In the application, a clothes washing abnormity detection system (hereinafter referred to as system), a clothes washing abnormity detection method and device, a washing vehicle, a charging device and an electronic device are provided. First embodiment
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a structural diagram of an embodiment of a system for detecting a laundry abnormality of a garment according to the present application. The system comprises a water-washed vehicle 1, a server 2 and an information display device 3.
Please refer to fig. 2, which is a specific structural diagram of a car washer according to an embodiment of the system for detecting a laundry abnormality. The washing vehicle 1 comprises a vehicle body and a first electronic tag reader 11, wherein the vehicle body is used for containing clothes to be washed, and the washing vehicle 1 is used for reading the clothes identification of the clothes to be washed from the first electronic tag of the clothes to be washed through the first electronic tag reader 11 when the washing vehicle enters or leaves a preset area, and sending the clothes identification to the server 2.
The water scrubber 1 may be a cart or an Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV). The AGV is a transport vehicle equipped with an electromagnetic or optical automatic guide device, which can travel along a predetermined guide path and has safety protection and various transfer functions.
To implement the technical solution provided by the present application, at least the first electronic tag reader 11 needs to be installed on the side of the water washing vehicle 1. The first electronic tag reader 11 includes, but is not limited to, an RFID reader. The RFID reader can read the RFID labels of all the clothes to be washed in the magnetic field range of the RFID reader, so that the RFID labels of the clothes to be washed are obtained.
In one example, the first electronic tag reader 11 is a stationary RFID reader. In order to ensure that the fixed RFID reader can completely read all the tags, the water washing vehicle 1 may further include an antenna group physically connected to the fixed RFID reader, where the antenna group is composed of a plurality of radio frequency antennas.
When the water washing vehicle 1 enters or leaves a preset area, the clothes identification of the clothes to be washed is read through the first electronic tag reader 11, and the clothes identification is sent to the server 2.
The preset area includes an area where the clothes to be washed in the car washer 1 can change, for example, before the car washer 1 enters the whole washing area, the clothes to be washed need to be placed in the car washer 1; when the water washing vehicle 1 is located in a water washing equipment area, clothes to be washed need to be taken out of the water washing vehicle 1 and placed in the water washing equipment; then, the clothes in the washing apparatus are returned to the washing vehicle 1.
According to the scheme provided by the application, when the water-washed vehicle 1 enters or leaves a preset area, the clothing identification is read, and the clothing data is reported to the server 2; this way of treatment makes it possible to perform a tracking of the flow of the single garment pieces throughout the washing process.
The preset area includes but is not limited to: a water washing area and a water washing equipment area. The water washing apparatus includes, but is not limited to: washing equipment, dewatering equipment, drying equipment, sampling equipment, laser equipment and the like.
After the washing vehicle 1 reads the clothing identifier from the first electronic tag through the first electronic tag reader 11, the clothing identifier can be sent to the server 2; and the server 2 receives the clothing identification and carries out clothing washing abnormity detection on the washing vehicle according to the clothing identification.
In one example, the server 2 obtains the clothing information of the clothing to be washed according to the clothing identification and the corresponding relation set between the clothing identification and the clothing information; judging whether the clothes which cannot be shuffled exist in the water-washed vehicle or not according to the clothes information; if yes, judging that the abnormality is detected, and generating clothing shuffling alarm information.
The corresponding relation set comprises corresponding relations between a plurality of clothing identifications and clothing information. Table 1 shows a partial correspondence relationship of the present embodiment.

The server 2 may perform at least one of the following methods to determine whether the water washing vehicle 1 includes clothing that cannot be shuffled according to the clothing information:
mode 1, the clothing information comprises clothing categories; the method for judging whether the clothes which cannot be shuffled exist in the water-washed vehicle or not according to the clothes information comprises the following steps: judging whether clothes which do not accord with a first rule exist in the water-washed vehicle or not according to the clothes category; the first rule refers to a rule of clothing categories that cannot be shuffled, and for example, the first rule includes: true silk and cashmere cannot be shuffled, etc.; and if the clothes which do not accord with the first rule exist in the water-washed vehicle, judging that the clothes which cannot be shuffled exist in the water-washed vehicle.
Mode 2, the clothing information comprises clothing color; the method for judging whether the clothes which cannot be shuffled exist in the water-washed vehicle or not according to the clothes information comprises the following steps: judging whether clothes which do not accord with a second rule exist in the water-washed vehicle or not according to the clothes color; the second rule refers to a rule of clothing colors that cannot be shuffled, and for example, the second rule includes: dark and light colors cannot be shuffled, etc.; and if the clothes which do not accord with the second rule exist in the water-washed vehicle, determining that the clothes which cannot be shuffled exist in the water-washed vehicle.
Mode 3, the clothing information comprises an order mark; the method for judging whether the clothes which cannot be shuffled exist in the water-washed vehicle or not according to the clothes information comprises the following steps: judging whether clothes which do not accord with a third rule exist in the water-washed vehicle or not according to the order mark; the third rule refers to a rule of an order that cannot be shuffled, and for example, the third rule includes: the order A and the order B can not be mixed, or the type A order and the type B order can not be mixed, and the like; and if the clothes which do not accord with the third rule exist in the water-washed vehicle, judging that the clothes which cannot be shuffled exist in the water-washed vehicle.
In another example, the server 2 is further configured to store the first number of clothes if it is determined that the water washing vehicle 1 enters the water washing area; and the alarm module is specifically used for judging that the abnormality is detected and generating the clothing omission alarm information if the fact that the water washing vehicle enters or leaves the water washing equipment area and the second clothing number is smaller than the first clothing number is determined.
The second clothing quantity is the corresponding clothing quantity when the water washing vehicle enters or leaves the water washing equipment area, and the first clothing quantity is the corresponding clothing quantity when the water washing vehicle enters the water washing area. The first clothing quantity is also called as the initial clothing quantity of the water-washed vehicle.
The number of the clothes can be obtained according to the statistics of the clothes identification, can be obtained by the statistics of the water washing vehicle 1 and reported to the server 2, and can also be obtained by the server 2 according to the statistics of the clothes identification.
In another example, the server 2 is specifically configured to determine that an abnormality is detected and generate a clothing addition alarm message if it is determined that the water washing vehicle enters or leaves the water washing device area and the second clothing number is greater than the first clothing number.
In another example, the server 2 is specifically configured to, if it is determined that the water washing vehicle enters or leaves the water washing device area, compare a first garment identifier corresponding to when the water washing vehicle enters the water washing area with a second garment identifier corresponding to when the water washing vehicle enters or leaves the water washing device area, and if the comparison result is inconsistent, determine that an abnormality is detected, and generate garment change alarm information.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the water washing vehicle 1 is determined to enter or leave a preset area so as to trigger the first electronic tag reader 11 to read the clothing identification and send the clothing identification to the server. The water-washing vehicle 1 is determined to enter or leave a preset area, and the following method can be adopted:
the method 1 is characterized in that the car washing machine 1 is also used for receiving an instruction input by a user to enter or leave a preset area, and determining to enter or leave the preset area according to the instruction.
For example, after putting all the clothes to be washed into the car 1, the person in charge of washing the clothes pushes the cart into the washing area to start washing the clothes, the person can input an instruction for entering the washing area into the car 1 before the cart enters the washing area, and the car 1 determines to enter the washing area according to the instruction, so as to trigger the first electronic tag reader 11 to read the clothes identification.
For another example, when the cart enters the "drying" device area, the person in charge of washing the clothes inputs an instruction to enter the "drying" area to the car 1, and the car 1 determines to enter the "drying" area according to the instruction, so as to trigger the first electronic tag reader 11 to read the clothes identifier.
In one example, the water wash vehicle 1 comprises a mechanical button, such as an "anomaly detection" button, which the user can input to the water wash vehicle 1 by pressing.
In another example, the water washing vehicle 1 further comprises a terminal device, and the water washing vehicle 1 is specifically configured to receive the instruction through the terminal device.
The terminal devices include but are not limited to mobile communication devices, namely: the mobile phone or the smart phone also includes PAD, iPad and other terminal devices.
In this embodiment, the water-washing vehicle 1 includes a terminal device, and the terminal device includes a display screen, which can be used as the information display device 3 to display alarm information and the like to a user. A user inputs an instruction of entering or leaving a preset area by touching a touch screen key on a display screen of the terminal device, so that the first electronic tag reader 11 is triggered to read the clothing identifier and report information to the server 2.
For example, the terminal device may display a key "enter a washing area and report the clothing information", the user sends an instruction to the terminal device through the touch screen key, and the car washer 1 may determine the clothing information before washing to be reported according to the instruction; the terminal equipment displays a key for entering or leaving the washing equipment area and reporting the clothing information, a user sends an instruction to the terminal equipment through a touch screen key, and the washing vehicle 1 can determine the clothing information to be reported when entering or leaving the washing equipment area according to the instruction.
Mode 2 the washing car 1 still includes the sensor, washing car 1 specifically is used for through the sensor response washing car 1 gets into or leaves preset area.
For example, car wash identification devices are arranged at the inlets of the washing area and the washing equipment area, and when a car wash passes through the inlets, the car wash 1 senses that the car wash 1 enters or leaves a corresponding preset area through the sensor cooperating with the car wash identification devices.
For another example, a signal emitter is installed at an inlet of the washing area, when the car 1 passes through the position, the sensor receives a signal emitted by the signal emitter, so that the action that the car 1 is entering the washing area is determined, the car 1 can determine to enter the washing area according to the induction signal, and the first electronic tag reader is triggered to read the clothing identifier from the first electronic tag.
Mode 3, the water-washed vehicle 1 includes a battery and a charging device; the system further comprises: the charging equipment is arranged on the side of the water washing equipment and is used for charging the battery of the water washing vehicle 1; the water washing vehicle 1 is further configured to determine to enter or leave a water washing device area if the connection state of the charging device is sensed or detected to change. By adopting the processing mode, the entering and exiting of the washing equipment area can be determined by detecting the connection state of the charging device.
The charging equipment can be embedded in the washing equipment or arranged on the periphery of the washing equipment. The provision of the charging device enables the water washing vehicle 1 to receive valuable charging time during the washing process.
In one example, after the water washing vehicle 1 is connected to the charging device, the first electronic tag reader 11 is triggered to read the clothing identifier, at this time, the power consumption of the water washing vehicle 1 is high, and the power consumption of the smart vehicle is low in the rest of time, so that the service life of the battery can be effectively prolonged.
The charging device may include a second electronic tag reader (e.g., an RFID reader), and the charging device is further configured to read a vehicle identifier of the water-washed vehicle 1 from a second electronic tag (e.g., an RFID tag) of the water-washed vehicle 1 through the second electronic tag reader, and send a message that the water-washed vehicle 1 reaches the location of the water-washed device to the server 2; the message comprises the vehicle identification and the identification of the washing equipment; and the server 2 is further configured to receive the message, and update the current process state corresponding to the water washing vehicle according to the vehicle identifier and the identifier of the water washing device.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the server 2 can subscribe the event that the water washing vehicle 1 enters or leaves each preset area, when the water washing vehicle 1 enters or leaves each preset area, the corresponding event is reported to the server 2, the server 2 informs the water washing vehicle 1 of reporting the clothing identifier, and the water washing vehicle 1 triggers the first electronic tag reader 11 to read the clothing identifier and sends the clothing identifier to the server 2; and the server 2 carries out corresponding clothes washing abnormity detection according to the position of the car 1.
In one example, the water vehicle 1 further comprises: a wireless communication module 13, which is responsible for providing a physical infrastructure for the communication between the water washing vehicle 1 and the server 2.
The wireless communication module 13 may be embedded in the terminal device 3 installed on the side of the car wash 1, may also be embedded in the first electronic tag reader 11, and may also be connected to the peripheral interface of the terminal device 3 or the first electronic tag reader 11 in an external connection manner.
The wireless communication method is not limited to WiFi, ZigBee, BLE, 4G, 5G, NB-IoT, LoRa, etc.
If the server 2 detects the abnormality, sending alarm information to the information display device 3; and the information display device 3 is used for receiving the alarm information sent by the server 2 and displaying the alarm information.
The information display device 3 can be a display device, and displays alarm information and the like through a large screen; or a voice player, and broadcasts alarm information and the like to users in a voice mode.
The information display devices 3 can be deployed on the side of the water washing vehicle 1, namely, the information display devices 3 correspond to the water washing vehicle 1 one by one; a common information display device 3 may be provided for a plurality of water washing vehicles 1, and the information display device 3 may display information corresponding to each water washing vehicle 1.
The information presentation apparatus 3, which is common to a plurality of water washing vehicles 1, may be disposed in a washing area, such as on a wall surface or the like.
In an example, the server 2 is further configured to, if it is determined that the water washing vehicle enters the water washing area, obtain the garment information of the garment to be washed according to the garment identifier and the corresponding relationship set between the garment identifier and the garment information; and determining a clothes washing procedure corresponding to the car washing according to the clothes information, wherein the following washing procedures are determined: washing- > dewatering- > drying- > sampling- > laser; if the water-washed vehicle is determined to enter or leave the water-washed equipment area, determining the next process state (such as dehydration) of the water-washed vehicle according to the clothes water-washing process and the current process state (such as water-washing), and sending prompt information for entering the next process state to the information display device 3; correspondingly, the information display device 3 is further configured to receive the prompt information sent by the server 2, and display the prompt information.
In order to intuitively explain the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present application, the processing procedure of the system is described below with reference to fig. 3 and 4. Wherein fig. 3 shows the interaction of the system when the water washing vehicle 1 is about to enter the water washing area, and fig. 4 shows the interaction of the system when the water washing vehicle 1 is about to enter the water washing equipment area.
As shown in fig. 3, the car washer 1 first receives an instruction input by a user (such as a clothing washer) to enter a washing area, or the car washer 1 automatically senses that the car washer 1 enters the washing area through a sensor on the car washer 1, so that the car washer 1 triggers the first electronic tag reader 11 to read a clothing identifier and send the clothing identifier to the server 2; the server 2 receives the clothing identification, acquires clothing information of clothing to be washed according to a corresponding relation set between the clothing identification and the clothing information, judges whether the car 1 comprises clothing which cannot be shuffled according to the clothing information, and sends first clothing shuffling alarm information to the information display device 3 if the car 1 comprises clothing which cannot be shuffled; if not, the server 2 stores the corresponding first clothes quantity when the water-washed vehicle 1 enters the water-washing area, and determines the clothes water-washing procedure corresponding to the water-washed vehicle 1 according to the clothes information.
As can be seen from fig. 4, when the user pushes the water washing vehicle 1 into the water washing area and prepares to enter or leave a certain water washing equipment area, the water washing vehicle 1 can receive the instruction of entering or leaving the water washing equipment area input by the user; or the water washing vehicle 1 automatically sensed by the sensor enters or leaves the water washing equipment area, so that the water washing vehicle 1 triggers the first electronic tag reader 11 to read the clothing identification and sends the clothing identification to the server 2; the server 2 receives the clothing identification, firstly judges whether the second clothing quantity is smaller than the first clothing quantity, and if so, sends clothing omission alarm information to the information display device 3; if not, acquiring the clothing information of the clothing to be washed according to the corresponding relation set between the clothing identification and the clothing information, judging whether the car 1 comprises clothing which cannot be shuffled according to the clothing information, and if so, sending second clothing shuffling alarm information to the information display device 3; next, the server 2 may determine to enter a next process corresponding to the water-washed vehicle 1 according to the garment water-washing process and the current process corresponding to the water-washed vehicle 1, and send information of the next process to the information display apparatus 3.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the system provided in the embodiment of the present application realizes effective control of the garment single-piece flow in the whole washing process by means of the one-to-one corresponding binding relationship between the garment washing tags and the garments, and the real-time inventory of the garments when the electronic tag reader enters or leaves each point of the car to be washed (for example, enters or leaves each washing equipment area when entering the whole washing area); meanwhile, real-time inventory data is uploaded to a server, and the server finds out the difference of the quantity of the clothes and the difference of the types, colors, belonged orders and the like of the clothes in time to generate alarm information such as missing or shuffling of the clothes; the processing mode can complete the tracking of the single flow of the ready-made clothes in the whole washing process and find out abnormal problems of the clothes in the washing process in time; therefore, the problems of clothing omission, clothing shuffling and the like can be effectively avoided, and the normal washing of the clothing is ensured.
Second embodiment
Corresponding to the above-mentioned garment washing anomaly detection system, the present application also provides a garment washing anomaly detection method, where the main execution unit of the method is a garment washing anomaly detection device, and the device is usually deployed in a server, but is not limited to the server, and may be any device capable of implementing the garment washing anomaly detection method.
Please refer to fig. 5, which is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a method for detecting a washing anomaly of a garment according to the present application, wherein the same parts as those in the first embodiment are not repeated, and please refer to corresponding parts in the first embodiment. The application provides a clothing washing abnormity detection method which comprises the following steps:
step S501: and receiving the clothing identification of the clothing to be washed sent by the washing vehicle.
The clothing identification can be obtained by reading the washing vehicle from an electronic tag of the clothing to be washed by the electronic tag reader.
Step S503: and acquiring the clothing information of the clothing to be washed according to the clothing identification and the corresponding relation set between the clothing identification and the clothing information.
Step S505: and judging whether the clothes which cannot be shuffled exist in the water-washed vehicle or not according to the clothes information.
Step S507: and if so, sending clothing shuffling alarm information to the terminal equipment.
In one example, the method further comprises the steps of: and if the condition that the clothes which cannot be shuffled do not exist in the water-washed vehicle is judged and the water-washed vehicle enters a water-washed area is determined, determining a clothes washing procedure corresponding to the water-washed vehicle according to the clothes information.
The garment washing abnormity detection device can subscribe an event that a car washed by water enters a washing area, and can report the corresponding event to the garment washing abnormity detection device when the car washed by water enters the washing area, so that the garment washing abnormity detection device determines that the car washed by water enters the washing area.
In one example, if it is determined that no non-shuffle garments are present within the water wash and it is determined that the water wash enters the water wash zone, the method further comprises the steps of: storing a first service quantity corresponding to the water-washed vehicle; the first clothing quantity refers to the corresponding clothing quantity when the water washing vehicle enters the water washing area.
In one example, the method further comprises the steps of: if the carwash is determined to have no clothes which can not be shuffled and the carwash enters or leaves a carwash equipment area, judging whether the number of the second clothes is smaller than the number of the first clothes; if the second clothing quantity is smaller than the first clothing quantity, clothing omission alarm information is sent to the terminal equipment; the second clothing quantity is the corresponding clothing quantity when the water washing vehicle enters or leaves the water washing equipment area, and the first clothing quantity is the corresponding clothing quantity when the water washing vehicle enters the water washing area.
The garment washing abnormity detection device can also subscribe an event that a washing vehicle enters or leaves the washing equipment area, when the washing vehicle enters or leaves the washing equipment area, the corresponding event can be reported to the garment washing abnormity detection device, and the garment washing abnormity detection device determines that the washing vehicle enters or leaves the washing equipment area.
In one example, the method further comprises the steps of: if the second clothing quantity is equal to the first clothing quantity, determining the next procedure state of the water-washed vehicle according to the clothing water-washing procedure and the current procedure state of the water-washed vehicle; and sending the prompt information of the next process state to the terminal equipment.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the garment washing anomaly detection method provided by the embodiment of the application realizes effective control of a garment single-piece flow in the whole washing process by means of the one-to-one corresponding binding relationship between the garment washing tags and the garments, and the real-time checking of the garments when the electronic tag reader enters or leaves each point position (for example, when entering the whole washing area, entering or leaving each washing equipment area) of the washing vehicle; meanwhile, real-time inventory data is uploaded to a server, and the server finds out the difference of the quantity of the clothes and the difference of the types, colors, belonged orders and the like of the clothes in time to generate alarm information such as missing or shuffling of the clothes; the processing mode can complete the tracking of the single flow of the ready-made clothes in the whole washing process and find out abnormal problems of the clothes in the washing process in time; therefore, the problems of clothing omission, clothing shuffling and the like can be effectively avoided, and the normal washing of the clothing is ensured.
In the above embodiment, a method for detecting clothes washing abnormality is provided, and correspondingly, a device for detecting clothes washing abnormality is also provided. The apparatus corresponds to an embodiment of the method described above.
Third embodiment
Please refer to fig. 6, which is a schematic view of an embodiment of a device for detecting abnormal washing of clothes according to the present application. Since the apparatus embodiments are substantially similar to the method embodiments, they are described in a relatively simple manner, and reference may be made to some of the descriptions of the method embodiments for relevant points. The device embodiments described below are merely illustrative.
The application additionally provides a clothing washing anomaly detection device, includes:
a clothing identification receiving unit 601, configured to receive a clothing identification of a clothing to be washed sent by a car;
a clothing information obtaining unit 603, configured to obtain clothing information of the clothing to be washed according to the clothing identifier and the corresponding relationship set between the clothing identifier and the clothing information;
a clothing shuffle judgment unit 605 for judging whether or not there is a clothing that cannot be shuffled in the water wash, based on the clothing information;

An electronic device of the present embodiment includes: a processor 701 and a memory 702; a memory for storing a program for implementing the clothing washing abnormality detection method, wherein the following steps are executed after the device is powered on and the program for implementing the clothing washing abnormality detection method is run by the processor: receiving a garment identification of a garment to be washed, which is sent by a washing vehicle; acquiring the clothing information of the clothing to be washed according to the clothing identification and the corresponding relation set between the clothing identification and the clothing information; judging whether the clothes which cannot be shuffled exist in the water-washed vehicle or not according to the clothes information; and if so, sending clothing shuffling alarm information to the terminal equipment.
Fifth embodiment
Corresponding to the above-mentioned garment washing anomaly detection system, the present application also provides a garment washing anomaly detection method, where the main execution unit of the method is a garment washing anomaly detection device, and the device is usually deployed in a server, but is not limited to the server, and may be any device capable of implementing the garment washing anomaly detection method.
Please refer to fig. 8, which is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a method for detecting a washing anomaly of a garment according to the present application, wherein the same parts as those in the first embodiment are not repeated, and please refer to corresponding parts in the first embodiment. The application provides a clothing washing abnormity detection method which comprises the following steps:
step S801: and receiving the clothes information of the clothes to be washed sent by the washing vehicle.
The clothing information may include a clothing identification or a second clothing quantity.
Step S803: and if the fact that the water washing vehicle enters or leaves the water washing equipment area is determined, judging whether the number of the second clothes is smaller than the number of the first clothes or not according to the clothes information.
The second clothing quantity is the corresponding clothing quantity when the water washing vehicle enters or leaves the water washing equipment area, and the first clothing quantity is the corresponding clothing quantity when the water washing vehicle enters the water washing area.
Step S805: and if the second clothing quantity is smaller than the first clothing quantity, sending clothing omission alarm information to the terminal equipment.

Corresponding with foretell clothing washing abnormal system, this application still provides a washing car.
Please refer to fig. 11, which is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of water washing of a vehicle provided in the present application, and parts of this embodiment that are the same as the first embodiment are not repeated, please refer to corresponding parts in the first embodiment. The application provides a washing car includes: a body 1101 and a first electronic tag reader 1102.
The body 1101 is used for accommodating clothes to be washed; the first electronic tag reader 1102 is used for reading the clothing identification of the clothing to be washed from the first electronic tag of the clothing to be washed when the clothing enters or leaves a preset area, and sending the clothing identification to the server, so that the server can conveniently perform clothing washing abnormity detection on the washing vehicle according to the clothing identification.
In one example, the water wash vehicle further comprises: and the information display equipment is used for receiving the alarm information returned by the server and displaying the alarm information.
In one example, the water wash vehicle further comprises: and the reader triggering device is used for triggering the first electronic tag reader to read the clothing identification from the first electronic tag if the clothing identification is determined to enter or leave a preset area.
In one example, a terminal device is used as the reader trigger device; the terminal devices include but are not limited to mobile communication devices, namely: the mobile phone or the smart phone also includes PAD, iPad and other terminal devices. The method comprises the steps that the terminal equipment receives an instruction, input by a user, of entering or leaving a preset area, and the water-washed vehicle enters or leaves the preset area according to the instruction. The terminal device can be used for receiving an instruction input by a user to enter or leave a preset area, and can also be used for displaying alarm information returned by the server and the like.
In one example, the water wash vehicle further comprises: the battery is used for supplying power to the first electronic tag reader; charging means for charging the battery when connected to a charging device.
In one example, the reader triggering device is further configured to determine to enter or leave the water washing device area if it is detected that the connection state of the charging device and the charging device disposed on the water washing device side is changed from disconnection to connection.

As can be seen from the above embodiments, in the water washing vehicle provided in the embodiments of the present application, by means of the one-to-one corresponding binding relationship between the clothing washing tags and the clothing, and the real-time clothing checking by the electronic tag reader when the water washing vehicle enters or exits from each point (for example, when entering the whole water washing area, entering or leaving each water washing equipment area), the effective control of the clothing single-piece flow in the whole water washing process is realized; meanwhile, real-time inventory data is uploaded to a server, and the server finds out the difference of the quantity of the clothes and the difference of the types, colors, belonged orders and the like of the clothes in time to generate alarm information such as missing or shuffling of the clothes; the processing mode can complete the tracking of the single flow of the ready-made clothes in the whole washing process and find out abnormal problems of the clothes in the washing process in time; therefore, the problems of clothing omission, clothing shuffling and the like can be effectively avoided, and the normal washing of the clothing is ensured.
Ninth embodiment
Corresponding to the car washing, the application also provides a method for detecting the abnormal washing of the clothes, and the execution main body of the method is the car washing.
Please refer to fig. 12, which is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of a method for detecting a washing anomaly of a garment according to the present application, wherein parts of the embodiment that are the same as the above embodiment are not repeated, and please refer to corresponding parts of the above embodiment. The application provides a clothing washing abnormity detection method which comprises the following steps:
step S1201: it is determined to enter or leave the preset area.
Step S1203: and reading the clothing identification of the clothing to be washed from the first electronic tag of the clothing to be washed in the washing vehicle through a first electronic tag reader included in the washing vehicle.
Step S1205: and sending the clothing identification to a server.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the garment washing anomaly detection method provided by the embodiment of the application realizes effective control of a garment single-piece flow in the whole washing process by means of the one-to-one corresponding binding relationship between the garment washing tags and the garments, and the real-time checking of the garments when the electronic tag reader enters or leaves each point position (for example, when entering the whole washing area, entering or leaving each washing equipment area) of the washing vehicle; meanwhile, real-time inventory data is uploaded to a server, and the server finds out the difference of the quantity of the clothes and the difference of the types, colors, belonged orders and the like of the clothes in time to generate alarm information such as missing or shuffling of the clothes; the processing mode can complete the tracking of the single flow of the ready-made clothes in the whole washing process and find out abnormal problems of the clothes in the washing process in time; therefore, the problems of clothing omission, clothing shuffling and the like can be effectively avoided, and the normal washing of the clothing is ensured.
In the above embodiment, a method for detecting clothes washing abnormality is provided, and correspondingly, a device for detecting clothes washing abnormality is also provided. The apparatus corresponds to an embodiment of the method described above.
Tenth embodiment
Please refer to fig. 13, which is a schematic view of an embodiment of a device for detecting abnormal washing of clothes according to the present application. Since the apparatus embodiments are substantially similar to the method embodiments, they are described in a relatively simple manner, and reference may be made to some of the descriptions of the method embodiments for relevant points. The device embodiments described below are merely illustrative.
The application additionally provides a clothing washing anomaly detection device, includes:
a position determination unit 1301, configured to determine to enter or leave a preset area;
a clothing identifier reading unit 1303, configured to read, by using a first electronic tag reader included in the car washing machine, a clothing identifier of a clothing to be washed in the car washing machine from a first electronic tag of the clothing to be washed;

The device embodiments described below are merely illustrative.
An electronic device of the present embodiment includes: a processor 1401 and a memory 1402; a memory for storing a program for implementing the clothing washing abnormality detection method, wherein the following steps are executed after the device is powered on and the program for implementing the clothing washing abnormality detection method is run by the processor: determining to enter or leave a preset area; reading the clothing identification of the clothing to be washed from the first electronic tag of the clothing to be washed in the water washing vehicle through a first electronic tag reader included in the water washing vehicle; and sending the clothing identification to a server.
Twelfth embodiment
Corresponding to the above-mentioned clothing abnormal water washing system, this application still provides a battery charging outfit.
Please refer to fig. 15, which is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of a charging device provided in the present application, and parts of the present embodiment that are the same as those of the first embodiment are not repeated, please refer to corresponding parts in the first embodiment. The application provides a charging equipment, dispose in washing equipment side, include: the second electronic tag reader 1501 is configured to read a car identifier of a car wash in a magnetic field range of the second electronic tag reader 1501, and send a message that the car wash reaches the position of the washing apparatus to a server; the message comprises the car identifier and the identifier of the washing equipment, so that the server can locate the car according to the car identifier and the identifier of the washing equipment.
As can be seen from the foregoing embodiments, the charging device provided in the embodiments of the present application is disposed at a side of a washing device, and includes a second electronic tag reader, where the charging device reads a vehicle identifier of a car to be washed from an electronic tag of the car to be washed within a magnetic field range of the charging device through the second electronic tag reader, and sends a message that the car to be washed reaches a location of the washing device to a server; the message comprises the vehicle identification and the identification of the washing equipment; the processing mode enables the server to position the water washing vehicle according to the vehicle identification and the identification of the water washing equipment.

Claims (40)

1. A garment washing anomaly detection system is characterized by comprising:
the washing vehicle comprises a first electronic tag reader, and is used for reading the clothing identification of the clothing to be washed from the first electronic tag of the clothing to be washed in the washing vehicle through the first electronic tag reader and sending the clothing identification to a server when the washing vehicle enters or leaves a preset area;
the server is used for receiving the clothing identification and detecting clothing washing abnormity of the washing vehicle according to the clothing identification; if the abnormality is detected, sending alarm information to an information display device;
and the information display device is used for receiving the alarm information sent by the server and displaying the alarm information.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the preset area comprises: a water washing area and a water washing equipment area.
3. The system of claim 1,
the server is specifically used for acquiring the clothing information of the clothing to be washed according to the clothing identification and the corresponding relation set between the clothing identification and the clothing information; judging whether the clothes which cannot be shuffled exist in the water-washed vehicle or not according to the clothes information; if yes, judging that the abnormality is detected, and generating clothing shuffling alarm information.
4. The system of claim 3,
the garment information includes a garment category;
the judging whether the clothes which cannot be shuffled exist in the water washing vehicle according to the clothes information comprises the following steps:
judging whether clothes which do not accord with a first rule exist in the water-washed vehicle or not according to the clothes category; the first rule refers to a rule of clothing categories which cannot be shuffled;
and if so, determining that the clothes which cannot be shuffled exist in the water-washed vehicle.
5. The system of claim 3,
the garment information comprises a garment color;
the judging whether the clothes which cannot be shuffled exist in the water washing vehicle according to the clothes information comprises the following steps:
judging whether clothes which do not accord with a second rule exist in the water-washed vehicle or not according to the clothes color; the second rule refers to a rule of clothing colors that cannot be shuffled;
and if so, determining that the clothes which cannot be shuffled exist in the water-washed vehicle.
6. The system of claim 3,
the clothing information comprises an order mark;
the judging whether the clothes which cannot be shuffled exist in the water washing vehicle according to the clothes information comprises the following steps:
judging whether clothes which do not accord with a third rule exist in the water-washed vehicle or not according to the order mark; the third rule refers to a rule of orders which cannot be shuffled;
and if so, determining that the clothes which cannot be shuffled exist in the water-washed vehicle.
7. The system of claim 1,
the server is further used for storing the first service quantity if the fact that the water washing vehicle enters the water washing area is determined; and the alarm module is specifically used for judging that the abnormality is detected and generating clothing omission alarm information if the fact that the water washing vehicle enters or leaves the water washing equipment area and the second clothing quantity is smaller than the first clothing quantity is determined;
the second clothing quantity is the corresponding clothing quantity when the water washing vehicle enters or leaves the water washing equipment area, and the first clothing quantity is the corresponding clothing quantity when the water washing vehicle enters the water washing area.
8. The system of claim 1, wherein:
the server is further used for acquiring the clothing information of the clothing to be washed according to the clothing identification and the corresponding relation set between the clothing identification and the clothing information if the fact that the washing vehicle enters the washing area is determined; determining a clothes washing procedure corresponding to the car washing according to the clothes information; if the fact that the water-washed vehicle enters or leaves the water-washed equipment area is determined, determining the next procedure state of the water-washed vehicle according to the clothes water-washing procedure and the current procedure state, and sending prompt information for entering the next procedure state to the information display device;
the information display device is also used for receiving the prompt information sent by the server and displaying the prompt information.
9. The system of claim 1,
the water-washing vehicle is also used for receiving an instruction input by a user to enter or leave a preset area, and determining to enter or leave the preset area according to the instruction.
10. The system of claim 9,
the water washing vehicle further comprises a terminal device, and the water washing vehicle is specifically used for receiving the instruction through the terminal device.
11. The system of claim 1,
the water washing vehicle further comprises a sensor, and the water washing vehicle is specifically used for sensing that the water washing vehicle enters or leaves a preset area through the sensor.
12. The system of claim 1,
the water-washing vehicle comprises a battery and a charging device;

and the charging equipment is arranged on the side of the water washing equipment and is used for charging the battery of the water washing vehicle.

16. A method for detecting clothes washing abnormity is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a garment identification of a garment to be washed, which is sent by a washing vehicle;
acquiring the clothing information of the clothing to be washed according to the clothing identification and the corresponding relation set between the clothing identification and the clothing information;
judging whether the clothes which cannot be shuffled exist in the water-washed vehicle or not according to the clothes information;
and if so, sending clothing shuffling alarm information to the terminal equipment.
17. The method of claim 16, further comprising:
and if the judgment result is negative and the water-washed vehicle is determined to enter the water-washed area, determining the clothes water-washing procedure corresponding to the water-washed vehicle.
18. The method of claim 16, further comprising:
if the judgment result is negative and the water washing vehicle is determined to enter the water washing area, storing a first service quantity corresponding to the water washing vehicle; the first clothing quantity refers to the corresponding clothing quantity when the water washing vehicle enters the water washing area.
19. The method of claim 16, further comprising:
if the judgment result is negative and the fact that the water washing vehicle enters or leaves the water washing equipment area is determined, judging whether the number of the second clothes is smaller than that of the first clothes;
if the second clothing quantity is smaller than the first clothing quantity, clothing omission alarm information is sent to the terminal equipment;
the second clothing quantity is the corresponding clothing quantity when the water washing vehicle enters or leaves the water washing equipment area, and the first clothing quantity is the corresponding clothing quantity when the water washing vehicle enters the water washing area.
20. The method of claim 19, further comprising:
if the second clothing quantity is equal to the first clothing quantity, determining the next procedure state of the water-washed vehicle according to the clothing water-washing procedure and the current procedure state of the water-washed vehicle;
and sending the prompt information of the next process state to the terminal equipment.
21. A clothing washing anomaly detection device is characterized by comprising:
the clothes mark receiving unit is used for receiving the clothes mark of the clothes to be washed, which is sent by the washing vehicle;
the clothing information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the clothing information of the clothing to be washed according to the clothing identification and the corresponding relation set between the clothing identification and the clothing information;
a clothing shuffle judging unit for judging whether clothing which cannot be shuffled exists in the water washing vehicle according to the clothing information;
and the shuffle alarm information sending unit is used for sending the clothing shuffle alarm information to the terminal equipment if the judgment result is yes.

the clothes quantity comparison unit is used for judging whether the second clothes quantity is smaller than the first clothes quantity or not if the judgment result is negative and the fact that the water washing vehicle enters or leaves the water washing equipment area is determined;
the missing alarm information unit is used for sending clothing missing alarm information to the terminal equipment if the second clothing number is judged to be smaller than the first clothing number;
the second clothing quantity is the corresponding clothing quantity when the water washing vehicle enters or leaves the water washing equipment area, and the first clothing quantity is the corresponding clothing quantity when the water washing vehicle enters the water washing area.

a process state determining unit, configured to determine a next process state of the water-washed vehicle according to the clothes washing process of the water-washed vehicle and the current process state if the second number of clothes is equal to the first number of clothes;
and the prompt information sending unit is used for sending the prompt information of the next process state to the terminal equipment.

a memory for storing a program for implementing the clothing washing abnormality detection method, wherein the following steps are executed after the device is powered on and the program for implementing the clothing washing abnormality detection method is run by the processor: receiving a garment identification of a garment to be washed, which is sent by a washing vehicle; acquiring the clothing information of the clothing to be washed according to the clothing identification and the corresponding relation set between the clothing identification and the clothing information; judging whether the clothes which cannot be shuffled exist in the water-washed vehicle or not according to the clothes information; and if so, sending clothing shuffling alarm information to the terminal equipment.
27. A method for detecting clothes washing abnormity is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving clothes information of clothes to be washed, which is sent by a washing vehicle;
if the fact that the water washing vehicle enters or leaves the water washing equipment area is determined, judging whether the number of the second clothes is smaller than the number of the first clothes or not according to the clothes information;
if the second clothing quantity is smaller than the first clothing quantity, clothing omission alarm information is sent to the terminal equipment;
the second clothing quantity is the corresponding clothing quantity when the water washing vehicle enters or leaves the water washing equipment area, and the first clothing quantity is the corresponding clothing quantity when the water washing vehicle enters the water washing area.
28. A clothing washing anomaly detection device is characterized by comprising:
the clothes information receiving unit is used for receiving the clothes information of the clothes to be washed, which is sent by the washing vehicle;

a body for receiving a garment to be washed;
and the first electronic tag reader is used for reading the clothing identification of the clothing to be washed from the first electronic tag of the clothing to be washed when the clothing enters or leaves a preset area, and sending the clothing identification to the server, so that the server can conveniently detect the clothing washing abnormity of the washing vehicle according to the clothing identification.
