The active security protection module (02b) comprises an intrusion detection function and a data encryption function, and the intrusion detection function performs intrusion detection on information; the data encryption function can encrypt data at different levels according to requirements, so that the information security in the station is ensured.
The intelligent auxiliary control system module (02c) comprises a safety guard function, an environment monitoring function, a video device function and a fire alarm function, information interaction is carried out through intelligent auxiliary control basic sensing equipment installed in a station and a monitoring system (01) in a transformer substation, monitoring and control of security protection, fire protection, video and environment monitoring auxiliary equipment in the station can be respectively realized, meanwhile, video data in the module can be used as a video data source in the video image analysis processing system module (02d), and the video image analysis processing system module (02d) can timely return security protection, fire protection and other problems analyzed by videos to the intelligent auxiliary control system module (02c) and the terminal device (04).
Furthermore, the video image analysis processing system module (02d) is used for carrying out equipment state diagnosis on the image information returned by the video monitoring, and returning the image information to the monitoring system (01) in the transformer substation, the intelligent auxiliary control system module (02c) or the terminal equipment (04), so that the problem of faults is solved in time. The module mainly has three layers of functions, firstly, image selection is carried out, certain discrimination is carried out on uploaded video images, and definition and undistorted video images are ensured; secondly, image segmentation is carried out, and each device in the field video containing complex scenes is segmented independently; and finally, performing comparison, identification and monitoring, comparing the video which is well divided by using a set or historical standard with the newly-recorded video material, and judging the running state of the equipment according to an identification result to realize the evaluation of the equipment condition.
It should be noted that, each partition of the other intelligent control module (02e) is controlled corresponding to a sub-module in the intelligent function module (03), that is, the extended function portion of the intelligent station is regulated and controlled: photovoltaic power generation regulation controls a photovoltaic power station (03a), such as regulating the angle of a photovoltaic panel; the energy storage control receives the electric quantity of a transformer substation or a photovoltaic power station from the energy storage unit (03b), releases the electric quantity in the energy storage unit, and performs peak clipping and valley filling or in-station power utilization regulation control; the electric quantity metering of the charging station measures the actual electric quantity supplied by the charging station (03d) to the electric automobile and calculates the charge, so that the corresponding value-added income can be calculated conveniently; the environment monitoring control analyzes and evaluates the data collected by the environment monitoring station (03c) and sends the data to a required environment mechanism; the unified time tick control collects the calibration to the signal of big dipper basic station (03e), guarantees the unified time tick function of total powerstation.
It should be noted that the external data storage management module (02f) of the data center station provides basic and value-added services of data storage management services for various external customers, including providing safe, reliable, high-quality and efficient data storage and processing services, cloud computing functions, big data analysis functions and the like.
Specifically, the electrical information acquisition control module (01a) acquires and uploads basic operation data of the electrical equipment by using a merging unit and intelligent terminal equipment, and performs preliminary judgment and action on the operation condition of the electrical equipment by using protection and measurement and control devices which are arranged on site or in a centralized manner; meanwhile, the electrical information acquisition control module (01a) utilizes the automation network module (01b) to upload data to a power dispatching biplane under the condition of ensuring safety, and simultaneously, the data are synchronously transmitted to an in-station data storage management module (02a) in the data center station monitoring system (02), and the in-station data storage management module (02a) is a data storage management module which is set in the data center station monitoring system (02), meets the safety protection requirement of a transformer substation in the safety protection level and has the function of a monitoring host data server; the in-station data storage management module (02a) utilizes the strong data storage capacity of a data center to record basic data information, historical operation and maintenance data, alarm data, operation maintenance work order data, authority management, fault information management and the like of equipment, returns real-time and useful information to the in-station monitoring host for processing, reserves work order reports and the like for a certain period in the module, and carries out instruction instant access when the monitoring host has requirements.
An alternating current power supply and a direct current power supply in a transformer substation are key links for ensuring normal operation of the whole substation, and a distributed power supply and an energy storage system are introduced into the alternating current power supply and the direct current power supply of the intelligent station to serve as one path of direct current standby power supply for the station, so that the safety and reliability of the power supply of the transformer substation are further improved. Therefore, the alternating current and direct current power supply monitoring module (01c) is used for monitoring the running condition of the alternating current and direct current power supply system of the whole station, monitoring the photovoltaic power station (03a) and the energy storage unit (03b) in the intelligent functional module (03), and further ensuring the stable running of the power supply system of the whole station.
An active safety protection module (02b) arranged in a data center station monitoring system (02) is arranged for further improving the data safety of a transformer substation, active safety protection devices of all areas are respectively arranged before a data communication network shutdown of an area I, an area II and an area III/IV according to the original safety subarea of the transformer substation, and the active safety protection module (02b) of the data center station provides support. The active safety protection module (02b) is provided with a set of self data training system, which comprises an intrusion detection function and a data encryption function, and utilizes a historical attack data sample to the transformer substation, when the transformer substation receives external access information, the information is firstly transmitted to the active safety protection module (02b) of the data central station monitoring management system through an active safety protection device corresponding to a safety zone, intrusion detection is carried out on the information, and if the information is determined to be a malicious intrusion behavior, the information is shielded; if the access is normal and safe, the data is encrypted and then returned to the corresponding network access machine, and then transmitted into the transformer substation; when the information is uploaded to the transformer substation, different levels of encryption can be carried out on the data according to requirements, so that the information safety in the transformer substation is guaranteed, and passive protection is changed into active protection.
The intelligent auxiliary control system module (02c) is matched with the video image analysis processing system module (02d), the video image processing analysis system (02d) is utilized, the intelligent auxiliary control system module (02c) can process and judge video information, image information, alarm signals and the like sent by the intelligent auxiliary control system basic equipment, the video image processing analysis system (02d) can select the acquired picture or video by utilizing a set standard video of the normal running state of the equipment and further carry out segmentation, analysis and comparison, whether the video or the equipment in the picture is in an abnormal state can be effectively identified, and a corresponding operation instruction is sent to a monitoring system (01) or terminal equipment (04) in a transformer substation; the function can avoid the situation that the information sent by the intelligent auxiliary control system is too wasted by manually discriminating in the bad conditions of fault conditions, severe weather and the like, and simultaneously, various functions of intelligent auxiliary control are integrated into the control system of the data center station in a unified way, so that the integration of various auxiliary information of equipment is convenient to unify, and information redundancy and respective administration are avoided. The intelligent auxiliary control system module (02c), the monitoring system (01) in the transformer substation and the terminal equipment (04) can perform information access and information interaction at any time, and therefore, personnel in the transformer substation can conveniently process fault information or bad operation states quickly and efficiently.

1. the monitoring system (01) in the transformer substation comprises an electrical information acquisition control module (01a), an automatic network module (01b) and an alternating current/direct current power supply monitoring module (01c), wherein the electrical information acquisition control module (01a) acquires basic information in the transformer substation, the automatic network module (01b) is used for processing, analyzing and uploading data, and the alternating current/direct current power supply monitoring module (01c) is used for monitoring the running condition of an alternating current/direct current power supply system in the transformer substation;
the data center station monitoring system (02) comprises an in-station data storage management module (02a), an active safety protection module (02b), an intelligent auxiliary control system module (02c), a video image analysis processing system module (02d), other intelligent control modules (02e) and a data center station external data storage management module (02f), wherein the in-station data storage management module (02a) provides a data safety storage function for the transformer substation by utilizing the storage capacity and the data processing capacity of the data center station; the active safety protection module (02b) constructs an active safety protection layer on an interaction layer of the transformer substation and a dispatching plane by using data encryption and intrusion detection technologies, and deals with possible network safety attacks; the intelligent auxiliary control system module (02c) is matched with the video image analysis processing system module (02d) to analyze and identify a large amount of historical data generated by real-time monitoring, and information needing to be processed is transmitted to the terminal equipment (04); the other intelligent control modules (02e) provide monitoring modules for the multi-station fusion function and the future expansion function; the data center station external data storage management module (02f) can provide data storage, operation data service and information management functions for external enterprises and the like, and accept data value-added service services;
the intelligent function module (03) comprises a photovoltaic power station (03a), an energy storage unit (03b), an environment monitoring station (03c), a charging and replacing power station (03d), a Beidou base station (03e) and a 5G signal station (03f), and the photovoltaic power station (03a) is established on the top of a main operation building body of the transformer substation; the energy storage unit (03b) is built in the substation, can be used for storing redundant storable electric energy generated by the photovoltaic power station and transmitted by the substation, and can also be used as a power supply to release the stored electric energy when needed; the environment monitoring station (03c) collects environment data and sends the environment monitoring data to an environment monitoring and analyzing person through other intelligent control modules (02e) in the data center station monitoring system (02); a charging pile is arranged on the charging and replacing power station (03d) to provide electric energy for the photovoltaic power station (03a) and the energy storage unit (03b) to form a charging and replacing power collecting and distributing place; the Beidou base station (03e) receives a synchronous time tick signal of the Beidou satellite navigation system, performs information interaction with a monitoring system (01) in a transformer substation and a monitoring system (02) in a data center station, and provides a clock synchronous time tick signal and a positioning signal for other equipment in a total station and a peripheral range; the 5G signal station (03f) provides 5G service for signal transmission among the monitoring system (01) in the transformer substation, the monitoring system (02) in the data center station and the terminal equipment (04) by utilizing 5G signals;
the terminal equipment (04) can enable personnel in the station to receive the equipment faults screened out by the data center station monitoring system (02) or other problems and/or alarms needing to be processed in time at any time.
