s4, drying: the standing support plate 34 obtained in S3 is naturally dried.
Example 7
The difference from example 3 is the preparation of the antifouling coating on the surface of the standing support plate 34, wherein the antifouling coating is prepared by the following method:
taking the following raw materials in parts by weight for standby: 110 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 60 parts of polyethylene, 130 parts of pentaerythritol, 30 parts of zinc tannate, 30 parts of ethylene terephthalate, 30 parts of ethanol, 30 parts of citric acid, 20 parts of sodium benzoate, 20 parts of sodium hydroxide and 20 parts of copper sulfate.
S1, preparing an antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid; mixing and stirring uniformly polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, pentaerythritol, zinc tannate and ethylene glycol terephthalate, adding into a reaction kettle, heating to 250 ℃, and then preserving heat for 10 min;
s2, preparing an antifouling coating solution: cooling the antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid obtained in the step S1 to 200 ℃, adding ethanol, citric acid, sodium benzoate, sodium hydroxide and copper sulfate, uniformly mixing, and cooling to 80 ℃ to obtain an antifouling coating solution;
s3, coating: spraying the antifouling coating solution obtained in the step S2 on the surface of the standing support plate 34 by using a high-pressure spray gun in a vacuum spraying manner;
s4, drying: the standing support plate 34 obtained in S3 is naturally baked.
The surface hardness and peel strength of the antifouling coated standing support plate 34 surfaces of examples 3-7 were tested and for comparison purposes, the data for all examples were normalized based on the data for example 3.

As can be seen from the above, the method for preparing the antifouling coating given in example 5 is the most preferable since the test results of the surface hardness and peel strength of the standing support plate 34 in example 5 are higher than those of the other examples coated with the antifouling coating.
