技术方案:为了克服现有技术中的不足,本发明提供了一种广谱长效抗菌医用手术包,包括包体和包盖,所述包盖与所述包体相连,且所述包盖能够盖合在所述包体上;所述包体和所述包盖均由三层材料制成,从外到内依次为耐磨防尘布层、支撑板层和竹炭纤维层;所述竹炭纤维层由三层竹炭纤维无纺布依次粘接制得,且中间一层的竹炭纤维无纺布表面负载有抗菌剂。所述广谱长效抗菌医用手术包,结构简单,制造方便,并且通过内层竹炭纤维层负载抗菌剂的针对性设计,取得优异的抗菌性能。
进一步地,上述的广谱长效抗菌医用手术包,所述抗菌剂由竹炭、微粉硅胶、纳米银、纳米氧化锌、锐钛矿型二氧化钛和石墨烯经固相研磨均匀后制得。抗菌剂由多种组分复合而成,通过固相研磨法修饰各组分相互接触的界面状态,促进各抗菌组分的接触融合,促进各抗菌组分之间以及各抗菌组分与助剂之间的界面电荷迁移,提升整体抗菌性能。

由表1数据显示,实施例1-4中的广谱长效抗菌医用手术包的内层材料竹炭纤维层对白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌具有非常突出的抑菌效果。对比例1中所用的抗菌剂中未加入纳米银,抑菌性能明显减弱;对比例2中所用的抗菌剂中未加入石墨烯,抑菌性能虽比对比例1稍强,但与实施例3相比仍差距明显;对比例3中所用的抗菌剂中未加入纳米氧化锌和锐钛矿型二氧化钛,抑菌性能与对比例2基本相当;对比例4中所用的抗菌剂中未加入纳米银、石墨烯、纳米氧化锌和锐钛矿型二氧化钛,抑菌性能较弱;对比例5未加入抗菌剂,抑菌性能最弱。可见,本发明所述的广谱长效抗菌医用手术包,其抗菌效果主要来源于竹炭纤维层中所含的抗菌剂;在抗菌剂中,各组分相互协同,对抗菌效果的提升均起到了至关重要的作用。
以上所述仅是本发明的部分实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种广谱长效抗菌医用手术包,其特征在于:包括包体(1)和包盖(2),所述包盖(2)与所述包体(1)相连,且所述包盖(2)能够盖合在所述包体(1)上;所述包体(1)和所述包盖(2)均由三层材料制成,从外到内依次为耐磨防尘布层、支撑板层和竹炭纤维层;所述竹炭纤维层由三层竹炭纤维无纺布依次粘接制得,且中间一层的竹炭纤维无纺布表面负载有抗菌剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的广谱长效抗菌医用手术包,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂由竹炭、微粉硅胶、纳米银、纳米氧化锌、锐钛矿型二氧化钛和石墨烯经固相研磨均匀后制得。
3.根据权利要求2所述的广谱长效抗菌医用手术包,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂按重量计由竹炭90份、微粉硅胶5份、纳米银1-2份、纳米氧化锌2-3份、锐钛矿型二氧化钛0.8-1.2份、石墨烯0.1-0.2份经固相研磨均匀后制得。
4.根据权利要求1所述的广谱长效抗菌医用手术包,其特征在于:通过喷涂包含有抗菌剂的分散液后再烘干使所述竹炭纤维无纺布表面负载有抗菌剂,喷涂量以抗菌剂重量计为3g /m2。
5.根据权利要求3所述的广谱长效抗菌医用手术包,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂还包括CT触媒3份。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的广谱长效抗菌医用手术包,其特征在于:所述包体(1)底部还设有一组万向轮(11)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的广谱长效抗菌医用手术包,其特征在于:所述万向轮(11)上设有锁止装置(111)。
8.根据权利要求6所述的广谱长效抗菌医用手术包,其特征在于:所述包体(1)内竖直固定有若干块隔板(12),所述隔板(12)将所述包体(1)的空间分隔成多份。
9.根据权利要求6所述的广谱长效抗菌医用手术包,其特征在于:所述包体(1)侧面设有一个或多个抽拉层(13);所述抽拉层(13)外表面中央设有拉手(131),所述抽拉层(13)外表面边缘处设有卡扣(132)。
10.根据权利要求6所述的广谱长效抗菌医用手术包,其特征在于:所述包盖(2)外表面中央设有提手(21)。
