Compared with the rotary bin in the embodiment 1, the rotary bin in the embodiment is different in that a drainage plate 120 is arranged on the material opening, the drainage plate 120 is connected with the turnover blade, and the drainage plate 120 extends to the material window 205 from the material opening, so that materials in the rotary bin can be smoothly discharged.

In some embodiments, the blanking gap 121 may also be disposed at other positions of the flow guide plate 120, and may be designed according to actual situations.
Meanwhile, in addition, the blanking gap 121 includes a drainage inclined plane 122 inclined to the discharging surface (i.e., the surface B shown in the figure) of the turning blade, and the drainage inclined plane 122 makes the drainage plate 120 tangentially connected to the discharging surface of the turning blade, so that the material on the discharging surface is more easily conveyed to the drainage plate 120, and the drainage gap is further reached.
As shown in fig. 5, 7 and 8, an outer ring 123 is arranged outside the material port, the outer ring 123 extends from the material port to the material window 205, and the arranged outer ring 123 prevents the material from falling into the area between the material window 205 and the material port, so as to avoid the problem of incomplete material transportation.
As shown in fig. 7, two ends of the flow guide plate 120 are connected to the outer ring 123, and due to the existence of the outer ring 123, the flow guide notch arranged at one end smoothly discharges the material between the material conveying port and the material window 205, thereby avoiding incomplete discharging of the rotary bin.
As shown in fig. 6, the turning blade includes a free edge 113, and the drainage plate 120 is disposed on the projection line of the free edge at the material outlet. In this embodiment, the material window 205 may be provided with a material inlet and outlet channel, the material inlet and outlet channel is provided with a partition 508, the material inlet and outlet channel includes a material inlet channel and a material outlet channel, and the partition 508 is located at the material window 205 to prevent the material in the material inlet channel from falling into the material outlet channel. See examples 3 and 4 for the relevant contents of the feed and discharge channels.
In order to make the feeding and discharging of the rotary bin smoothly proceed, for the feeding and discharging channels described in embodiments 3 and 4, the possibility that the material falls into the discharging channel when the material is fed will be avoided by the abutting of the drainage plate 120 and one end of the partition 508 in this embodiment, and the remaining problem caused when the material is fed in the region between the material window 205 and the material port will also be reduced, so as to avoid the possibility that the uncleaned material is mixed in the discharged material when the material is discharged.
Example 3:

In order to enable the feeding direction of the feeding channel to incline downwards to the material window, the embodiment provides a structure of the feeding and discharging channel, as shown in fig. 11, a partition plate 508 is arranged in the feeding and discharging channel, and the partition plate 508 is located at the material window to prevent the material in the feeding channel from falling into the discharging channel. As can be seen from fig. 11, the partition 508 is obliquely arranged in the feeding and discharging channel, the oblique direction is the same as the feeding direction of the feeding channel, the main body part of the feeding and discharging channel is vertically arranged along the gravity direction, and the main body part comprises the feeding channel and the discharging channel which are vertically arranged along the gravity direction.

In this embodiment, the main body portions of the feeding and discharging channels are all arranged in the feeding and discharging direction 510, so that the main body portion of the whole feeding and discharging channel is substantially in a V shape, and the discharging direction 510 and the feeding direction 507 are horizontally symmetrical in the vertical direction. In order to cut off the feeding channel and the discharging channel by the bending part, the bending part 509 protrudes to the shell, so that the material of the feeding channel can be ensured not to fall into the discharging channel too much.
In some embodiments, the main body portion of the feeding and discharging channel may also have a plurality of bending sections, as long as the bending sections at the feeding port and the discharging port can be formed into bending sections, and therefore, other possibilities may be available for the shape and structure of the main body portion, and the present invention is not limited thereto.

5. The feeding device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the partition is a bent portion formed by obliquely and convexly disposing the inner wall of the feeding and discharging passage toward the material window.

The feeding device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the main body of the feeding and discharging channel is arranged in the feeding direction and the discharging direction at the material window, and the main body comprises the feeding channel obliquely downward along the feeding direction and the discharging channel obliquely downward along the discharging direction, and the bending part is formed between the outer side wall of the feeding channel and the outer side wall of the discharging channel.
7. The feeding device as claimed in claim 6, wherein said discharge direction is horizontally symmetrical to said feeding direction in a vertical direction.
8. The feeding device as claimed in claim 6, wherein said bent portion is projected to said housing.
9. The feeding device as claimed in claim 4, wherein said feeding and discharging passage comprises a feeding and discharging connector connected to said material window, and said partition is disposed in said feeding and discharging connector.
10. The feeding device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the feeding and discharging joint comprises a feeding port located on the upper side of the partition and a discharging port located on the lower side of the partition.
