Referring to fig. 6 to 7, a weakening groove 3132 is provided between adjacent two ball holes 3131, and rigidity between the adjacent two ball holes 3131 may be made small by providing the weakening groove 3132, whereby the ball hole 3131 is easily deformed when the ball 320 is mounted, thereby reducing difficulty in mounting or dismounting the ball 320.
Weakening groove 3132 is provided with a weakening groove pillar 3133 therein, optionally with the central axis of weakening groove pillar 3133 being parallel to the central axis of intermediate sleeve 313, thereby facilitating a simplified machining process of intermediate sleeve 313. By providing the weakening groove pillar 3133, a certain reinforcement effect can be achieved, so that the rigidity of the middle sleeve 313 is prevented from being excessively weakened by the weakening groove 3132, thereby facilitating improvement of the operational reliability of the ball assembly 300.
The function of the intermediate sleeve 313 is mainly three points: (1) the ball hole 3131 is formed in the middle sleeve 313, and the ball 320 is installed in the ball hole 3131, so that the position of the ball 320 can be fixed and limited, and the ball 320 is prevented from being accumulated; (2) the food residue is isolated, and the small food residues are prevented from entering the ball groove to cause friction; (3) the spray arm 100 can be isolated from vibration, and the spray arm 100 is prevented from shaking seriously.
Referring to fig. 5-6, in particular, the outer sleeve 311 may include: an outer sleeve peripheral wall 3113 and an outer sleeve bottom wall 3114, the outer sleeve bottom wall 3114 is disposed at an end of the outer sleeve peripheral wall 3113 away from the spray arm 100, as shown in fig. 3, the outer sleeve bottom wall 3114 is disposed at a lower end of the outer sleeve peripheral wall 3113, the outer sleeve bottom wall 3114 extends inward along a radial direction of the outer sleeve peripheral wall 3113, and the outer sleeve ball groove 3112 is disposed at a junction of the outer sleeve bottom wall 3114 and the outer sleeve peripheral wall 3113, so that the balls 320 are disposed above the outer sleeve bottom wall 3114, and thus, the outer sleeve bottom wall 3114 can protect the balls 320 to prevent the balls 320 from being exposed to the outside and affecting the service life of the balls 320.
Referring to fig. 2-4, further, the top of the spray arm socket 200 has a spray arm socket flange 210, the spray arm socket flange 210 extends radially outward of the spray arm socket 200, the spray arm socket flange 210 is disposed below the outer sleeve bottom wall 3114, and a gap between an upper surface of the spray arm socket flange 210 and a lower surface of the outer sleeve bottom wall 3114 is L2, and L2 satisfies the relationship: 0mm < L2 ≦ 0.5mm, so that sliding friction caused by contact between the lower surface of the outer sleeve bottom wall 3114 and the upper surface of the spray arm seat flange 210, i.e., no friction between the outer sleeve 311 and the spray arm seat 200, can be avoided when the spray arm 100 and the spray arm seat 200 rotate relative to each other. In addition, the gap between the lower surface of the bottom wall 3114 of the outer sleeve and the upper surface of the nozzle arm holder flange 210 is small, so that it is possible to prevent leftover food or other contaminants from entering the gap to increase the friction between the nozzle arm 100 and the nozzle arm holder 200 and even to seize the nozzle arm 100, and when the nozzle arm 100 is tilted, the outer sleeve 311 is rapidly brought into contact with the nozzle arm holder 200, thereby preventing the nozzle arm 100 from being further tilted.
For example, in some alternative embodiments, the gap L2 between the upper surface of the spray arm seat flange 210 and the lower surface of the outer sleeve bottom wall 3114 may be 0.1mm, or 0.2mm or 0.3 mm.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, in particular, the spray arm connecting sleeve 120 may include: the connecting sleeve peripheral wall 122 and the connecting sleeve bottom wall 123, the connecting sleeve bottom wall 123 extends inwards along the radial direction of the connecting sleeve peripheral wall 122, the connecting sleeve bottom wall 123 is arranged at one end of the connecting sleeve peripheral wall 122 far away from the spray arm body 110, as shown in fig. 3, the connecting sleeve bottom wall 123 is arranged at the lower end of the connecting sleeve peripheral wall 122, and the inner sleeve 312 and the intermediate sleeve 313 are arranged below the connecting sleeve bottom wall 123.
Referring to fig. 3, the bottom wall 123 of the connecting sleeve has the same inner diameter as the inner sleeve 312, and is aligned without abrupt steps, thereby avoiding water pressure loss. Meanwhile, when water enters the spray arm connecting sleeve 120 from the inner sleeve 312, the bottom wall 123 of the connecting sleeve can be buffered and transited, and the influence of sudden change of the flow velocity of the water flow on the rotation stability of the spray arm 100 can be avoided. The bottom of spouting arm seat 200 has the inner flange of spouting arm seat, and the inner flange of spouting arm seat is along spouting radial inward extension of arm seat 200, and inner skleeve 312 is located the top of the inner flange of spouting arm seat, and the center of the inner flange of spouting arm seat has a spouting arm seat inlet opening, and the internal diameter of spouting arm seat inlet opening also equals with inner skleeve 312's internal diameter, and both align, and no sudden change step can avoid rivers pressure loss. Meanwhile, when water enters the inner sleeve 312 from the spray arm seat 200, the influence of the sudden change of the water flow speed on the rotation stability of the spray arm 100 can also be avoided.
That is, when the water source of the dishwasher is turned on, the water flow enters from the spray arm base 200 and then flows into the spray arm chamber 101 of the spray arm connecting sleeve 120, therefore, the inner diameter of the connecting sleeve bottom wall 123 is equal to the inner diameter of the inner sleeve 312 and the inner diameter of the water inlet of the spray arm base, which can ensure the equal water flow velocity in the spray arm base 200, the inner sleeve 312 and the connecting sleeve bottom wall 123, and because the difference between the inner diameter of the connecting sleeve bottom wall 123 and the inner diameter of the connecting sleeve peripheral wall 122 is not large, when the water enters the connecting sleeve peripheral wall 122 through the connecting sleeve bottom wall 123, the change of the water flow velocity is small, the water flow velocity of the water flow entering the spray arm chamber 101 is stable, thereby avoiding the serious shaking of the spray arm 100 caused by the drastic change of the water flow velocity, ensuring the stable rising of the water pressure in the spray arm chamber 101, and preventing the abrupt change of the flow, the stable rotation of the spray arm 100 is ensured, and the high operational reliability of the spray arm assembly 1000 is ensured.
The gap between the upper surface of the inner sleeve 312 and the lower surface of the connecting sleeve bottom wall 123 is L1, and L1 satisfies the relation: the L1 is more than 0mm and less than or equal to 0.5mm, therefore, when the spray arm 100 and the spray arm base 200 rotate relatively, the sliding friction caused by the contact between the upper surface of the inner sleeve 312 and the lower surface of the connecting sleeve bottom wall 123 can be avoided, that is, no friction exists between the inner sleeve 312 and the spray arm connecting sleeve 120, in addition, the gap between the upper surface of the inner sleeve 312 and the lower surface of the connecting sleeve bottom wall 123 is small, so that the phenomenon that leftover rice or other pollutants enter the gap to increase the friction force between the spray arm 100 and the spray arm base 200 and even block the spray arm 100 can be avoided, the phenomenon that water excessively enters the gap between the inner sleeve 312 and the connecting sleeve bottom wall 123 to cause hydrodynamic loss can be avoided, and when the spray arm 100 inclines, the inner sleeve 312 can quickly contact with the spray arm connecting sleeve 120, so that the spray arm 100 further inclines.
For example, in some alternative embodiments, the gap L1 between the upper surface of the inner sleeve 312 and the lower surface of the connecting sleeve bottom wall 123 may be 0.1mm, or 0.2mm or 0.3 mm.
After the spray arm 100 is connected with the spray arm base 200 by the ball assembly 300, the height of the spray arm connecting sleeve 120 can be reduced, so that the overall height of the spray arm assembly 1000 is reduced, and more space is reserved for placing tableware.
In a specific embodiment, the balls 320 may be plastic balls or stainless steel balls, because the operating environment of the spray arm assembly 1000 is full of water, the spray arm assembly 1000 is in a damp and hot environment for a long time, which easily causes rusting and clamping stagnation of the balls 320, and the plastic balls or stainless steel balls have strong corrosion resistance, and can effectively slow down or even prevent the balls 320 from rusting.
In some embodiments, not shown, the spray arm socket 200 is at least partially inside the inner sleeve 312, and the top of the spray arm socket 200 has a spray arm socket snap that is adapted to snap onto the upper surface of the inner sleeve 312. The spray arm seat buckle is arranged at the top of the spray arm seat 200, so that the spray arm seat 200 and the inner sleeve 312 can be reliably connected into a whole, the spray arm seat 200 and the ball assembly 300 are conveniently connected and separated, and the spray arm assembly 1000 is conveniently installed.
Specifically, the top end of the spray arm seat 200 is provided with a plurality of grooves, the opening direction of the grooves is parallel to the axis direction of the spray arm seat 200, the spray arm seat buckles extend upwards from the bottom wall of the grooves, and the two sides of the spray arm seat buckles are separated from the two side walls of the grooves, so that the spray arm seat buckles can be elastically deformed in the grooves. The top end of the spray arm seat buckle is provided with a hook facing the inner sleeve 312, and the hook is suitable for hooking the top end of the inner sleeve 312, so that the relative axial position of the spray arm seat 200 and the inner sleeve 312 is limited.
When the inner sleeve 312 is assembled with the spray arm base 200, the inner circumferential surface of the inner sleeve 312 presses the hook of the spray arm base buckle, so that the spray arm base buckle deforms towards the inside of the spray arm base 200, the spray arm base buckle is ensured to reach the top end of the inner sleeve 312 (namely from the bottom to the top) from the bottom end of the inner sleeve 312, when the spray arm base buckle passes over the top end of the inner sleeve 312, the pressing force applied to the spray arm base buckle disappears, and under the action of the self elastic force of the spray arm base buckle, the spray arm base buckle approaches to the inner sleeve 312, so that the hook hooks the top end of the inner sleeve 312.
When the inner sleeve 312 needs to be separated from the spray arm base 200, the spray arm 100 is lifted upwards by force, the hook is squeezed at the top end of the inner sleeve 312, the hook is retracted into the inner sleeve 312, the spray arm 100 is continuously lifted, and the inner sleeve 312 can be separated from the spray arm base 200.
