The invention provides a campus fixed wireless telephone based intelligent charging method and system, which is provided with a charging terminal, a consumption terminal and a student card, wherein the charging terminal comprises a database and a data processing unit; the data processing unit is used for processing information of the database and the consumption terminal. The fixed wireless telephone solves the technical problems that the existing fixed wireless telephone deducts fees according to a uniform fee standard and improves the communication cost. The invention can be widely applied to the charging of the fixed wireless telephone.
