However, the electronic equipment needs to be disassembled when the bluetooth firmware is upgraded by using the USB, the cost for disassembling the electronic equipment after the bluetooth firmware is installed in the whole electronic equipment is high, and the operation mode is inconvenient. In an embodiment, the control memory 20 stores the bluetooth upgrade firmware in a fixed address, and when the controller 10 receives the upgrade available information replied by the bluetooth module 30, the controller 10 reads the bluetooth upgrade firmware from the fixed address and sends the bluetooth upgrade firmware to the bluetooth module 30, and the controller 10 is further configured to send a data receiving status query command, and the bluetooth module 30 replies the data receiving status information.

In an embodiment, when the controller 10 receives the data receiving status information and confirms that the bluetooth upgrade firmware is received completely, the controller 10 is further configured to send a restart command to the bluetooth module 30, and the bluetooth module 30 restarts and runs the bluetooth upgrade firmware to complete the upgrade.
In a specific application, after receiving the data receiving state information, the controller judges whether the bluetooth module receives all data packets of the bluetooth upgrading firmware, and when the controller confirms that all data packets of the bluetooth upgrading firmware are received completely, the controller is further configured to send a restart command to the bluetooth module, and after the bluetooth module receives the restart command, the bluetooth module restarts and runs the bluetooth upgrading firmware to complete upgrading.
