Abstract
The invention discloses an electric valve with a temperature measuring function, which comprises an actuator (1), wherein the actuator (1) is connected with a valve body (4) through a fixed support (5), the actuator (1) drives the valve body to operate through a coupler (6), the actuator (1) is connected with a temperature measuring sensor (3) through a lead (2), and the sensor (3) is placed in a temperature measuring hole of the valve body (4). The function can be applied to an electric ball valve and an electric butterfly valve, the medium temperature can be monitored dynamically, the temperature signal is converted into an electronic signal to be displayed, and the problem of medium temperature measurement is solved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of instrument automation, and particularly relates to an electric valve with a temperature measuring function.
Object of the Invention
The existing electric valves only control the medium flow and have temperature measuring functions at different times. If the real-time temperature of the current medium is known, a single temperature measuring device is needed, so that the resource waste and the data dispersion are caused. For better real-time monitoring of the medium temperature, we invented an electric valve integrated with a temperature sensor.
The electric valve can convert the temperature into an electronic signal through the temperature sensor, and the electronic signal is intelligently displayed on the electric actuator, so that the purpose of monitoring the medium temperature in real time is achieved.

The invention aims to develop an electric valve with a temperature measuring function, monitor the medium temperature in real time and solve the problems of temperature measurement and control.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: the wiring end of the electric actuator is integrated with the intelligent module, the intelligent module can process signals of the temperature sensor and carry out digital display, the intelligent module is connected with the temperature sensor through a wire, the temperature sensor is connected with the temperature measuring hole of the valve body, and the electric actuator is connected with the valve body to form a whole set of automatic equipment.
Preferably, the electric actuator is connected with the valve body through a fixed bracket.
Preferably, the electric actuator drives the valve body to operate through the coupling sleeve.
Preferably, the electric actuator is integrated with an intelligent module.
Preferably, the intelligent module is connected with the temperature sensor through a wire.
Preferably, the temperature sensor is placed in a temperature measuring hole special for the valve body.
The invention can monitor the medium temperature in real time through the equipment and control the medium flow through the electric actuator, thereby achieving the purpose of controlling the medium temperature in real time. The problem that the medium temperature cannot be monitored by the current valve body is solved, and the medium temperatures at two ends of the valve body can be controlled and changed in real time.

The temperature sensor measures the temperature value in the temperature measuring hole of the valve body, the temperature value is converted into an electric signal and transmitted into the intelligent module, the intelligent module processes the electric signal into the temperature value to be digitally displayed, and therefore the digital end of the electric actuator can read the medium temperature value in real time and switch (adjust) the stroke of the electric actuator according to the requirement to change the medium flow, and the medium temperature is controlled.
