Thus, before the handle 16 is held by hand to open the door, the push-pull member 12 is located in the accommodating groove 161, and can be smoothly applied to the push-pull member 12, which is convenient to operate.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the push-pull member 12 includes a driving plate 121 and a driving arm 122 connected to the driving plate 121. The driving arm 122 is movably disposed in the movable hole 111 in a front-back direction, and the driving arm 122 is connected to the rotating shaft 13 in a transmission manner. So, act on drive plate 121, including not being limited to pressing mode and push-and-pull mode to drive plate 121's effect mode, drive the action of actuating arm 122 by drive plate 121, and then drive pivot 13 rotation by actuating arm 122, it is comparatively convenient to operate.
The front and rear movement refers to movement in a direction perpendicular to the panel surface of the door 10 of the cooking appliance.
Specifically, two driving arms 122 are provided, the two driving arms 122 are connected to both ends of the driving plate 121, the number of the movable holes 111 is two, and the two movable holes 111 and the two driving arms 122 are provided in one-to-one correspondence.
Alternatively, the number of the drive arms 122 is not limited to two, and may be one, three, or another number.
Optionally, the driving plate 121 is adapted to the bottom wall of the accommodating groove 161.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, 3 and 11, the driving arm 122 is provided with a hook slot 1221, and the rotating shaft 13 includes a stretching rod 131, two transition rods 132 connected to two ends of the stretching rod 131, and a rotating rod 133 connected to the transition rods 132. The stretching rod 131 is clamped in the hook groove 1221, and the stretching rod 131 and the rotating rod 133 are arranged in parallel. The rotating lever 133 is rotatably disposed on the body 11. The door hook 14 is rotatably connected to the rotating lever 133 in synchronization. Thus, when the driving arm 122 of the push-pull member 12 drives the stretching rod 131, the stretching rod 131 rotates according to the driving rotation lever 133.
Specifically, the stretching rod 131, the transition rod 132, and the rotating rod 133 are an integrated rod body, and the rotation shaft 13 is formed by, for example, bending the integrated rod body. Alternatively, the stretching rod 131, the transition rod 132, and the rotating rod 133 form the rotating shaft 13 by being welded to each other.
As an alternative, the rotating rod 133 is one, and the stretching rod 131 is disposed at a middle portion of the rotating rod 133 and is adapted to be connected to the driving arm 122. When the driving arm 122 of the push-pull member 12 drives the stretching rod 131, the stretching rod 131 also drives the rotating rod 133 to rotate.
As an alternative, the driving arm 122 is provided with a first tooth, and the side wall of the rotating shaft 13 is provided with a second tooth engaged with the first tooth. Thus, the driving arm 122 of the push-pull member 12 can drive the rotation shaft 13 to rotate when pushed or pulled.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 4, the body 11 includes a door frame 112 and a door frame 113 disposed in the door frame 112. The side wall of the door frame 113 facing the door frame 112 is provided with a groove 1131, the rotating shaft 13 is rotatably disposed in the groove 1131, and the movable hole 111 is disposed on the door frame 112 and corresponds to the notch of the groove 1131.
In addition, all be equipped with first axle hole 1132 on the lateral wall at the both ends of recess 1131, the tip of pivot 13 passes through first axle hole 1132 stretches out outside the recess 1131, door hook 14 set up in on the tip of pivot 13 and be located the lateral part of door frame 113.
In addition, a shaft block 1121 is disposed on the door frame 112, a shaft groove 1122 is disposed on a side surface of the shaft block 1121 facing the rotation shaft, and the rotation shaft 13 is rotatably disposed in the shaft groove 1122.
Further, referring to fig. 4 to 7, a transverse limiting buckle 1123 and a longitudinal limiting portion 1124 are disposed on an inner side surface of the door frame 112. The longitudinal limiting portion 1124 is limited and abutted against the bottom of the door frame 113, and the transverse limiting buckle 1123 is clamped on the side of the door frame 113, so that the door frame 113 is fixed and installed in the door frame 112. Particularly, the relative both sides on the medial surface of door frame 112 all are equipped with horizontal spacing buckle 1123, carry out the joint respectively with the relative both sides of door frame 113 through the horizontal spacing buckle 1123 of the relative both sides of door frame 112 and fix, and fixed effect is better.
As an alternative, the shaft block 1121 is not disposed on the door frame 112, but is disposed on the door frame 113.
Specifically, the number of the shaft blocks 1121 is two, the two shaft blocks 1121 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the two rotating rods 133, and the two rotating rods 133 of the rotating shaft 13 are respectively rotatably mounted in the bearings of the two shaft blocks 1121, so that when the rotating shaft 13 rotates, the rotating effect is stable.
Further, referring to fig. 1 to 5, the main body 11 further includes a front panel 114 and a rear cover plate 115. The front panel 114 is installed on one side of the door frame 112, and the front panel 114 is provided with a movable hole 111 for the push-pull member 12 to move. The rear cover plate 115 is installed on the other side of the door frame 112, an opening 1151 corresponding to the door hook 14 is formed in the rear cover plate 115, and the door hook 14 can move in the opening 1151.
In one embodiment, the rotating shaft 13 is a crankshaft, and the rotating shaft 13 is bent to form the stretching rod 131, the transition rod 132 and the rotating rod 133. The stretching rod 131 is connected to the driving arm 122 of the push-pull member 12, and the rotating rod 133 is disposed in the shaft groove 1122.
Further, referring to fig. 4 to 7, the distance between the stretching rod 131 and the rotating rod 133 is smaller than the depth of the groove 1131, that is, the length of the transition rod 132 is smaller than the depth of the groove 1131. In this manner, stretch rod 131 may be fully received within recess 1131 and rotated within recess 1131.
Further, when the plane formed by the axial center of the stretching rod 131 and the axial center of the rotating rod 133 is in the vertical state, the elastic member 15 is in the natural extension state or the contraction state, and at this time, the door body 10 is in the closed state, and the hook portion 141 of the door hook 14 is pressed against the microswitch 30. Since the plane formed by the axial center of the stretching rod 131 and the axial center of the rotating rod 133 is in the vertical state, when the stretching rod 131 is pulled back and forth by the driving arm 122 of the push-pull member 12 during the door opening process, the plane formed by the axial center of the stretching rod 131 and the axial center of the rotating rod 133 is rotated from the vertical state to the inclined state at an angle of, for example, 30 degrees to 60 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane, thereby facilitating the rotation of the driving shaft 13.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the total length L1 of the stretching rod 131 and one of the rotating rods 133 is less than the length L2 of the groove 1131.
