Abstract
A method, device, computer storage medium and terminal for realizing warehouse management comprise: determining inventory related information of each inventory product; according to the prior sales information of each stock product and the determined relevant information of the stock, carrying out storage adjustment on the stock products; wherein the inventory-related information comprises: inventory balance information and quality related information. According to the embodiment of the invention, the warehousing is adjusted according to the relevant information of the inventory and the prior sales information, so that the effective management and control of the warehousing are realized, and the technical support is provided for improving the quality of the inventory products.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to, but not limited to, warehouse management technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, a computer storage medium, and a terminal for implementing warehouse management.
Background
The transmission of the products in the supply chain is in a point-to-point mode, the products are generally transmitted according to a planned path after entering the supply chain, the quality of the products transported to a distributor cannot be guaranteed, and the processing efficiency of the supply chain is low.
With the advent of the commercial digital age, the digitization of the supply chain becomes an important link for enterprise operation; at present, data of a supply chain storage link are in a relatively closed state, product quality of the storage link cannot be guaranteed, and storage products cannot be effectively controlled. How to realize the effective management and control of storage product, promote the quality of storage product, become a problem that remains to be solved.

determining inventory related information of each inventory product;
according to the prior sales information of each stock product and the determined relevant information of the stock, carrying out storage adjustment on the stock products;
wherein the inventory-related information comprises: inventory balance information and quality related information.
In an exemplary embodiment, the determining inventory-related information for each inventory product includes:
determining the inventory allowance information of each inventory product according to the inventory entering and exiting information;
acquiring the quality related information of one or any combination of the following products in stock through a preset sensor: temperature, humidity, light, storage time, and pressure.
In an exemplary embodiment, the prior sales information includes previously recorded sales volume information for one or more of the following points in time:
seasons, holidays, meetings, promotional campaigns, natural disasters, and epidemics.
In an exemplary embodiment, the warehouse adjustment of the inventory product includes:
according to the prior sales information of each stock product, the sales scale which can be reached within the preset time length of each stock product is estimated;
and carrying out storage adjustment on the inventory products according to the estimated sales scale and the relevant inventory information which can be reached within the preset time of each inventory product.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
The steps illustrated in the flow charts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions. Also, while a logical order is shown in the flow diagrams, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than here.

determining the inventory allowance information of each inventory product according to the inventory entering and exiting information;
acquiring the quality related information of one or any combination of the following products in stock through a preset sensor: temperature, humidity, light, storage time and pressure;
in one exemplary embodiment, the quality-related information may be obtained by the following sensors: temperature sensor, humidity transducer, pressure sensor, timer and luminosity sensor.
In an exemplary embodiment, the present invention may record the warehousing and ex-warehouse information of each inventory product through a wireless communication technology including radio frequency identification technology (RFID), Near Field Communication (NFC), and the like.
In an exemplary embodiment, the storage requirement of the inventory product may be recorded by a barcode, a two-dimensional code, or other technologies, and the storage requirement includes: temperature, humidity, illumination, shelf life, etc.; by comparing the quality related information of the stock product with the storage requirement, the actual shelf life of the stock product can be analyzed and obtained.

if the estimated sales scale is smaller but the stock margin is larger than a third preset percentage, whether a promotion activity is set or not can be determined according to the stock cost so as to accelerate the consumption of the stock product;
the pre-estimated scale is large, and when the inventory allowance is smaller than the pre-estimated scale, the inventory allowance is increased through scheduling.

Claims (10)
1. A method of implementing warehouse management, comprising:
determining inventory related information of each inventory product;
according to the prior sales information of each stock product and the determined relevant information of the stock, carrying out storage adjustment on the stock products;
wherein the inventory-related information comprises: inventory balance information and quality related information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining inventory-related information for each inventory product comprises:
determining the inventory allowance information of each inventory product according to the inventory entering and exiting information;
acquiring the quality related information of one or any combination of the following products in stock through a preset sensor: temperature, humidity, light, storage time, and pressure.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the prior sales information comprises previously recorded sales information for one or more of the following points in time:
seasons, holidays, meetings, promotional campaigns, natural disasters, and epidemics.
4. A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the warehouse adjustment of the inventory product comprises:
according to the prior sales information of each stock product, the sales scale which can be reached within the preset time length of each stock product is estimated;
and carrying out storage adjustment on the inventory products according to the estimated sales scale and the relevant inventory information which can be reached within the preset time of each inventory product.
5. An apparatus for implementing warehouse management, comprising: a determining unit and an adjusting unit; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the determination unit is used for: determining inventory related information of each inventory product;
the adjusting unit is used for: according to the prior sales information of each stock product and the determined relevant information of the stock, carrying out storage adjustment on the stock products;
wherein the inventory-related information comprises: inventory balance information and quality related information.
6. The apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the determining unit is specifically configured to:
determining the inventory allowance information of each inventory product according to the inventory entering and exiting information;
acquiring the quality related information of one or any combination of the following products in stock through a preset sensor: temperature, humidity, light, storage time, and pressure.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the prior sales information comprises previously recorded sales volume information at one or more of the following time points:
seasons, holidays, meetings, promotional campaigns, natural disasters, and epidemics.
8. The device according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the adjusting unit is specifically configured to:
according to the prior sales information of each stock product, the sales scale which can be reached within the preset time length of each stock product is estimated;
and carrying out storage adjustment on the inventory products according to the estimated sales scale and the relevant inventory information which can be reached within the preset time of each inventory product.
9. A computer storage medium having stored thereon computer-executable instructions for performing the method of implementing warehouse management according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
10. A terminal, comprising: a memory and a processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the processor is configured to execute program instructions in the memory;
the program instructions read and execute the method for realizing warehouse management in any one of claims 1 to 4 on a processor.
