a group of blowing air pipes are arranged in the filtering box body, a plurality of flange connectors are arranged on the upper end surface of each blowing air pipe, and a filter cartridge can be vertically arranged on each flange connector; the two ends of the blowing air pipes extend to the outside of the box body, pulse valves connected with an air source are arranged on each blowing air pipe on the same side of the box body, an off-line valve is arranged on each blowing air pipe on the other side of the box body, the blowing air pipes on one side of the off-line valves are communicated with an air outlet collecting pipe, and a fan is arranged on the air outlet collecting pipe. And a filter cylinder is arranged on a blowing air pipe connected with the box body, so that high-strength air flow emitted by the pulse valve can enter the interior of the filter cylinder to perform blowback operation, and dust accumulated on the filter cylinder is blown down.
Further, the pipe diameter of the blowing air pipe is larger than the outer diameter of the filter cylinder, and the difference value between the blowing air pipe and the filter cylinder is controlled to be 1 cm-5 cm. The increase of the pipe diameter of the blowing air pipe can be beneficial to the installation of the filter cartridge, and is helpful to provide more sufficient high-speed air flow and more beneficial to the back blowing of the filter cartridge.
Further, the distance between the outermost side of the group of blowing air pipes and the inner wall of the box body is limited to 3 cm-5 cm; the distance between two adjacent blowing air pipes is limited to be 3 cm-5 cm. The blowing tuber pipe itself can block the air inlet dust, after injecing above-mentioned distance, the wind speed of reduction air inlet that can be reasonable avoids a large amount of air currents to cause raise dust problem or dust to pile up on the blowing tuber pipe and strain a section of thick bamboo in a large number in getting into the ash bucket, is unfavorable for the play ash of dust.

Further, the filter screen is of a wave-shaped structure; the wave crests of the filter screens are positioned at the gap between the two blowing air pipes, the filter screens in contact with the box body are the wave crests or the wave troughs of the filter screens, and leak grooves are formed in the wave troughs of the filter screens. The design of wave crest and wave trough contributes to falling of dust on the filter screen, and dust accumulation on the filter screen is avoided.
Compared with the prior art, the invention increases the pipe diameter of the blowing air pipe, and the filter cartridge is directly arranged on the blowing air pipe through the flange, thereby improving the flow of air flow in the blowing air pipe and better realizing the back blowing operation of the filter cartridge; and the whole structure is simple, the installation is convenient, and the subsequent maintenance is convenient.

The following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, will make the advantages and features of the invention easier to understand by those skilled in the art, and thus will clearly and clearly define the scope of the invention.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the air box type dust collector with a blowing pipe in the present embodiment includes a box body 1, where the box body 1 includes an air inlet box body, a filtering box body and an ash bucket, the air inlet box body is provided with an air inlet 7, and an ash outlet 8 is provided below the ash bucket; a group of blowing air pipes 2 (three blowing air pipes in the embodiment) are arranged in the filtering box body, the upper end surface of each blowing air pipe 2 is provided with a plurality of flange connectors (four flange connectors in the embodiment), and each flange connector can be vertically provided with a filter cartridge 6 (if the flange connector is not provided with the filter cartridge, the filter cartridge can be blocked by a mounting cover plate); the two ends of each blowing air pipe 2 extend to the outside of the box body 1, each blowing air pipe 2 on the same side of the box body 1 is provided with a pulse valve 4 connected with an air source, each blowing air pipe 2 on the other side of the box body 1 is provided with an off-line valve 3, each blowing air pipe 2 on one side of the off-line valve 3 is communicated with an air outlet collecting pipe 5, one end of the air outlet collecting pipe 5 is in a closed state, and the other end of the air outlet collecting pipe 5 is provided with a fan 5.
In the embodiment, in order to facilitate the installation of the filter cartridge 6, the pipe diameter of the blowing air pipe 2 is larger than the outer diameter of the filter cartridge 6, and the difference between the two is controlled to be between 1cm and 5 cm. In addition, in order to facilitate dust falling into the ash bucket, the distance between the outermost side of the group of blowing air pipes 2 and the inner wall of the box body 1 is limited to be 3 cm-5 cm; the distance between two adjacent blowing air pipes 2 is limited to 3 cm-5 cm.
To facilitate monitoring of the dust thickness on the filter cartridge 6 to confirm the need for self-cleaning of the filter cartridge 6, the housing 1 is provided with an infrared detector corresponding to the outer surface of the filter cartridge 6 for detecting the dust thickness. The infrared detector is connected with a controller of the dust remover, and the controller is simultaneously connected with the pulse valve 4, the off-line valve 3 and the fan 5 so as to realize the automatic blowing operation of the dust remover. When the dust thickness on a certain blowing air pipe 2 reaches a specific value, the off-line valve on the blowing air pipe is closed and the pulse valve is started to perform blowing operation, so that the normal operation of filter cartridges on other blowing air pipes cannot be influenced. The blowing operation can also be determined according to time, for example, after ten minutes, the first blowing air pipe blows, and then ten minutes later, the second blowing air pipe blows, so that the blowing is performed circularly.
Example 2
As shown in fig. 3, the structure of the air box type blowing duct dust remover in this embodiment is substantially the same as that of embodiment 1, except that: a filter screen 10 is arranged below the blowing air pipe 2, and the edge of the filter screen 10 is fixedly arranged on the box body 1.
A filter net 10 shown in fig. 4(a) and 4(b) has a wave-shaped structure. The wave crest of the filter screen 10 is positioned at the gap between the two blowing air pipes 2, the filter screen 10 contacted with the box body 1 is the wave crest or the wave trough, and the wave trough of the filter screen 10 is provided with a leakage groove. Therefore, the dust can be blocked by the filter screen 10, and the phenomenon that the deposition of the dust in the dust barrel connected with the dust outlet is influenced due to overlarge airflow at the dust outlet 8 is avoided. The ash outlet of the dust remover under the normal condition can be connected with the ash bucket and used for collecting dust, and the dust in the ash bucket can be lifted when the air volume at the ash outlet is large, so that the dust is easy to leak.

a group of blowing air pipes (2) are arranged in the filtering box body, a plurality of flange connectors are arranged on the upper end surface of each blowing air pipe (2), and a filter cartridge (6) can be vertically arranged on each flange connector; the two ends of each blowing air pipe (2) extend to the outside of the box body (1), each blowing air pipe (2) on the same side of the box body (1) is provided with a pulse valve (4) connected with an air source, each blowing air pipe (2) on the other side of the box body (1) is provided with an off-line valve (3), each blowing air pipe (2) on one side of the off-line valve (3) is communicated with an air outlet header pipe (5), and the air outlet header pipe (5) is provided with a fan (5).
2. The air box type air blast pipe dust collector according to claim 1, wherein: the pipe diameter of the blowing air pipe (2) is larger than the outer diameter of the filter cartridge (6).

The air box type air blast pipe dust collector according to claim 2, wherein: the distance between the outermost side of the group of blowing air pipes (2) and the inner wall of the box body (1) is limited to 3 cm-5 cm; the distance between two adjacent blowing air pipes (2) is limited to 3 cm-5 cm.
