Abstract

本发明公开了一种过孔连接器,包含外壳(2)、固定基座(4)、屏蔽套筒(5)、屏蔽弹簧(6)和封口部件(8),所述外壳(2)的内壁与线缆(9)之间留有空隙,所述固定基座(4)设在空隙的一端,封口部件(8)设在空隙的另一端,所述屏蔽套筒(5)压接在线缆(9)上,且放置在空隙处,所述屏蔽弹簧(6)用于连接屏蔽套筒(5)和外壳(2)。本发明采用在过孔连接器上添加固定基座结构同时屏蔽套筒上组装屏蔽弹簧和封口部件,可实现线缆组件的前后移动,为实际安装提供便利性,本发明具有操作简单、连接可靠、成本低廉的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及高压大电流连接器技术领域,尤其是通过螺钉锁接OT端子实现电流传导的过孔连接器。
背景技术
在汽车电器产品中,为确保连接器的低成本高可靠,有一类过孔连接器会通过OT端子直接锁接到设备端实现电流导通,这种连接方式需要过孔连接器OT端子与设备端的锁接点距离保持高度精确,给实际操作带来了不利,为了实现安装的便利性,避免返工带来的损失,设计一种端子具有前后移动功能的过孔连接器结构
发明内容
针对过孔连接器现有技术安装的返工风险,本发明的发明目的在于提供的一种OT端子具有前后移动功能的过孔连接器,本发明采用在过孔连接器上添加固定基座结构同时屏蔽套筒上组装屏蔽弹簧和封口部件,可实现线缆组件的前后移动,为实际安装提供便利性,本发明具有操作简单、连接可靠、成本低廉的优点。
本发明的发明目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种过孔连接器,包含外壳2、固定基座4、屏蔽套筒5、屏蔽弹簧6和封口部件8;所述外壳2的内壁与线缆9之间留有空隙;所述固定基座4设在空隙的一端;封口部件8设在空隙的另一端;所述屏蔽套筒5压接在线缆9上,且放置在空隙处;所述屏蔽弹簧6用于连接屏蔽套筒5和外壳2。
优选地,封口部件8为防尘胶圈。
优选地,固定基座4上与外壳2的内壁接触部设有卡勾14,外壳2的内壁上设有供卡勾嵌入的卡槽12。
优选地,外壳2与封口部件8的接触部设有密封胶圈7。
优选地,过孔连接器还包含尾盖1,所述尾盖1设有卡槽11,所属外壳2的外壁上设有供卡槽11套入的凸点13。
优选地,外壳2与固定基座4的接触部设有封线体3。
依据上述特征,所述过孔连接器还包含OT端子10,所述OT端子10压接在电缆9的端部。
依据上述特征,所述OT端子、所述屏蔽套筒、屏蔽弹簧的材质为铜合金,外壳的材质为铝合金或者锌合金,所述固定基座和尾盖1的材质为尼龙或者PBT。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
参见图1至图4所示,本实施例所示一种过孔连接器,包含线缆组件15、外壳2、固定基座4和封口部件8,线缆组件15包含屏蔽套筒5、屏蔽弹簧6和OT端子。OT端子10压接在电缆9的端部。外壳2的内壁与线缆9之间留有空隙。固定基座4设在空隙的一端。封口部件8设在空隙的另一端。屏蔽套筒5压接在线缆9上,且放置在空隙处。所述屏蔽弹簧6用于连接屏蔽套筒5和外壳2。这样,线缆组件在外壳内沿着线缆走向方向存在固定基座与封口部件8的移动空间,可实现线缆组件的前后移动,方便实际安装。同时将屏蔽套筒与屏蔽弹簧组装实现屏蔽功能,屏蔽弹簧与外壳接触实现屏蔽导通。
优选地,封口部件8为防尘胶圈,可以防止灰尘进入到外壳内部。
优选地,固定基座4上与外壳2的内壁接触部设有卡勾14,外壳2的内壁上设有供卡勾嵌入的卡槽12。将固定基座通过卡勾与外壳上的卡槽配合可以起到固定固定基座的功能,固定基座在过孔连接器中起到限制线缆组件的最大移动距离的作用。
优选地,外壳2与封口部件8的接触部设有密封胶圈7,外壳2与固定基座4的接触部设有封线体3,这样可以起到防水的功能。
优选地,过孔连接器还包含尾盖1,所述尾盖1设有卡槽11,所属外壳2的外壁上设有供卡槽11套入的凸点13。将尾盖1锁到外壳上后,可以对处在尾盖与固定基座之里的封线体进行压缩,可以更好的起到防水的功能。
作为举例说明,尾盖、固定基座的材质可以选用尼龙或者PBT,屏蔽套筒、屏蔽弹簧、OT端子的材质可以选用铜合金,封线体、密封胶圈、封口部件的材质可以选用硅橡胶,外壳的材质可以选用铝合金或者锌合金。
可以理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,而所有这些改变或替换都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种过孔连接器,包含外壳(2),其特征在于还包含固定基座(4)、屏蔽套筒(5)、屏蔽弹簧(6)和封口部件(8);所述外壳(2)的内壁与线缆(9)之间留有空隙;所述固定基座(4)设在空隙的一端;封口部件(8)设在空隙的另一端;所述屏蔽套筒(5)压接在线缆(9)上,且放置在空隙处;所述屏蔽弹簧(6)用于连接屏蔽套筒(5)和外壳(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种过孔连接器,其特征在于所述封口部件(8)为防尘胶圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种过孔连接器,其特征在于所述固定基座(4)上与外壳(2)的内壁接触部设有卡勾(14),所述外壳(2)的内壁上设有供卡勾嵌入的卡槽(12)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种过孔连接器,其特征在于还包含OT端子(10),所述OT端子(10)压接在电缆(9)的端部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种过孔连接器,其特征在于所述OT端子的材质为铜合金。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种过孔连接器,其特征在于所述外壳(2)与封口部件(8)的接触部设有密封胶圈(7)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种过孔连接器,其特征在于还包含尾盖(1),所述尾盖(1)设有卡槽(11),所属外壳(2)的外壁上设有供卡槽(11)套入的凸点(13)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种过孔连接器,其特征在于所述尾盖(1)的材质为尼龙。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种过孔连接器,其特征在于所述外壳(3)与固定基座(4)的接触部设有封线体(3)。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种过孔连接器,其特征在于所述屏蔽套筒、屏蔽弹簧,材质为铜合金,所述外壳的材质为铝合金或者锌合金,所述固定基座的材质为尼龙或者PBT。
