The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, a slide rail to be cleaned is provided with a slide rail hole through a slide rail inlet 16 and is input into a slide rail fixing cavity 18 inside a cutter inner tube 11, a box cover 12 is opened, then a pressing plate 21 is tightly pressed on the slide rail inside the slide rail fixing cavity 18 through manually pressing a through hole 19 until a plug is inserted into a slot, the slide rail is further fixed into the slide rail fixing cavity 18, then alkali liquor is input into the box body 10, then a rotating motor 14 is started to drive a rotating shaft 17 to rotate, the alkali liquor inside the box body 10 is driven to continuously flow, and therefore oil removing and cleaning treatment is rapidly carried out on the slide rail inside the inner tube 11.
Example two
Referring to fig. 4, on the basis of the first embodiment, a set of dust removing box 15 is arranged between the slide rail inlet 16 and the slide rail hole, a fan 25 is fixedly installed on the upper side inside the dust removing box 15, a set of dust grooves 24 with an inverted truncated cone-shaped structure is arranged on the lower side inside the slide rail inlet 16, when the slide rail inlet 16 is provided to the slide rail and enters the fan 25, the fan 25 is provided to blow air continuously, dust on the slide rail can be removed in advance, the dust falls into the dust grooves 24 under the action of gravity, and the bottom ends of the dust grooves 24 are communicated with a dust outlet for discharging the dust.
