectively connected with the top sliding blocks of the four groups of fixed guide rails (18), the four groups of fixed frames (16) are respectively installed on the top of the four groups of fixed sliding blocks (19), and the multiple groups of fixed buckles (20) are respectively installed on the left side and the right side of the four groups of fixed sliding blocks (19).

The high-speed hydraulic punching equipment for the suitcase production according to claim 1, further comprising a garbage can (21), wherein the garbage can (21) is located below the punching table (2), a garbage cavity is arranged inside the garbage can (21), a garbage opening is formed in the top of the garbage can (21) in a communicating manner, a discharge chute is formed in the bottom of the punching table (2), the top of the discharge chute is communicated with the bottom of the punching groove, the width of the discharge chute is smaller than that of the punching groove, and the discharge chute is located right above the garbage can (21).
