As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the tower worker opens the first arm and the second arm by hand, the hook extension spring 3 is stretched, the second return spring 5-3 which naturally extends jacks up the T-shaped support rod, so that the support rod body 5-1 is pulled out from the limiting hole 4-2, the first return spring 4-5 which naturally extends jacks up the contact rod 4-1, so that the support rod body 5-1 is in surface contact with the contact rod 4-1 and the support rod cap 5-2 is overlapped with the arm limiting sheet 1-5, and the support rod supports the first arm and the second arm to keep an open state.
The operator on the tower controls the tail rope, and the ground operator controls the traction rope to pull the recoiler to the displaced damper.
As shown in figures 2 and 5, the recoiler moves forwards and is close to the damper, the damper presses the contact piece 4-3, the contact piece 4-3 compresses the first return spring 4-5, the contact piece 4-3 drives the contact rod 4-1 to slide backwards and enables the support rod body 5-1 of the support rod to slide on the contact rod 4-1 until the support rod body 5-1 of the support rod enters the limiting hole 4-2, the first arm rod 1-1 loses the support of the support rod, the naturally contracted claw tension spring 3 pulls the first arm and the second arm to be closed, and the closed claw quickly grasps the damper clamping piece.
The device is pulled back by the staff on the tower, the ground staff master the balance, the recollecting device vertically hooks the shockproof hammer, and the shockproof hammer slides back to the original position to be processed by matching with the staff on the tower.
After the treatment is completed, the retriever is removed.
If the closed claw has caught the damper clip, the damper is stuck to the ground wire and cannot be pulled back. The usage of the retriever in this case is as follows:
as shown in figure 5, a worker on a tower pulls the tail rope with force, the tail rope drives the pull ring 6-3, the pull rod 6-1 and the traction sheet 6-2 to slide backwards, the sliding pull rod 6-1 stretches the third return spring 6-5, the sliding traction sheet 6-2 is close to and abuts against the first guide rod 1-4 and the second guide rod 2-4, and the traction sheet 6-2 slides backwards continuously, so that the first guide rod 1-4 slides outwards along one side of the traction sheet 6-2, and the second guide rod 2-4 slides outwards along the other side of the traction sheet 6-2.
As shown in fig. 4, the traction plate 6-2 causes the first arm and the second arm to open by pushing the two guide rods. The hook claw tension spring 3 is stretched, the second reset spring 5-3 which naturally stretches jacks up the T-shaped support rod, so that the support rod body 5-1 is pulled out of the limiting hole 4-2, the first reset spring 4-5 which naturally stretches jacks up the contact rod 4-1, the support rod body 5-1 is in surface contact with the contact rod 4-1, the support rod cap 5-2 is in lap joint with the arm limiting piece 1-5, and the support rod supports the first arm and the second arm to keep an open state. And (5) drawing the retriever.

Through comparative analysis of table 1 and conventional tools, the cost can be saved by 200 yuan per operation by using the ground wire damper recollector of the present application. The total cost can be saved by 200 x 30=0.6 ten thousand yuan by 30 times of displacement of the damper.
Meanwhile, the working time can be shortened by 1h each time, the working time can be reduced by 1 x 30=30h each year, and the safety of the working personnel is improved under the condition of reducing the overhead working time. Meanwhile, the recovery success rate of the damper is improved from 85% to 97%.

The operation time is reduced, the operation success rate is greatly improved, the labor intensity of operators is effectively reduced, and the safety of the operators is improved. The method is suitable for overhead ground wire and optical cable damper recovery operation of 35 kV-220 kV lines, and improves the operation reliability of the power grid.
In view of the above characteristics of the achievement, and the universal existence of the defect of the moving and running position of the damper. The method can be widely popularized and applied to the recovery work of 35 kV-220 kV ground wires and optical cable vibration dampers of overhead transmission lines.
