Description

Method and device for opening digital currency wallet and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The embodiment of the specification relates to the technical field of internet, in particular to a method and a device for opening a digital money wallet and electronic equipment.
Background
At present, mobile payment realized based on electronic accounts is quite common, however, the payment method is only a payment tool per se, is an information process of the existing legal currency, and cannot be called digital currency in a strict sense.
Digital Currency (DCEP) is usually issued by a central bank or authorized by the central bank, and legal Currency represented by an encrypted Digital string representing a specific amount of money is supported by cryptography. In contrast to traditional mobile payments, data currency is itself legal currency and may no longer need to be associated with an electronic account, so digital currency has been more than just a payment instrument.
Based on the existing issuing system of digital currency, the system generally follows a double-layer delivery system from a central bank to an operation institution; wherein an operator generally refers to an institution licensed by a central bank, such as a commercial bank, a third party payment institution (e.g., Alipay), etc., that has the right to issue digital currency. The operation organization can apply for the issuance limit of the digital currency from the central bank, and based on the applied issuance limit, the central bank deploys the front encryption machine of the operation organization to 'issue' the digital currency, and then based on the 'issued' digital currency, the conversion service related to the data currency is provided for the common user; for example, a typical user may choose to exchange an individual's electronic account balance for digital money, or to exchange held digital money for an electronic account balance.

The word "if" as used herein may be interpreted as "at … …" or "when … …" or "in response to a determination", depending on the context.
First, some technical concepts related to the present specification are introduced:
digital currency is usually issued by a central bank or authorized by the central bank, and cryptography is used as technical support; legal currency in the form of a string of encrypted numbers representing a specific amount of money.
Digital currency issuing institution: all DC/EP issuers are central banks.
Digital money operating institution: the operator of the DC/EP is typically a third party operator with rights to issue the DC/EP, licensed by a central bank; for example, a third-party operator, such as a commercial bank or a third-party payment platform, may obtain the right to issue the DC/EP under the permission of a central bank.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating an issue of digital currency according to the present disclosure.
Based on the existing issuing system of digital money, a double-layer delivery system from a central bank to an operator is generally followed. The double-layer delivery system means that a central bank authorizes the right of issuing DC/EP to an operation organization, and the existing mature IT infrastructure and service system of the operation organization are fully utilized to issue and 'deliver' digital currency for a large user group.
As shown in fig. 1, in the double-deck delivery system, after obtaining the DC/EP issuance permission of the central bank, the operator can apply the central bank for issuing the DC/EP quota. After the central bank passes the examination and approval, the central bank can return the credit certificate of the issued credit acquired by the operation organization to the operation organization; for example, the credit voucher returned by the central bank may typically be a string of encrypted characters.
The DC/EP issuance amount obtained by the operator usually depends on the amount of the preparation deposit paid by the operator at the central bank. For example, an operator who has issued permission for DC/EP using a double-deck delivery system may open a deposit account in a central bank and pay the deposit to the central bank in accordance with 100% of the issue amount.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the operators with DC/EP issuance rights can perform interconnection through the interconnection device deployed in the central bank. In addition, the central bank can also deploy a front-end encryption device at each operating organization with the DC/EP issuing right; for example, a central bank may deploy front-facing encryption engines in the rooms of various operating facilities.
The front encryption machine is particularly used for carrying out encryption operation related to digital currency. The operation organization can use the front-end encryption machine to submit the credit voucher issued by the central bank as a calling parameter to the front-end encryption machine so as to 'exchange' the DC/EP issue credit acquired by the operation organization into a large amount of DC/EP;
for example, after the operator submits the credit voucher to the front-end encryption device, the front-end encryption device can verify the credit voucher submitted by the operator, and after the verification is passed, the front-end encryption device creates a DC/EP matched with the issued credit of the operator for the operator, and returns the created DC/EP to the operator.
The specific form of the front-end encryption device may be a hardware device equipped with a secure computing environment; in the secure computing environment carried by the hardware equipment, data such as public and private key pairs of a central bank can be maintained, and the secure computing environment can bear some series of encryption operations involved in the DC/EP issuing process.
Of course, in practical applications, the front-end encryption equipment may also be encryption software developed by a central bank, and is not particularly limited in this specification; that is, the front-end encryption device described in this specification may specifically be a hardware device, or may also be a logic device.
When the operator "exchanges" the acquired DC/EP issuance quota into a large amount of DC/EP, the large amount of DC/EP can be stored in the database of the operator, and the exchange service related to the data currency is provided for the common user based on the large amount of DC/EP stored in the database; for example, a typical user may choose to exchange an individual's electronic account balance for digital money, or to exchange held digital money for an electronic account balance.
With continued reference to fig. 1, for a typical user, a digital money wallet may be opened at the operator and the individual's electronic account balance may be converted to digital money for maintenance in the digital money wallet.
Assuming that the sum of the large amount of DC/EP stored in the database of the operating institution is 1 ten thousand yuan, the user initiates the operation of exchanging 1000 yuan of DC/EP by using the balance of the electronic account; at this time, the operator can call the front encryption machine deployed by the central bank, and submit 1 ten thousand yuan of DC/EP and the amount of 1000 yuan and 9000 yuan which need to be replaced to the front encryption machine as call parameters.
The front-end encryptor may then return two DC/EPs to the operator in amounts of 1000 and 9000 dollars, respectively. And after receiving the two DC/EPs returned by the front-end encryption device, the operation organization can delete the original data records related to the 1 ten thousand yuan DC/EP stored in the database, reinsert a data record of DC/EP with the denomination of 9000 yuan into the database, and record the DC/EP with the denomination of 1000 yuan under the name of the user.
Wherein, the digital currency under the user name is stored in a database of the operator, usually in the form of a digital currency list; the user can only maintain the identification of the digital currency list in a digital currency wallet opened by an operator; for example, in one example, the digital currency under the user name may be stored in the operator's database in the form of a user's asset list; while only the asset-ID of the user's list of assets may be maintained in the user's digital currency wallet.
In practical application, a user can send a transaction request related to the DC/EP to a server of an operation mechanism through a client, and interacts with the server of the operation mechanism to complete the transaction related to the DC/EP;
for example, transactions related to DC/EP may include transactions that exchange an individual's electronic account balance for DC/EP, transactions that exchange a held DC/EP for an electronic account balance, or transfers DC/EP to other users, and so forth.
The digital money carrier may classify the digital money wallets into service class categories, including digital money wallets of several different service classes. Generally, the higher the wallet service level, the less risk the user is at, and the higher the total amount of digital money the wallet can hold. For example, the central community has four categories for digital currency purses, with purses of different service classes corresponding to different transaction limitations and usage scenario limitations.
In the related art, the digital money wallet to which the user applies for opening is generally the digital money wallet of the lowest service level. And if the user needs to open a digital money wallet with a high service level, a level-one upgrade wallet needs to be started from the digital money wallet with the lowest service level. In general, low service level wallets can be upgraded to higher service level wallets by enhancing authentication information.
Therefore, in the existing scheme of opening the digital currency wallet, the problem that the digital currency wallet with high service level cannot be opened exists.
Therefore, the specification provides a scheme for opening a digital currency wallet, when a user applies for opening a digital currency wallet, the highest service level of the digital currency wallet which can be opened by the user is calculated through a service level calculation algorithm, and the digital currency wallet with the highest service level which can be opened is opened for the user. So that a differentiated provisioning scheme for digital currency wallets can be provided for different users.
The following may be described with reference to the digital money wallet opening method shown in fig. 2, which may be applied to a server corresponding to a digital money operating institution (hereinafter, referred to as a server), and includes the following steps:
step 110: receiving an opening request of a digital currency wallet sent by a terminal of a user; the digital money wallets are of various types, different types of digital money wallets provide different services, and the opening request carries a user identifier;
step 120: acquiring user behavior data corresponding to the user identification, performing user behavior identification on the user based on the user behavior data, and generating first opening results of the user corresponding to various types of digital currency purses based on user behavior identification results of the user;
step 130: acquiring user authentication data corresponding to the user identification, performing user identity authentication on the user based on the user authentication data, and generating second opening results of the user corresponding to the digital currency wallets of various types based on user identity authentication results aiming at the user;
step 140: and calculating a target type of digital money wallet adapted to the user in the plurality of types of digital money wallets according to the first opening result and the second opening result, and opening the target type of digital money wallet for the user.
In practical application, a user can send an opening request for opening the digital money wallet to a server side through a terminal where a client side of the digital money wallet is located. Generally, the provisioning request needs to carry a user identifier. The user identification may correspond to a unique natural person user. The user identification can comprise unique information such as a user ID, a user account, a user mobile phone number and the like.
Taking the user ID as an example, after a general user successfully registers an account, the server assigns an ID uniquely representing the user identity, and the user ID is bound to the account where the user logs in. After the user logs into an account on the client, the user ID is automatically associated. In this way, the user ID may be automatically added to the provisioning request when the user initiates the provisioning request to provision the digital currency wallet.
The multiple types of digital currency purses comprise corresponding multiple service levels; wherein the type of service provided by the digital money wallet of the high service level is greater than the type of service provided by the digital money wallet of the low service level. The greater than may mean that the service type of the high service level comprises the service type of the low service level. The following description will take as an example a digital money wallet of various service types.
In this specification, the digital money wallet may be classified into an anonymous digital money wallet and a real-name digital money wallet.
The anonymous digital currency wallet can be a non-real-name authentication wallet and can be opened through a mobile phone number or a mailbox, but only one anonymous digital currency wallet can be opened through a single mobile phone number or mailbox. The anonymous digital currency wallet cannot determine the specific identity of the user to be used behind it, and therefore has a low level of security, a high level of risk, and a corresponding minimum amount of funds available for holding.
The real-name digital currency wallet may be a wallet authenticated by a real-name system, and generally, the real-name authenticated wallet may be bound with information such as an identity card or a passport of a user, so as to uniquely correspond to an identity of a natural person.
The anonymous and real-name digital currency wallets also have a holding number limit:
for anonymous digital currency wallets, no user holding limits may be set. I.e., a user may hold many anonymous digital money purses.
For a real-name digital money wallet, the number that each level of real-name digital money wallet users can hold is limited. I.e., a user cannot simultaneously hold the upper limit of the real-name digital money wallet beyond each service level. For example, assume that a user can only hold 1 digital currency wallet per service level.
When the wallet type which is applied for opening by the user and carried in the opening request is the anonymous digital currency wallet, the calculation algorithm provided by the specification is not needed to calculate the wallet with the highest service level which can be opened by the user, but the existing opening rule is used for judging whether the anonymous digital currency wallet can be opened or not, and when the anonymous digital currency wallet can be opened by the user, the anonymous digital currency wallet is opened for the user.
When the wallet type requested to be opened by the user carried in the opening request is the real-name digital currency wallet, the step 120 of the above embodiment is executed in step 140, so as to calculate the wallet with the highest service level that can be opened by the user by using the service level calculation algorithm provided in the present specification, and open the wallet with the highest service level that can be opened currently for the user.
The service end receives an opening request of the digital currency wallet initiated by a user, and can inquire user behavior data and user authentication data corresponding to the user identification according to the user identification carried in the opening request.
Generally, the server can collect and store user historical user behavior data. Such user behavior data may include user identity information data, daily behavior data, transaction data, and the like.
After the service end obtains the user behavior data corresponding to the user identifier, user behavior identification can be performed on the user based on the user behavior data, and a first opening result of the digital currency wallet corresponding to each service level is generated for the user based on a user behavior identification result of the user.
In one embodiment, the user behavior recognition result for the user comprises a user behavior recognition level of the user; the digital currency wallet of each service level is configured with an opening condition; wherein the opening condition comprises a user behavior identification level requirement for a user;
the generating a first provisioning result for the user for digital currency wallets for each service class based on the user behavior recognition result for the user comprises:
determining whether the user behavior identification level of the user meets the user behavior identification level requirement of the digital currency wallet of each service level on the user; if the user behavior identification level of the user meets the user behavior identification level requirement of the digital money wallet with any one or more service levels for the user, generating a first opening result of the opening condition of the digital money wallet with the user meeting any one or more service levels; and if the service level of the user is not in accordance with the user behavior identification level requirement of the user by the digital money wallets of the plurality of service levels, generating a first opening result that the user is not in accordance with the opening conditions of the digital money wallets of the plurality of service levels.
Some specific target user behavior data are listed below for explanation:
in one embodiment, the user behavior data may include an account opening frequency, which is compared with a preset account opening frequency (i.e., an opening condition) corresponding to each service class; when the account opening frequency reaches a preset account opening frequency corresponding to any service level, determining that the user behavior identification result of the service level is false (not conforming to an opening condition); and when the account opening frequency does not reach the preset account opening frequency corresponding to any service level, determining that the user behavior identification result of the service level is true (conforms to the opening condition).
Whether frequent account opening exists in the user can be judged by counting the account opening frequency of the user; if the account opening frequency reaches the preset account opening frequency, the fact that the user has risks possibly existing in frequent account opening is shown, and the user behavior recognition result is determined to be false; the user whose user behavior recognition result is false does not allow opening of the digital money wallet of the service class.
In one embodiment, the user behavior data may include a sales frequency, the sales frequency is compared with a preset sales frequency (i.e., an opening condition) corresponding to each service class, and when the sales frequency reaches the preset sales frequency corresponding to any service class, it is determined that a user behavior identification result of the service class is false (does not meet the opening condition); and when the subscriber cancellation frequency does not reach the preset subscriber cancellation frequency corresponding to any service level, determining that the user behavior identification result of the service level is true (conforms to the opening condition).
Whether frequent customer removal exists in the user can be judged by counting the customer removal frequency of the user; if the user canceling frequency reaches the preset user canceling frequency, the fact that the user has risks possibly existing in frequent user canceling is indicated, and the user behavior identification result is determined to be false; the user whose user behavior recognition result is false does not allow opening of the digital money wallet of the service class.
In one embodiment, the user behavior data may include a transaction frequency, the transaction frequency is compared with a preset transaction frequency (i.e., an opening condition) corresponding to each service level, and when the transaction frequency reaches the preset transaction frequency corresponding to any service level, it is determined that a user behavior identification result of the service level is false (does not meet the opening condition); and when the transaction frequency does not reach the preset transaction frequency corresponding to any service level, determining that the user behavior identification result of the service level is true (conforms to the opening condition).
By counting the transaction frequency of the user, whether the user has frequent transactions can be judged; if the transaction frequency reaches the preset transaction frequency, it is indicated that the risk possibly exists when the transaction of the user is too frequent, and the user behavior identification result is determined to be false; the user whose user behavior recognition result is false does not allow opening of the digital money wallet of the service class.
In one embodiment, the opening condition may include whether the user is on a blacklist. The blacklist can be a medium blacklist (such as a credit loss list, a credit investigation blacklist and the like); when the user is in the blacklist in the user behavior data, indicating that the risk exists, and thus, the user behavior recognition result of each grade is false; the user whose user behavior recognition result is false does not allow opening of the digital money wallet of the service class. These embodiments may be deployed alone or in combination.
The above-described embodiment determines whether the user has a condition for opening the digital money wallet of each service class by performing user behavior recognition on the user.
In an embodiment, the user behavior data further includes the number of digital currency purses of each service level opened by the user within a preset time period; the opening condition further comprises an upper limit requirement of the number of digital wallets opened by a user in a preset time period;
if the user behavior identification level of the user meets the user behavior identification level requirements of the digital money wallet with any one or more service levels for the user, generating a first opening result of the opening condition of the digital money wallet with the user meeting the any one or more service levels, comprising:
if the user behavior identification level of the user meets the user behavior identification level requirements of the digital money wallets of any one or more service levels on the user, further determining whether the number of digital money wallets of each service level opened by the user in a preset time period reaches the number upper limit requirements of the digital money wallets of any one or more service levels; if yes, generating a first opening result that the user does not conform to the opening conditions of the digital currency wallets of the plurality of service levels; if not, generating a first opening result of the opening condition of the digital currency wallet meeting any one or more service levels of the user.
As described above, when the user applies for opening the real-name digital money wallet, since there is an upper limit to the number of wallets held by the user at each level under the real-name digital money wallet, it is necessary to check the wallet number to determine whether the digital money wallet of each service level can be opened during the wind control recognition.
The upper limit on the amount that is opened may be an upper limit for the same user holding the same level of digital currency wallet. The upper limit of the opening quantity of different levels can be configured in advance according to requirements. For example, it may be set that one user can hold only 1 digital money wallet per rank.
In practical applications, the same user may correspond to a plurality of different user identities. For example, before the user is named in real, the user may register multiple accounts through multiple channels, for example, the account registered by the same user through the mail and the account registered through the mobile phone number may be different, and different accounts may be assigned different user identifications. In the case that the accounts have no real name system, the server cannot determine whether the accounts belong to the same user; however, after the accounts are in the real-name system, since the different accounts all correspond to the same natural person in real name, the server can associate the different user identifications with the same natural person.
These different user identities belonging to the same physical person may each open a respective digital money wallet. Therefore, when checking the wallet number of the user corresponding to the user identifier in the current opening request, not only the digital money wallets opened under the user identifier in the opening request need to be counted, but also the digital money wallets opened under other user identifiers associated with the user corresponding to the user identifier need to be counted. Therefore, the number of the digital currency purses with each service level opened by the user can be counted only by integrating the opened digital currency purses under all user identifications under the same natural person.
In an embodiment, the user authentication data may also be user authentication data reserved by the user stored by the server.
In some cases, the server may query the user authentication data from a third party application. Specifically, under the condition that the user authorizes to use the user authentication data acquired by the third-party application, querying the user authentication data corresponding to the user identifier includes:
and inquiring user authentication data corresponding to the user identification from the third-party application.
In this embodiment, when the user signs up to open the digital money wallet protocol, the authorization server uses the user authentication data collected by the third-party application.
Taking the third-party application as the third-party payment application as an example, if the user is a registered user of the third-party payment application, the third-party payment application generally collects user authentication data of the user identity in order to ensure fund security. The user authentication data may include a password set by a user; the password may include a login password and a payment password.
The user authentication data may also include biometric information of the user, such as facial image features, eye features, voice prints, fingerprints, palm prints, heart beats, pulse, chromosomes, DNA, human teeth bites, brain wave signals, and the like. Wherein the eye pattern may include biological features of the iris, sclera, etc.
The user authentication data can also comprise other information bound by the user, such as bound identity card information, positive and negative pictures of the identity card, a bound bank card, a bound mobile phone number, a bound mailbox and the like.
After obtaining the authentication information corresponding to the user identifier, the server may perform user identity authentication on the user based on the user authentication data, and generate a second opening result of the digital money wallet corresponding to each service level for the user based on a user identity authentication result for the user.
In an embodiment, the user authentication result for the user comprises a user authentication level of the user; the digital currency wallet of each service level is configured with an opening condition; wherein the opening condition comprises a user identity authentication level requirement for a user;
the generating, based on the user identity authentication result for the user, second provisioning results for the digital currency wallet for the user corresponding to the respective service class, comprising:
determining whether the user meets the user identity authentication level requirements of the digital currency wallet of each service level for the user based on the user identity authentication level for the user; if yes, generating a second opening result of the opening condition of the digital currency wallet of which the user accords with the service level; if not, generating a second opening result of the opening condition of the digital currency wallet of which the user does not conform to the service level.
In this embodiment, there may be differences in the levels of user authentication required for the digital currency wallets of each service level; generally, the higher the service level, the higher the user authentication level required for the digital money wallet, and the higher the user authentication data is, the higher the user authentication level is. That is, the more the user authentication data is, the richer the user authentication data is, the more the opening condition of the digital money wallet of the higher service level is met; this may reduce the risk of opening a high service level wallet.
In one embodiment, when it is determined that the user does not comply with the user authentication level requirement of the digital money wallet of any service level for the user, a user authentication data collection prompt corresponding to the user authentication level requirement of the digital money wallet of the service level for the user is output to the user, so that the user inputs user authentication data corresponding to the user authentication level requirement of the digital money wallet of the service level for the user.
For example, assume that the user authentication data required for a digital currency wallet for a certain service level includes 1, 2, 3; the current server only obtains user authentication data 1 and 2 based on the user identification; in such a case, the authentication result for the service level is false; because the user may provide the remaining user authentication data 3 in time, that is, the user may be a potential target user of the service level, the user may output a user authentication data 3 acquisition prompt corresponding to the user identity authentication level requirement of the digital currency wallet of the service level to the user, so that the user actively provides the lacking user authentication data 3, and thus, the lacking user authentication data is actively acquired to the user through the server, the authentication information of the user at the service level with a false authentication result can be perfected, and the authentication result becomes true.
In this specification, a digital money wallet type calculation algorithm is provided for calculating the highest service level digital money wallet currently available to the user.
The calculating a target type of digital money wallet adapted to the user among the plurality of types of digital money wallets according to the first opening result and the second opening result includes:
performing phase and calculation on the first opening result and the second opening result of each service grade to obtain a phase and calculation result corresponding to each service grade;
and the result of the AND operation is true, and the highest service level is determined as the highest service level of the digital money wallet which can be opened by the user.
For example, assume that the service level of a wallet is divided into 4 levels, L4, L3, L2, L1; the wallet service level is L4< L3< L2< L1;
the first switching-on result of L4 is 1, the second switching-on result is 1, and it is L4[1,1 ];
the first switching-on result of L3 is 1, the second switching-on result is 1, and it is L3[1,1 ];
the first switching-on result of L2 is 1, the second switching-on result is 0, and it is L2[1,0 ];
the first on result of L1 is 0, and the second on result is 0, which is L1[0,0 ];
where 1 is true and 0 is false.
Performing phase and calculation on the first opening result and the second opening result of each service level to obtain phase and calculation results L4[1], L3[1], L2[0] and L3[0 ];
selecting the L3 with the highest service grade from the service grades L4 and L3 with the phase and the calculation result of 1 as the finally calculated highest service grade of the digital money wallet opened by the user; i.e., the user is currently able to open up the highest L3 digital currency wallet.
When there is a possible situation, the phase of the first opening result and the second opening result of each service level is 0, and at this time, "the phase is true, and the service level with the highest service level is determined as the highest service level of the digital currency wallet which can be opened by the user"; therefore, it is necessary to design a corresponding scheme for the case where both the phase and the calculation result are 0.
In an embodiment, when the phase and the calculation result are both false, extracting a first opening result of each service level;
the first opening result is true and the lowest service level is determined as the highest service level of the digital money wallet that the user can open.
For example, assume that the service level of a wallet is divided into 4 levels, L4, L3, L2, L1; the service level is L4< L3< L2< L1;
the first switching-on result of L4 is 1, the second switching-on result is 0, and it is L4[1,0 ];
the first switching-on result of L3 is 0, the second switching-on result is 1, then it is L3[0,1 ];
the first switching-on result of L2 is 1, the second switching-on result is 0, and it is L2[1,0 ];
the first on result of L1 is 0, and the second on result is 0, which is L1[0,0 ];
performing phase and calculation on the first opening result and the second opening result of the service level of each wallet to obtain phase and calculation results L4[0], L3[0], L2[0] and L3[0 ];
at this time, the phase and the calculation results are both 0, and the first on result 1 of L4, the first on result 0 of L3, the first on result 1 of L2, and the first on result 0 of L1 are extracted to obtain
L4[1], L3[0], L2[1], L3[0 ]; taking the L4 with the lowest grade in the service grades with the first opening result of 1 as the finally calculated highest service grade of the digital currency wallet which can be opened by the user; i.e., the user is currently able to open up the highest L4 digital currency wallet.
In this embodiment, when the phase and the calculation result are both 0, the first activation result is used as a strong influence factor for determining the current highest available service level of the user.
Through the embodiment, when the user applies for opening the digital currency wallet, the highest service level of the digital currency wallet which can be opened by the user is calculated through the service level calculation algorithm, and the digital currency wallet with the highest service level which can be opened currently is opened for the user.
In one embodiment, the provisioning request includes a service level of the digital currency wallet that the user requested to be provisioned;
opening a target type of digital currency wallet for the user, comprising:
determining whether the calculated target service level is higher than the service level of the digital currency wallet opened by the user request; if yes, opening a digital currency wallet for the user based on the service level of the digital currency wallet opened by the user request; if not, opening a digital currency wallet for the user based on the target service level.
In this embodiment, the user may specify a digital money wallet with a service level that the user wants to open, and when the user satisfies the requirement of opening a digital money wallet with a higher service level, open the digital money wallet with the specified service level based on the user's will; and when the user and the digital money purses with the target service level are not satisfied, opening the digital money purses with the calculated target service level which can be opened by the user for the user. The user experience can be prevented from being influenced by the conflict psychology of the user based on the wish of the user.
