Description

Stator accessory for integrated motor, motor stator and integrated motor
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of integrated motors, and particularly relates to a stator accessory for an integrated motor, a motor stator comprising the stator accessory and the integrated motor comprising the motor stator.
Background
The integrated motor is widely applied to various large power source systems and is an important component in the power source systems. The integrated motor mainly comprises a motor and a controller. In the working process, the electromagnetic compatibility of the motor is closely related to the connection reliability between the controller and the stator core of the motor. Since the larger the contact area between the grounding member (such as a grounding terminal or a pad) of the controller and the stator core is, and the more stable the connection structure is, the better the electromagnetic compatibility of the motor is, it is particularly important how to reliably connect the grounding member and the stator core.
In the prior art, the grounding member of the controller is connected to the stator core by a hard lug, wherein one end of the hard lug is welded to a grounding terminal pad of the controller, and the other end is directly abutted against the stator core. However, the connection mode is difficult to ensure good contact between the hard lug and the stator core, so that the connection reliability is low, and the electromagnetic compatibility of the integrated motor is reduced. In addition, the welding operation is complicated, so that the assembly efficiency of the motor is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve all or part of the problems, the invention aims to provide a stator accessory for an integrated motor, a motor stator comprising the stator accessory and the integrated motor comprising the motor stator, wherein the stator accessory can reliably connect a grounding component of a controller with a stator core, improve the electromagnetic compatibility of the motor and improve the assembly efficiency of the motor.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a stator accessory for an integrated electric machine comprising an electric machine and a controller integrated on the electric machine. The stator accessory comprises a stator coil holder with a guide limiting hole and an elastic connection component which is arranged in the guide limiting hole and is in a compressed state. One end of the elastic connecting part can penetrate out of one side of the stator coil holder and is abutted against a stator iron core of the motor, and the other end of the elastic connecting part can penetrate out of the other side of the stator coil holder and is abutted against a grounding component of the controller.
According to the stator accessory for the integrated motor, the elastic connection part is arranged in the guide limiting hole of the stator bobbin, so that the elastic connection part can reliably connect the grounding component of the controller with the stator core in a contraction state, and the electromagnetic compatibility of the motor is improved. At the joint of the elastic connection component and the controller, the invention replaces the welding with complex operation adopted in the prior art by the close contact with simple operation, thereby not only ensuring the reliable connection between the elastic connection component and the stator core as well as the grounding component of the controller, but also improving the assembly efficiency of the motor. In addition, the stator accessory has the advantages of low cost, easy assembly and safe and reliable use, so the stator accessory is suitable for most integrated motors, especially brushless direct current motors.
According to a second aspect of the invention, there is provided a stator of an electrical machine comprising a stator accessory for an integrated electrical machine according to the first aspect of the invention. The motor stator can reliably connect the grounding component of the controller with the stator core by means of the stator accessory, and improves the electromagnetic compatibility of the motor.
According to a third aspect of the present invention there is provided an integrated electric machine comprising an electric machine stator according to the second aspect of the present invention and a controller. Since the motor has good electromagnetic compatibility, it can indirectly improve the electromagnetic compatibility of the integrated motor.

Detailed Description
The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a stator attachment for an integrated electric machine according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view of the stator attachment shown in FIG. 1; FIG. 3 schematically illustrates the resilient contact member of the stator attachment of FIG. 1; fig. 4 schematically shows a guide limit hole of a stator bobbin of the stator attachment shown in fig. 1. The integrated motor includes a motor and a controller integrated on the motor for operating the motor. The integrated motor is preferably a brushless dc motor. As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the stator attachment 100 includes a stator bobbin 10 having a guide-retaining hole 101, and an elastic contact member 20 which is fitted into the guide-retaining hole 101 and is in a compressed state. One end of the elastic switch-on member 20 in a compressed state can penetrate one side of the stator bobbin 10 and is used to abut against a stator core of the motor, and the other end can penetrate the other side of the stator bobbin 10 and is used to abut against a grounding member (not shown) of the controller. Wherein, in the controller, the grounding member can be selected as a grounding terminal or a grounding copper sheet and the like.
According to the stator accessory 100 for the integrated motor, the elastic connection part 20 is arranged in the guide limiting hole 101 of the stator bobbin 10, so that the elastic connection part 20 can reliably connect the grounding component of the controller with the stator core in a contraction state, and the electromagnetic compatibility of the motor is improved. At the connection part of the elastic connection part 20 and the controller, the invention replaces the welding with complex operation adopted in the prior art by the close contact with simple operation, which not only can ensure the connection between the elastic connection part 20 and the stator core and the grounding component of the controller to be very reliable, but also can improve the assembly efficiency of the motor. In addition, the stator accessory 100 is suitable for most integrated motors, especially brushless dc motors, because of its advantages of low cost, easy assembly and safe and reliable use.
The elastic contact member 20 may be selected to have an elastic expansion function as a whole, such as a compression spring, or may have an elastic expansion function in a partial region, such as the structure shown in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the elastic contact means 20 includes a conductive head 201, an elastic conductive portion 202, and a conductive base 203 connected in this order, wherein the conductive head 201 is adapted to abut against a grounding member, and the conductive base 203 is adapted to abut against a stator core. The conductive head 201 and the conductive base 203 should be made of a rigid or hard conductive material, such as a metallic material. The elastic conductive part 202 should be made of an elastic conductive material, preferably a compression spring made of spring steel. The present embodiment divides the elastic switch-on member 20 into at least three parts according to different functions, so that each part focuses on realizing its own function without having to compromise the functions of other parts, thereby facilitating the functions of the respective parts to be better.
When the elastic contact member 20 is entirely selected as a compression spring, the guide limit hole 101 may be configured as a cylindrical hole. However, in the preferred embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 4, the guide limit hole 101 includes a first section 101a, a second section 101b and a third section 101c connected in series, as shown in detail in fig. 4. As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the conductive head 201 has a small diameter portion 201a partially penetrating the first section 101a and a large diameter portion 201b located in the second section 101b, the large diameter portion 201b has a radial dimension larger than that of the first section 101a but smaller than that of the second section 101b, the elastic conductive portion 202 is located in the second section 101b, the conductive base 203 is located in the third section 101c, and the radial dimension of the conductive base 203 is larger than that of the second section 101b but smaller than that of the third section 101 c. The large diameter portion 201b of the conductive head 201 can be blocked by the joint area of the first segment 101a and the second segment 101b, and the conductive head 201 and the elastic connection component 20 are prevented from passing through the first segment 101a of the guide limiting hole 101 and being separated from the guide limiting hole 101. Similarly, the conductive base 203 can be blocked by the joint area of the second segment 101b and the third segment 101c and prevented from passing through the second segment 101b and the first segment 101a of the guide limit hole 101 and being separated from the guide limit hole 101. In this way, when the stator attachment 100 is mounted on the motor stator, the elastic contact member 20 cannot be separated from the guide stopper hole 101 regardless of whether it is of an integral structure or a split structure. When the elastic contact member 20 is mainly composed of the conductive header 201, the elastic conductive portion 202, and the conductive base 203, the conductive header 201, the elastic conductive portion 202, and the conductive base 203 are preferably of an integrated structure to enhance the effect thereof in transmitting electric energy.
In order to ensure the stator bobbin 10 and the stator core are tightly combined and not easy to fall off, preferably, the stator bobbin 10 includes a rounding portion 10a capable of being sleeved on the base circle portion of the stator core and a tooth-shaped portion 10b capable of being sleeved on the tooth-shaped structure of the stator core. In order to enable the elastic contact means 20 to be in contact connection with the stator core and the grounding member with high accuracy and low error without affecting the electromagnetic compatibility of the motor, it is proposed to provide the guide stopper hole 101 in the rounded portion 10 a. In order to reduce the amplitude of the shaking of the elastic connection member 20 in the guide limiting hole 101, the stator bobbin 10 may further include a boss 10c formed on the rounded portion 10a, and the guide limiting hole 101 is partially formed in the boss 10c to improve the stability of the elastic connection member 20 in the guide limiting hole 101 by lengthening the guide limiting hole 101, thereby reducing the amplitude of the shaking of the elastic connection member 20 in the guide limiting hole 101.
In a second embodiment, not shown, a stator of an electrical machine is provided, comprising the stator attachment 100 for an integrated electrical machine of the first embodiment. The motor stator can reliably connect the grounding component of the controller with the stator core by means of the stator accessory 100, and improves the electromagnetic compatibility of the motor.
In another embodiment, not shown, there is further provided an integrated motor, which includes a motor and a controller, wherein the motor includes the motor stator described in the above embodiment, not shown. Since the motor has good electromagnetic compatibility, the electromagnetic compatibility of the integrated motor can be indirectly improved.
