In addition, the sequence of steps in each method embodiment described below is only an example and is not strictly limited.
The activity distribution method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be executed by an electronic device, and the electronic device can be a terminal device such as a PC (personal computer), a notebook computer, a smart phone and the like, and can also be a server. The server may be a physical server including an independent host, or may also be a virtual server carried by a host cluster, or may also be a cloud server. In particular, the activity distribution method may be implemented by a processor in the electronic device running some instant messaging application installed in the electronic device.
Before describing the execution process of the activity distribution method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, a description will be given of a concept involved in this document.
Hereinafter, the first instant messaging application corresponding to the first user and the second instant messaging application corresponding to the second user are understood as follows: the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application do not refer to two different instant messaging applications, but to the same instant messaging application. Only, after the instant messaging application is installed in the terminal device of the first user and the instant messaging application is logged in by the user name of the first user, the instant messaging application is used by the first user, and therefore the instant messaging application is called as a first instant messaging application corresponding to the first user. Similarly, when the instant messaging application program is installed in the terminal device of the second user and the user name of the second user logs in the instant messaging application program, the instant messaging application program is used by the second user, and therefore the instant messaging application program is called as a second instant messaging application program corresponding to the second user.
The following describes the execution process of the activity distribution method with reference to the following embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an activity distribution method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes the following steps:
101. and acquiring activity information triggered by the first user through the first instant messaging application program and a plurality of second users selected from the address list of the first instant messaging application program.
102. And displaying the activity information in the communication interfaces corresponding to the plurality of second users.
103. And recording the participation result of the target second user on the activity information in response to the participation operation of the target second user on the activity information in the plurality of second users.
The activity distribution method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be suitable for various application scenes such as life, work and the like, such as scenes such as families, work and the like. Different activities are involved in different application scenarios, for example, the activities involved in a home scenario may be parent-child activities, doing housework, and the like; the activities involved in the work scenario may be various activities, product promotions, etc. that need to be completed by the employee.
A user who wants to publish certain activity information is referred to as a first user, and the process of publishing activity information by the first user is summarized as follows: the first user generates activity information through the first instant messaging application program, a plurality of second users are selected from an address list of the first instant messaging application program, the activity information is sent to the second users through the first instant messaging application program, namely the activity information is sent to the second instant messaging application programs corresponding to the second users, and the second instant messaging application program displays the activity information in a communication interface so that the corresponding second users can know the activity information. The plurality of second users may decide whether to participate in the activity information (i.e., whether to participate in the activity described in the activity information) according to their own wishes, and if a target second user of the plurality of second users participates in the activity, the target second user may trigger an participation operation on the displayed activity information in a related communication interface of the second instant messaging application, so that the first user may know that the target second user participates in the activity through the first instant messaging application, and further, when obtaining a participation result of the target second user participating in the activity, the first instant messaging application may record a participation result of the target second user on the activity information.
In another alternative embodiment, the executing step of the activity distribution method may be further implemented as:
acquiring activity information triggered by a first user through a first instant messaging application program;
displaying activity information in a communication interface corresponding to the instant communication group;
and responding to the participation operation of the target second user in the instant messaging group to the activity information, and recording the participation result of the target second user to the activity information.
Optionally, after obtaining the activity information, the communication interface may be displayed according to a selection of the first user on the instant communication group.
Or, optionally, acquiring activity information triggered by the first user through the first instant messaging application may be implemented as: according to the selection of a first user on the instant messaging group in a first instant messaging application program, displaying a first operation item for triggering activity sending in a first communication interface corresponding to the instant messaging group; responding to the operation of the first user on the first operation item, and displaying an activity generation interface; and acquiring activity information input by the first user through the activity generation interface. Based on this, displaying the activity information in the communication interface with the instant communication group can be realized as follows: and displaying the activity information in a first communication interface and a second communication interface, wherein the second communication interface is a communication interface corresponding to the instant communication group in a second instant communication application program corresponding to each second user in the instant communication group.
One implementation of the activity distribution process described above is illustrated below in conjunction with FIG. 2.
After the first user opens the first instant messaging application program, it is assumed that a home page interface 201 shown in fig. 2 is displayed on the screen of the terminal device, an operation item entry 202 is displayed in the home page interface 201, and when the first user clicks the operation item entry 202, an operation item list 203 pops up. A plurality of operation items for the first user may be included in the operation item list 203, where the plurality of operation items includes one or more operation items related to an activity distribution function, such as an activity 204 illustrated in fig. 2.
Upon selection of activity 204 by the first user, an activity generation interface 205 can be displayed. The first user may enter activity information in the activity generation interface 205. Optionally, the activity generating interface 205 may include an activity setting area 206 and a button for triggering sending of an activity: and sending 207. Thus, upon the first user clicking send 207, user selection interface 208 may be displayed, based on the first user's input in the activity setting area 206 to obtain the activity information to be published.
A number of users and instant messaging groups contained in the address book of the first instant messaging application may be contained in the user selection interface 208.
It is assumed that the first user selects a plurality of users from the plurality of users, referred to as a plurality of second users, such as user a, user B, and user C illustrated in fig. 2. At this time, optionally, an instant messaging group (referred to as a target instant messaging group) including the first user and the plurality of second users may be generated in real time, and the generated activity information may be displayed in the communication interface 209 of the target instant messaging group, as shown in fig. 2. Alternatively, the activity information may be sent to the communication interfaces corresponding to the user a, the user B, and the user C, respectively.
Of course, if the first user directly selects a certain instant messaging group, also called a target instant messaging group, from at least one instant messaging group that has been created, the activity information may be displayed in the communication interface of the target instant messaging group.
In practical applications, after the first user selects the plurality of second users, two options, namely the multicast mode and the unicast mode, may be displayed for the first user to select, and the first user autonomously determines which mode to adopt according to the requirement of the current activity information.
For example, if the current activity is a product that needs a plurality of second users to promote, the activity information may be composed of [ web links for the product, forward ], where forward indicates an action that needs to be performed by the plurality of second users. Since the activity is not limited by the number of participants, i.e., the plurality of second users can participate in the activity, and the activity does not require cooperation of at least two second users, the first user can distribute the activity information to the plurality of second users in a unicast manner.
For another example, if the current activity requires some second users of the plurality of second users to complete a certain task, the task content is described in the activity information, and the activity information is associated with a required number of people, where the number of people required for the task is smaller than the number of the plurality of second users, which is equivalent to requiring the plurality of second users to snatch the task, and at this time, the first user may select a multicast mode to distribute the activity information to the plurality of second users.
It is understood that, whether a target instant messaging group containing a first user and a plurality of second users is created in real time or a target instant messaging group containing a first user and a plurality of second users is selected from a plurality of created instant messaging groups, a communication interface corresponding to the target instant messaging group can be displayed in an instant messaging application program corresponding to each user contained in the target instant messaging group. For convenience of description, the communication interface of the target instant communication group displayed in the first instant communication application of the first user may be referred to as a first communication interface, and the communication interface of the target instant communication group displayed in the second instant communication application of the second user may be referred to as a second communication interface. That means that when the first user selects to publish the activity information to the target instant messaging group, the first instant messaging application may send the activity information to the second instant messaging applications of the respective second users directly or through the server, so that the second instant messaging applications render and display the activity information in the respective second communication interfaces.
Another implementation of the above-described activity distribution process is illustrated below in conjunction with fig. 3.
In fig. 3, it is assumed that the first user enters the address book after starting the first instant messaging application program, and selects a certain instant messaging group, called a target instant messaging group, from the address book, thereby displaying a first communication interface 301 of the target instant messaging group. A first operation item for triggering activity transmission is displayed in the first communication interface 301, and in fig. 3, the first operation item is represented as: activity 302 is initiated. In response to the operation of the first user on the first operation item, the activity generation interface 205 is displayed, so that the first user can input activity information in the activity generation interface 205. After activity information input by the first user through the activity generation interface 205 is acquired, the activity information is displayed in the first communication interface 301 and the second communication interface 303. As described above, the second communication interface 303 is a communication interface corresponding to the target instant messaging group in the second instant messaging application program corresponding to each of the plurality of second users.
In practice, the display style of the activity information in the first communication interface 301 and the second communication interface 303 may be preset. The display style of the activity information in the communication interface is not strictly limited. For example, as shown in fig. 3, a card 304 corresponding to the activity information may be generated, and the card 304 may be displayed in the first communication interface 301 and the second communication interface 303. In practical applications, the card 304 may also display card type identifiers such as: an activity package to indicate that the card is for a distribution activity to distinguish from other communication messages present in the corresponding communication interface.
In addition, in practical applications, the activity information may include activity content and configuration information, where the activity content indicates what action needs to be performed by the user, and the configuration information may include information such as reward information, activity time, and the number of people needed for the activity. In fig. 3, it is assumed that the activity content included in the current activity information generated by the first user is: voting for an object X and an object Y in a certain webpage, wherein the reward information is as follows: a 1 dollar prize, the card 304 may display the content of the event and the award information. This activity means that if the targeted second user of the plurality of second users completes the operation of voting for the object X and the object Y, a 1-dollar prize is won.
As shown in fig. 4, optionally, an activity setting area 206 and a button for triggering a sending task may be included in the activity generation interface 205: and sending 207. Therefore, according to the input of the first user in the activity setting area 206, the activity information to be published can be obtained, and after the first user clicks the sending 207, the generated activity information can be displayed in the communication interface of the instant communication group. Wherein, optionally, the activity setting area 206 may include the following setting items: activity content 401, activity time 402, reward information 403, number of people required for the activity 404.
Through the process, the activity information created by the first user is displayed in the communication interface of the instant communication group, so that each second user in the instant communication group can see the activity information, and further, each second user in the instant communication group can trigger participation operation on the activity information to obtain the activity information.
Optionally, the activity information may be associated with an option for the second user to trigger the participation operation, so that, if a certain second user determines to participate in the activity, the participation operation is triggered by selecting the option, and at this time, the second user is the target second user.
Alternatively, it may be predefined that triggering a specific operation in the display area of the activity information implements triggering of an operation, such as a double-click operation, so that if a certain second user triggers the specific operation in the display area of the activity information, the second user is the target second user.
Optionally, the action of the second user directly replying to the activity information with the activity participation result may also be regarded as triggering the participation operation. For example, the activity information requires that the object a and the object B are voted in a certain webpage, and if a second user directly sends a screenshot of a voting result to the communication interface, the second user is considered to have triggered participation operation, and meanwhile, a participation result of the second user is obtained, and the second user is a target second user.
It should be noted that, as described above, some activity information specifies the number of persons required for an activity, for example, the activity content in a certain activity information is to clean a baby seat, and the number of persons required is 2. When the plurality of second users all see the activity information in the communication interface of the instant messaging group, the number of the second users who trigger participation operation to the activity information may be more than 2, and at this time, it may be determined which two second users trigger participation operation to be valid according to the time when each second user triggers participation operation, that is, it is determined that participation operation triggered by two second users which trigger participation operation first is valid, and the two second users are target second users.
It will be appreciated that the participation triggered by each second user may be informed to the first user so that the first user may know which second users are able to participate in the activity. Specifically, with reference to the foregoing description, the time of the participation operation triggered in the second communication interface by each second user and the identifier of the second user may be sent to the first instant messaging application by the corresponding second instant messaging application, so that the first instant messaging application determines which participation operation triggered by the second user is valid according to the received trigger time of each participation operation and the number of people required by the activity information. Furthermore, the first instant messaging application program can send the judgment result of whether the participation operation of each second user is effective to each corresponding second instant messaging application program, so that the second instant messaging application program can update the display style of the activity information in the second communication interface according to the judgment result, and the corresponding second user can know whether the second user can participate in the activity.
An implementation of the active participation process is illustrated below in conjunction with fig. 5.
In connection with the example in fig. 3, in fig. 5, it is assumed that the card 304, which is the activity information displayed in the second communication interface 303 corresponding to a certain second user, is initially displayed in a first display style, for example, in a highlighted manner, and the word "invite to participate" is displayed on the card 304, indicating that there is activity information waiting for participation. Likewise, in the first communication interface 301, the card 304 is also displayed in the first display style.
Assuming that the second user triggers an engagement operation on the card 304 displayed in the second communication interface 303, and assuming that the required number of people corresponding to the activity information is 2, and assuming that the engagement operation triggered by the second user is valid, on one hand, the first instant messaging application program may establish a corresponding relationship between the second user and the activity information to indicate that the second user can engage in the activity; on the other hand, when it is determined that the participation operation of the second user is valid, the display style of the activity information may be updated in the second communication interface 303 corresponding to the second user, and a first prompt message 501 for prompting that the second user can participate in the activity information may be output. As shown in FIG. 5, assume that the card 304 is updated from the first display style to the second display style: the card 304 is displayed in a dark space and the number matching graphic is displayed on the card 304 and the "invite to participate" typeface is updated to the "participatable" typeface to indicate that the participation operation of the second user is valid and that participation in the activity is possible. The first prompting message 501 may be presented in the form of a card, and includes the following contents: activity scores, activity times, and words such as "congratulate you can participate in the voting activity".
Conversely, when it is determined that the participation operation by the second user is invalid, the display style of the activity information is updated in the second communication interface 303 and a second prompt message 502 for prompting that the second user cannot participate in the activity is output. As shown in fig. 5, it is assumed that the card 304 is updated from the first display style to the third display style: the card 304 is grayed out and the "invite to participate" typeface is updated to the "non-participatory" typeface to indicate that the second user is not able to participate in the activity. The second prompting message may be presented in the form of a card, and may include contents such as: the word "don't rob, please continue to add oil".
The display style of the activity information in the communication interface is not limited to the above examples. For example, the activity information may be top-displayed in the communication interface until the activity information is completely retrieved (i.e., if the activity information needs to be set by 3 people, the activity information may be cancelled when 3 users obtain the activity information). For another example, the activity information may also be displayed in a floating manner in the communication interface, that is, the activity information is displayed in a window floating on the communication interface until the activity information is completely retrieved.
It should be noted that, as described above, assuming that the number of people required for the configured activity on the card 304 is 2, when the participation operations triggered by the two second users in the instant communication group are both determined to be valid, the card 304 is displayed in the third display mode in both the first communication interface 301 and the second communication interface 303 to inform all the second users that the activity information cannot participate any more.
And the second user who triggers the effective participation operation by the activity information issued to the first user is called a target second user, and the effective participation operation of the target second user means that the target second user is qualified to participate in the corresponding activity. Then, the target second user needs to complete the event required to be completed in the activity content online or offline according to the activity content described in the activity information to obtain an participation result, and the participation result is provided to the first instant messaging application program, so that the first instant messaging application program records the participation result of the target second user on the activity information.
In practical applications, the target second user may publish content reflecting the activity participation result in the second communication interface 303 in a manner of replying to the activity information.
For example, assuming that the activity information is a request for making a web page, the content participating in the result may be a link address of the made web page; assuming that the activity information is a request to fill out a questionnaire in a certain web page, the content of the participation result may be a screenshot of the filled-out questionnaire.
For another example, the activity information indicates that at least two second users of the plurality of second users play the predetermined game. For example, in a family scenario where mom is the first user, the second users may be dad, son, grandpa, milch, mom currently publishes a game in the family group for dad and son to play, and the winner awards 5 dollars. At this point, dad and son are the target second users. After dad and son play chess, for example, dad can release the final chess screenshot and the words of who won as the match result in a family group, the first instant messaging application program records the match result, and then the prize money can be automatically provided to the winner according to the match result, for example, a directional red packet corresponding to the prize money amount is sent in the family group, and only the winner can pick up the red packet.
For another example, the activity information indicates that a plurality of second users promote the preset data object. For example, the preset data object is a picture containing some product promotion information. Assuming that a second user of the multiple second users forwards the picture to other friends through a corresponding second instant messaging application program or publishes the picture in a message broadcast interface of the second instant messaging application program, the second instant messaging application program may obtain promotional information of the second user on the picture, where the promotional information is, for example, the number of forwarded friends and the number of contacts included in an address book in the second instant messaging application program (because the content published in the message broadcast interface may be seen by all contacts in the address book). Each second user who populates the picture is called a target second user, and the second instant messaging application program of the target second user sends the obtained popularization information to the first instant messaging application program, so that the first instant messaging application program can obtain the popularization information of the picture by the target second user who populates the picture from a plurality of second users, and records the corresponding relation between the target second user and the popularization information. When the activity information is associated with a reward, the corresponding reward can be provided to the target second user according to the corresponding relationship.
As previously described, the activity information created by the first user may be associated with reward information such that, when the participation result of the target second user is obtained, the reward information may be provided to the second user, such as to send a bonus, a coupon, etc. to the target second user. Of course, in practical applications, the first user may adjust the reward information provided to the target second user according to the participation result of the target second user, for example, the associated reward amount when creating the activity information is 1 yuan, and the reward amount actually provided to the target second user may be changed to 0.5 yuan according to the review of the participation result by the first user. This auditing process, which is implemented by the instant messaging application, will be illustrated in the subsequent embodiments.
Finally, it is worth explaining that each step involved in the above process may be implemented by directly performing end-to-end interaction between a first instant messaging application program corresponding to a first user and a second instant messaging application program corresponding to a second user, and of course, may also be implemented by a client-server interaction manner.
In summary, through the instant messaging application, intelligent distribution of activities can be achieved.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a function related to activity management, so that the first user and the second user can realize various activity management requirements.
First, for the first user, as shown in fig. 6, in addition to the first operation item, the first communication interface 301 may include: besides the activity 302, a second operation item can be included: bonus management 601, and a third action item: activity management 602.
If the first user sends activity information in the instant messaging group, a second operation item, namely reward management 601, for viewing the activity reward statistics of the users in the instant messaging group is displayed in the first communication interface 301 corresponding to the first user, and then, as shown in fig. 6, reward statistics of the activity information sent by the first user corresponding to a plurality of second users are sequentially displayed according to a set sequence in response to the selection of the reward management 601 by the first user. Whether the first user sends the activity information in the instant messaging group or not can be achieved by generating an activity information issuing record of the first user, if the record is empty, the first user does not send the activity information, and otherwise, the first user sends the activity information. Only if the first user has sent the activity information, the user can be used as the activity publisher and has the need of managing the activity information published by the user.
As shown in fig. 6, in an alternative embodiment, when the first user selects the operation item of the reward management 601, a reward management interface 603 may be displayed, and the activity reward statistics of the second users in the instant messaging group may be sequentially displayed in the reward management interface 603 according to a set order. As shown in fig. 6, the ranking of each second user in the instant messaging group and the total score of the activity corresponding to each second user may be displayed, where the basis of the ranking is the total score of each activity in which each second user successfully participates.
Similarly, if the first user has sent activity information in the instant messaging group, a third operation item, namely, activity management 602, for managing the activity information sent by the first user is displayed in the first communication interface 301, and further, as shown in fig. 6, in response to the selection of the activity management 602 by the first user, an activity management interface 604 is displayed, wherein the activity management interface 604 includes details of the activity information sent by the first user in the instant messaging group.
As shown in fig. 6, optionally, two operation items may be included in the activity management interface 604: activity details and a fourth operation item, activity review, wherein the operation item can be used for inquiring details of activity information sent by the first user in the instant messaging group; activity review this action item may be used to review activity participation. As shown in fig. 6, it may be set that when the activity management interface 604 is displayed, the operation item of activity details is selected by default, and at this time, each piece of activity information already published by the first user and a participant corresponding to each piece of activity information may be displayed in the activity management interface 604. When the first user selects the operation item for activity review, an audit list is displayed, and information of each activity waiting for the first user to review, such as activity c and activity d, is displayed in the audit list. Assuming that the activity information currently published by the first user corresponds to activity c, then in practice, the first instant messaging application will add activity c to the audit list in response to an activity completion operation triggered by a target second user participating in activity c on the activity c participating in the second instant messaging application.
Each activity information to be audited may be associated with a control for the first user to trigger an audit operation, such as the score giving control illustrated in fig. 6. Assuming that the score configured by the first user is 3 points when the activity c is created, in the auditing stage, the first user operates the scoring control to determine the final given score, for example, the final given score corresponding to the activity c is 2 points. Based on the auditing operation of the first user on the activity c, the first instant messaging application program can finally establish the corresponding relationship between the activity c, the auditing result (namely the score is 2) and the target second user.
For the second user, as shown in fig. 7, a fifth operation item may be included in the foregoing second communication interface 303: my activity 701, and a sixth action item: my prize 702. For a second user, the fifth operation item is used for inquiring the activity information of the second user, and the sixth operation item is used for inquiring the reward condition of the second user.
Thus, as shown in fig. 7, in an alternative embodiment, taking the aforementioned target second user as an example, in response to the selection of my activity 701 by the target second user, an activity list in which the target second user participates is displayed, and each activity information in the activity list is associated with an activity execution state. Optionally, each piece of activity information in which the second user participates may be organized in a set time unit in the activity list, such as a time unit in days shown in fig. 7: the activities that the target second user participated in yesterday include: an activity a and an activity b, wherein the execution states corresponding to the two activities are assumed to be a finished state; the activities in which the targeted second user participates today include: and the executing states corresponding to the activity c and the activity d are assumed to be an unexecuted state and a to-be-audited state respectively.
In practical application, different representation styles of the activity execution state may be preset, and in fig. 7, a control with a "de-lead mark" type represents an unexecuted state, a control with a "to-be-checked" type represents a to-be-checked state, and a control with a "+ N" type represents a completed state, where N represents that the score corresponding to the activity information is N. The description of fig. 7 illustrates that the reward information is embodied as a score, but of course, if the reward information is a bonus amount, a coupon, or other content, the implementation form of the giving control may also be changed accordingly.
Based on this, it is assumed that the activity information of the currently targeted second user that has just triggered the active participation operation is activity c illustrated in fig. 7, and thus, when activity c is added to the above-described activity list, the state of activity c is set to the unexecuted state: associate a go-to-get control. When the target second user finishes the activity c, the target second user triggers an activity finishing operation by clicking the 'get-head-score' control, and the state of the activity c is updated to be in a state to be audited: and associating the control to be audited, and meanwhile, sending a notification message to the first instant messaging application program by the second instant messaging application program so as to notify the first user of the condition that the second user completes the activity by the target, wherein the notification message comprises a participation result of the target second user on the activity, so that the first user can serve as an audit basis. After receiving the notification message through the first instant messaging application program, the first user checks the activity completion condition of the target second user, if the checking is passed, the first instant messaging application program can trigger a notification that the checking is passed to the second instant messaging application program, and therefore the second instant messaging application program updates the state of the activity c to a completion state: the upper "+ 3" typeface is associated.
In practical applications, the target second user may also have a reward condition for viewing the activities completed by the target second user within a period of time, and based on this, in an optional embodiment, in response to the selection of the operation item my reward 702 by the target second user, reward information corresponding to the activity information in which the target second user participates is displayed. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, two dimensions of statistically targeting the reward information obtained by the second user may be provided, one of which may be referred to as: reward details; the other can be called as: reward the ranking. In the statistical dimension of the reward details, reward information corresponding to each activity information that the target second user has completed, such as activity a, activity b, activity c, and activity d and their respective scores illustrated in fig. 7, may be displayed. In the statistical dimension of reward ranking, a ranking of the reward cumulative total corresponding to all activity information that the target second user has completed within a set time range and the reward cumulative total of the target second user within the instant messaging group may be displayed, for example, the total score of the second user is 28, and the ranking is a third name as illustrated in fig. 7.
In summary, the scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention can realize online activity distribution and management based on the instant messaging application program, and improve the activity distribution and management efficiency.
The following briefly describes the usage process of the activity distribution method provided by the embodiment of the present invention in several practical application scenarios.
The first scenario is as follows: and (4) a commodity release scene.
In a commodity publishing scenario, it is assumed that a certain company (or called a merchant) needs to publish a certain commodity on a certain e-commerce platform, and the commodity requested to be published by the e-commerce platform needs to include basic information (such as color, model, size, etc.) of the commodity, sales information, pictures or videos, detailed description of the commodity, and other contents. Assuming that an instant messaging group including all the staff members in the company has been created, in order to complete the product distribution activity, a manager (e.g., the responsible person of the company responsible for the product distribution operation) may create a product distribution activity in the manner described in the foregoing embodiment, where a plurality of activity contents (regarded as a plurality of sub-activities) may be included in the product distribution activity, and the plurality of activity contents correspond to the plurality of product information that needs to be provided: basic information, sales information, pictures or videos, and detailed description of the goods, i.e., informing employees of the need to edit the goods information. In addition, each task content can be configured with information of the required number of people and other configuration information. Of course, in order to facilitate the staff to know which commodity the commodity needs to be published currently and on which webpage the commodity needs to be published, the commodity publishing activity may further include a commodity identification and a webpage link for publishing the commodity. After the employees with different identities (responsibility roles) see the commodity publishing activity in the instant messaging group, whether the employees participate in the commodity publishing activity is automatically determined according to whether the activity content is matched with the identities of the employees. Taking the activity content of the shot picture as an example, assuming that two photographers are in the instant messaging group and only 1 person is needed to execute the activity content of the shot picture, if the activity release of the commodity is triggered by the two photographers, the two photographers can determine who successfully obtains the shot activity according to the time sequence of the respective trigger operations. If a photographer obtains the shooting activity, the commodity can be shot, and finally the shot picture can be added to the webpage to complete the shooting activity.
The activity information disclosed in the commodity publishing scene may include a plurality of activity contents, each activity content may correspond to corresponding configuration information, and the activity information is published in the instant messaging group for a plurality of users to decide whether to participate in the corresponding activity content according to their own conditions, and may also be applied to other scenes. Such as a class organization public service activity, a plurality of different activity contents are provided for students to choose, and a teacher can distribute activity information containing a plurality of activity contents in an instant communication group of parents or students for everybody to choose which activity content to participate. Optionally, each item of active content may be associated with a selection button that is manipulated to indicate the respective selected active content.
The second scenario is as follows: a factory scenario.
In the case of an off-line plant that produces artifacts, there are a number of employees in the plant that can create the artifacts, assuming the plant receives an order and needs to produce a certain number of artifacts in a short amount of time. The plant manager may issue a task message (completion of a certain task may also be considered a special activity and may therefore also be referred to as activity information) in the instant messaging group including these employees, where the task message describes how many artifacts are needed to be generated for a certain period of time, and how many prizes are available if the task is completed. The employees can capture the task after seeing the task information, after the employees capturing the task finish the task within the specified time, any auditing notice can be triggered to the manager through the related interface of the instant communication group, so that the manager can audit the task completion condition of the employees, if the completion condition meets the requirement, the manager can update the execution state of the task to be the completed state, and the bonus is triggered to be sent to the employees.
The third scenario is as follows: a health club scenario.
Suppose a gym organizes an activity: if the member user goes to the gym for 21 days, a coupon is obtained. The staff of the gym can create an instant messaging group containing member users and publish the activity information in the instant messaging group. Each member user decides whether to participate in the activity according to own intention, if a certain member user participates in the activity, a pickup operation can be triggered on the activity information in the instant communication group, for example, the activity information is associated with a plurality of options, wherein the options comprise a participation option, and if the member user clicks the option, the member user indicates that the member user is willing to participate in the activity. Based on this, it is possible to record which member users are participating in the activity. The instant messaging application may then be linked with a registration application (the application providing this function, referred to as the registration application), which may require a membership card swipe to complete registration when a member user arrives at the gym to exercise, to obtain registration information for each member user participating in the activity within 21 consecutive days, and if a member user has registration information for 21 consecutive days, the instant messaging application automatically sends the reward information, i.e., a coupon, to that member user.
The above description only exemplifies the execution of the activity distribution scheme in a few application scenarios, and in fact, the scheme may be applied in application scenarios such as campus, parent and child, public welfare, and the like.
Fig. 8 is a flowchart of another activity distribution method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 8, the method may include the following steps:
801. and acquiring activity information triggered by the first user.
802. The activity information is published in a message broadcast interface of an instant messaging application of the first user.
803. And recording the participation result of the second user on the activity information, wherein the second user is the user located in the address book of the instant messaging application program.
Different from the foregoing other embodiments in which the activity information is published in the communication interface corresponding to the instant communication group, in this embodiment, the activity information may be published in a message broadcast interface of the instant communication application. Wherein, the message broadcasting interface can be regarded as an interface which can be seen by all contacts of the first user in the address book of the instant messaging application program.
One implementation of the activity distribution process described above is illustrated below in conjunction with FIG. 9.
After the first user starts the instant messaging application program, it is assumed that a home page interface 901 shown in fig. 9 is displayed on the screen of the terminal device, an operation item entry 902 is displayed in the home page interface 901, and when the first user clicks the operation item entry 902, an operation item list 903 pops up. A plurality of operation items for the first user may be included in the operation item list 903, where one or more operation items related to the activity distribution function are included in the plurality of operation items, such as the activity 904 illustrated in fig. 9.
Upon selection of activity 904 by the first user, an activity generation interface 905 can be displayed. The first user may enter activity information in the activity generation interface 905. Optionally, the activity generating interface 905 may include an activity setting area 906 and a button for triggering sending of an activity: and 907 is sent. Accordingly, the activity information X to be published can be obtained according to the input of the first user in the activity setting area 906, and after the first user clicks the transmission 907, the selection interface 908 can be displayed. A number of options such as message broadcast, number of users, and instant messaging groups may be included in the selection interface 908. The first user selects the message broadcast option and the generated activity information X will be displayed in the message broadcast interface 910.
After a second user in the address book sees the activity information X by accessing the message broadcast interface 910, the second user may determine whether to participate in the activity according to his/her own will, and if so, execute the activity content described in the activity information X, such as forwarding a link or a picture, voting for an object in a web page, and so on. After the second user finishes executing the corresponding activity content, the corresponding participation result can be sent to the first user through the instant messaging application program corresponding to the second user, so that the instant messaging application program of the first user records the participation result of the second user on the activity information. Additionally, when the activity information is associated with a reward, the instant messaging application of the first user may provide the reward to the second user.
To facilitate understanding of the activity distribution scheme provided by the embodiment shown in fig. 8, the following is exemplified in connection with the following application scenario. Assuming that a person (referred to as user X) initiates a voting activity for two game teams, user X may generate corresponding activity information based on the functionality provided by the instant messaging application, such as generating a card containing the names of the two game teams and their respective voting buttons. User X then publishes the card in the "circle of friends" (i.e. corresponding to the above-mentioned message broadcasting interface) and is provided with the relevant descriptive text, such as: please vote for the following two teams and ask to forward the activity to invite more friends to participate, thanks. Suppose that friend user Y of user X, after seeing the message, participates in a vote and forwards the friend circle message to other friends. Then, the user X can know the voting result caused by the user Y based on the operation of the user Y.
The contents not described in this embodiment can be referred to the related descriptions in the other embodiments.
