Abstract
An intelligent automatic tax-collecting robot is composed of an intelligent automatic tax-collecting website system, which comprises an intelligent automatic tax-collecting website and user terminal operation software; the intelligent automatic tax-collecting website comprises an organic robot brain, a distributor and a user database; the brain of the robot consists of a tax rate common sense database and a comparator; the tax rate common sense database stores big data related to tax-related transactions; the comparator is used for judging the corresponding tax rate after comparing the transaction with the big data; the distributor is used for deducting tax on the transaction and distributing the tax to a specified account; the user database is used for storing various data of the user. The intelligent automatic tax collecting website runs in the network server. the comparator judges the corresponding tax rate after screening and comparing the data of the user such as the transfer, the transaction, the property increment and the like based on the big data stored in the tax rate common sense database, and intelligently analyzes whether the corresponding transfer transaction is false or not;
the distributor is used for deducting tax on the transaction and distributing the tax to a specified account;
the user database is used for storing various data of a user, and the various data of the user comprise information of a user name, an account number, a password, a name, an address, an amount, property, a bill, a report form, a frequently-active area, an affiliated industry, age, occupation, a contact way, a bound bank card and the like;

the tax rate general knowledge database 102 stores tax rates corresponding to commodities and products and various transactions and properties, and big data related to general knowledge and rules of the commodities and the products and the various transactions and properties;
