(8) the user number home short message center sends the short message to the MSC where the user roams according to the SMSADDR address replied by the HLRb;
(9) the MSC where the user roams returns a response message of successful short message sending to the user number attribution short message center. The user number attributive short message center sends an SMPP _ DELIVER _ SM (status report) message to the CTG short message gateway to inform the short message sending success;
(10) the CTG short message gateway receives the status report short message and returns an SMPP _ DELIVER _ SM _ RESP response to the user number attribution short message center;
(11) the CTG short message gateway sends an SMPP _ DELIVER _ SM (status report) message to the overseas multi-number platform to inform that the short message is successfully sent;
(12) and the overseas multi-number platform receives the status report short message and returns an SMPP _ DELIVER _ SM _ RESP response to the CTG short message gateway.
5) Setting of auxiliary number activating-to-main number forward transmission function
The auxiliary number activation and main number forwarding function means that the overseas multi-number platform is used as an auxiliary number roaming visiting place VLR, a location registration message is sent to a user home location register HLRb, and after the registration is successful, the HLRb considers that the user roams in the overseas multi-number platform. When the auxiliary number is called, the HLRb sends a message of requesting calling and short messages to the overseas multi-number platform, and the overseas multi-number platform forwards the calling and short messages of the auxiliary number to the main number, so that the flow of calling the auxiliary number and receiving the short messages is realized.
The signaling flow before the secondary number activates the primary number is shown in fig. 5, and the specific flow is as follows:
sending a logreq by the platform, wherein a digits parameter is an auxiliary number, and a triggerType parameter is 34 (location);
the auxiliary number attribution HLRb responds to the logreq, wherein the information comprises ESN and MIN information of the auxiliary number and other related information;
the platform judges that the auxiliary number needs to be activated according to the information in the logreq, and then sends REGNOT to the auxiliary number attribution HLRb, wherein the REGNOT comprises ESN and MIN information of the auxiliary number, MSCID information of the platform, transactionability and winCapability (indicating that the platform supports WIN capability and trigger);
and the attributive HLRb recording platform is VLR/servingMsc, and sends subscription information to finish registration.
To realize the function of one card with two numbers, the auxiliary number of the user must keep activating the process of roaming in the overseas multi-number platform. The secondary number activation is divided into a virtual card and an entity card, and once the virtual card is successfully activated, the virtual card is basically always in an activated state unless the BOSS system initiates a process of suspending the secondary number activation. The entity card needs to be powered off when activation is needed, after activation is successful, if the auxiliary number is powered on, the activation is invalid, and the function of one card with two numbers can be used only by activating the auxiliary number again on a multi-number platform in the overseas. The flow of the processing of forwarding the secondary number to the primary number is shown in fig. 6.

(2) An entity auxiliary card activation process, for an entity auxiliary card, the processing is relatively complex, and as the auxiliary card may be in a power-on use state, once the platform activates the operation of converting the auxiliary number to the main number, the normal use of the auxiliary card is affected, so that, according to the auxiliary card service priority principle, before the platform sends REGNOT to register on HLRb (activation operation), a LOCREQ message needs to be sent first to detect the power-on and power-off state of a user, and if the auxiliary card is in the power-off state, the activation operation is carried out; if the auxiliary card is in the power-on state, the platform informs the user of powering off the auxiliary card, then detection is carried out, and activation operation is carried out under the condition that the user is confirmed to be powered off. The specific operation is as follows:
setting an attempt activation number counter M, wherein the initial M =0, the counter +1 is set once each attempt, and the counter is cleared when the activation is successful. In order to not interfere the service use of the secondary card user too much, when the number of attempts reaches a threshold value, the platform stops the activation process and records the state of the secondary number as 'the number of attempts to activate is over limit'. The threshold value can be set, and 6 is taken as default;
the platform judges the current state of the auxiliary card according to the logreq response message parameter returned by the HLRb, and judges that the following 4 conditions exist: the power-on state, the power-off state, the auxiliary number abnormity and the power-on and power-off state are unknown.
Aiming at the detection result that the power-off state is achieved: and the platform sends REGNOT to register HLRb to complete activation. The MIN, ESN parameters in the REGNOT message are taken from the logreq message.
Aiming at the detection result of the power-on state: and sending a reminding short message to the auxiliary number by the platform to prompt the user to shut down, and detecting the user state again after waiting for T minutes. The waiting time T is configurable and defaults to 30 minutes.
Aiming at the detection result of unknown startup and shutdown states: and the platform sends a reminding short message to the auxiliary number to prompt the user to shut down, and the reminding short message is continuously sent twice at an interval of one minute. Within N minutes after the first short message is sent, if any short message is successfully delivered, the user is considered to be in a starting state, and the detection is carried out again after T minutes; if the successful delivery receipt is not received, the user is considered to be in a power-off state, the platform sends REGNOT to register to HLRb, and activation is completed. The waiting time N is configurable and defaults to 3 minutes.
Aiming at the detection result that the auxiliary number is abnormal: and ending the activation process, and recording the state of the auxiliary number as 'auxiliary number abnormal'.
And after the activation is successful, the auxiliary number is in a call forwarding activation state, in the state, if the platform receives a REGCAN registration cancellation message sent by HLRb, the platform indicates that the auxiliary card is in a rebooting state, the platform sends a reminding short message to the auxiliary number to prompt the user to power off, and after waiting for T minutes, the user state is detected again.
(3) A registration state information synchronization mechanism between the overseas multi-number platform and the HLRb needs to be added for the entity card. After the platform successfully activates call forwarding, the auxiliary number is in a call forwarding activation state, in this state, platform equipment restart or signaling network failure may occur, and if the entity auxiliary card is restarted, the platform may not receive a RENCAN message of HLRb, so that the registration state of the platform is inconsistent with the HLRb, and the auxiliary number cannot be successfully called to the main number. Therefore, after the platform successfully activates call forwarding, the platform needs to periodically detect the registration information of the HLRb, and if the state is not synchronous, the platform reinitializes the operation activation process for the auxiliary number. And (3) every R hours, the platform sends a LOCREQ message, and judges whether the state is synchronous or not according to the received LOCREQ response message. R is configurable, taking 24 hours by default.
6) Setting for deactivating function of forwarding auxiliary number to main number
The CRM system initiates a message for deactivating the auxiliary number to main number forwarding function to the overseas multi-number platform, and the platform needs to initiate a request for deactivating to the user belonging HLRb to release the one-card two-number binding relationship, where the specific flow is as shown in fig. 7:

(4) the platform judges whether the auxiliary number is registered on the platform currently according to the logreq _ ack, if so, the platform sends MSIACT, otherwise, the platform directly replies that CRM deactivation is successful;
(5) the attributive HLRb responds to the msinact _ ack, the HLRb pointer deletes the pointing platform, and the platform replies that CRM deactivation is successful;
wherein: after the deactivation is successful, if the platform receives the ROUREQ and SMDPP messages sent by the HLR, the platform should return a rejection response, and for the ROUTREQ, a rejection code, AccessDeniedReason =2 (Inactive); for SMDPP, reject code SMS _ CauseCode =3 (Network failure).
7) Auxiliary number answering call flow setting

The inserted prefix is "CC + RN", the number attribute is international, CC is the country code of the primary number MDNa, the subsequent MDNa does not have a country code, for example: the primary number is the US MVNO number +12181234567, and according to the signaling traffic routing, the US corresponding CC and RN are respectively '1' and '020', and then the platform returns TLDN = 10202181234567.
(5) Home HLRb responds to logreq _ ack, which carries the temporary continuation number TLDN from the platform;
(6) according to TLDN and the existing international long-distance routing principle, the Chinese telecom GMSCE/VMSCe sends the telephone traffic to the Chinese telecom ISC3 international bureau; ISC3 bureau international and subsequent routes are processed according to 'signaling traffic route' and finally sent to the network of primary number partner.
8) Auxiliary number short message receiving process setting

(8) the CTG iSMGW forwards the short message to a CTG short message service gateway (optionally through a CTG SMSC) according to the inserted prefix;
(9) the CTG short message service gateway responds to response;
(10) and the CTG short message service gateway transfers the short message to an overseas virtual operator MVNO to send the short message to the mobile phone with the main number.
The method for realizing the one-card two-number function only needs logic binding by utilizing the main number and the auxiliary number of the existing network resources and does not need to change a physical card to realize the one-card two-number function; simultaneously, binding of two network standard numbers is supported, wherein the main number is a GSM network telephone number, and the auxiliary number is a CDMA network telephone; the method has the advantages that the method is convenient to use, the functions of one card and two numbers are flexibly activated and canceled, and the binding and the releasing relation of the main number and the auxiliary number can be realized by only sending one instruction by a user; the auxiliary number can be a virtual card or an entity card used by Chinese telecommunication, the user returns to a continental network, and the unbundling of the entity auxiliary number can be used as a common telephone; once the auxiliary number short message and voice service of the user with the activation function are started can be normally transferred to the main number, the user can still keep the function of answering the call and the short message of the domestic mobile phone number without carrying the domestic phone number when roaming overseas.
