Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a method for configuring a report generation system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method may include:
s101, configuring a plurality of report generating elements and a configuration page for displaying the report generating elements.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the report generation element is an element that needs to be determined in the process of generating a report by a report system, the report generation element reflects the requirement of a user, and the process of generating a report by a report system actually includes: determining a data source, determining a query condition, and determining a presentation form of data obtained by query, which may of course include: determining user authority, determining report type and the like, which can be regarded as report generation elements.
The report generation elements are elements required for generating reports, and the process of generating reports has a plurality of links, and each link can be executed only by inputting parameters, so the elements corresponding to the parameters can be called as report generation elements. The parameters corresponding to a plurality of links required for generating the same report are different in attributes, different parameters are required for the same link for generating different reports, the attributes of the parameters are the same, and the attribute values are different, so that the plurality of report generating elements can comprise a plurality of report generating elements with the same attribute and report generating elements with a plurality of attributes.
In an embodiment of the present specification, the configuring a plurality of report generating elements may include:
and configuring a plurality of report generation elements and a configuration page for displaying the report generation elements based on the system configuration data configured by the development user.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the plurality of report generating elements may be configured according to different attributes, and this may be to classify the plurality of report generating elements set in advance, or may be to set the report generating elements according to a category of the attributes set in advance.
In one embodiment, each of the report generating elements has a report generating element with a different attribute, and the attribute may at least include: at least one of report type, data source, query logic, and presentation form.
Wherein the query logic may include at least one of a query condition for the raw data and a statistical condition for the exposure data.
The query condition of the original data may have a query variable, or may have a decision criterion, and may have a value equal to, greater than, less than, etc., which may be used as the query condition.
In a practical scenario, different data sources that different users can query are different, that is, rights of different users are different, which means that report generation elements that different users can select are different.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present specification, the plurality of report generating elements have access right restrictions.
Of course, the report generation element with the authority limit may also be a report type, a presentation form, etc., and is not specifically described herein.
Specifically, the authority of the report generation element may be set according to the user type, for example, different user identifiers may belong to a set of user identifiers corresponding to different user types, so that the report generation element under the authority may be displayed in a configuration page according to the user identifier (for example, an account) of the user, and configured in the authority range.
After configuring the configuration page with report generation elements for the report generation system, in order to be able to recognize the user operation and automatically configure in the background according to the user operation, therefore, the operation monitoring rule and the page configuration rule can also be set in the system, which can be realized by developing codes.
Therefore, in this embodiment of the present specification, the configuring a plurality of report generating elements and a configuration page for displaying the report generating elements may further include:
and generating a configuration operation monitoring rule and a use page configuration rule for the configuration page.
Therefore, the system can support the user to adjust the requirement based on the operation, and the report generating elements are configured in advance, so that the configuration can be carried out only by selecting the report generating elements when the requirement of the user changes.
After the configuration operation monitoring rule and the use page configuration rule are configured, the system can be validated and used by a user.
Therefore, in the embodiments of the present specification, the method may further include: and validating the reporting system comprising the configuration page, the configuration operation monitoring rule and the page configuration rule.
In order to describe the multiple report generating elements conveniently, the characters in table 1 and table 2 are used to represent different report generating elements.
Tables 1 and 2 generate elements for reports configured by developers.
Figure 135128DEST_PATH_IMAGE001
TABLE 1
In table 1, the developer has configured five report generating elements, namely, a1, a2, A3, a4 and a5, for the element of attribute one, which may indicate that the system corresponds to 5 different data sources or data sources in different ranges, but of course, other report generating elements may be used.
Figure 832695DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
TABLE 2
In table 2, the developer has configured B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B8, and B9 for the elements of attribute two, and there are nine report generating elements, which may represent 9 different report types, and of course, may also represent report generating elements of other attributes, such as: presentation form, query logic, etc., are not specifically set forth.
The report generation elements are report generation elements which are exhaustively obtained by developers according to different requirements, so that all report requirements can be reflected.
It should be noted that, in practice, when all report requirements of multiple users are met, several tens or even more report generating elements are obtained from the exhaustive list, and only a part of tables 1 and 2 is illustrated, because the part may be used in the configuration operation of a user in S102-S103.
And S102, showing the configuration page to a user and receiving the configuration operation of the user through the configuration page.
In this embodiment of the present specification, after the system is validated, a user may enter a page of the system, the page of the system may have a configuration page entry, and the user may trigger a request for acquiring configuration page information by clicking the entry, and a server of the system invokes corresponding page elements and configuration data in response to the request to generate the configuration page information, and returns the configuration page information to a client application of the user, and the client application may generate and display the configuration page.
In the embodiment of the present specification, if a plurality of report generation elements have access right restrictions;
the presenting the configuration page to the user may include:
determining a user identifier requesting to acquire a configuration page;
determining report generation elements allowing the user identification to be accessed;
and generating and displaying a configuration page based on the report generation element allowing the user identification to be accessed.
In this embodiment of the present specification, the receiving, through the configuration page, a configuration operation of a user may include:
and receiving the configuration operation of the user of the report generation system through the configuration page.
In an embodiment of this specification, the method may further include:
and executing the configuration operation monitoring rule and the use page configuration rule, monitoring the behavior data generated by the configuration operation, and configuring the use page information according to the behavior data.
It should be noted that the core of the embodiment of the present specification lies in that the operation monitoring rule and the usage page configuration rule are executed in the reporting system, and therefore, the execution subject of the rule does not constitute a limitation.
Thus, the system can receive the configuration operation of the user through the configuration page and carry out configuration based on the received configuration operation.
In this embodiment of the present specification, the receiving, through the configuration page, a configuration operation of a user may include:
and receiving the selection operation of the user on the report generating element in the configuration page.
In one scenario, the user selects "a 1, a2, A3, a 4" and "B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B8" in the configuration page according to the various requirements the user may need, and the elements represented by a5 and B9 may be selected when the user's requirements change.
The analysis finds that the process of generating the report is the process of determining the elements of a plurality of links by the system, the most traditional mode is to fix the element in the system, and the user can directly obtain the report when using the report, and the mode provides a selection for the user by configuring a plurality of report generating elements in S101, so that the user can meet the requirement through the selection.
In fact, everything is twofold, while providing the user with a choice, it is also necessary to rely on the user operation when generating the report, and this scheme can be implemented well when using the report generating element with one attribute configured on the page, however, in the case of configuring the report generating element with multiple attributes, unnecessary user operation dependence may be generated, and excessive choices increase the possibility of user operation errors and reduce the operation accuracy.
This is because when configuring a plurality of report generating elements or during the use stage of the system, there is often a correlation or a corresponding relationship between report generating elements with different attributes, and if displaying non-correlated report generating elements on the same page, the user needs to determine the correlated elements from more options and then determine the currently required elements from the correlated elements, which undoubtedly makes the use process more cumbersome, and this way also increases the user operation error rate.
In order to display all report generation elements configured in a configuration page by a user in a page to reflect all possible requirements of the user and reflect the association of the report generation elements, the user is enabled to select the report generation elements with current requirements from the associated elements to meet the current requirements during use, and therefore, the function of associating the report generation elements can be provided for the user in the configuration page.
In this embodiment of the present specification, the configuration page may further have an association identifier, and a user may select a plurality of report generating elements and the association identifier, so that the plurality of report generating elements may be associated.
In this embodiment of the present specification, the operation monitoring rule may have an associated operation monitoring rule, which may include monitoring an operation that a user triggers an associated identifier and configuring a report generating element associated with the operation; and the configuration rule of the use page can comprise an association action rule and an association judgment rule, the report generation element associated with the configuration operation is associated through the association action rule, and the association judgment rule is used for judging or inquiring the report generation element associated with the report generation element selected from the use page.
In the embodiment of the present specification, in order to describe report generation elements associated with configuration operations, we express the report generation elements by using the association relationship in table 3.
In table 3, the element selected first by the user in the configuration page is the first element, and the element selected later is the second element, which are distinguished only for making the association relationship clearer, and do not constitute a limitation to the embodiment of the present specification, and of course, the user may also select B1 first and then select a1 and a2 associated therewith, in which case, we may also regard B1 as the first element and a1 and a2 as the second element associated therewith.
In table 3, a1 is associated with B1, B3, B7, which in the actual configuration scenario may represent: the user clicks the drop-down box of the element of the first attribute, selects a1 from "a 1, a2, A3, a 4", clicks the icon "associated", whereas from the drop-down box of the element of the second attribute, selects B1, B3, B7 from "B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B8", clicks the icon "determined", thus forming the relationship of associating a1 with B1, B3, B7. Similar principles apply to other relationships in table 3, and are not repeated here.
For a5 and B9, the user has no need for such a user for a while or in the near future, so the user has not selected these elements, and has not generated the association operation for these report generation elements, and therefore, a5 and B9 do not appear in configuration table 3, but the user can enter the configuration page through the entry of the configuration page at this time when the need changes in the future, select a5 or a9, and even the report generation elements associated therewith.
Figure 550115DEST_PATH_IMAGE003
TABLE 3
And S103, configuring the using page information according to the behavior data generated by the configuration operation.
The configuration process of the report generation system can be completed by generating the use page information, then, a user can directly use the system to perform data query and generate a data table, and then the data table is displayed, exported and even used for generating a chart to perform analysis by using the chart, wherein the generated data table can be temporarily stored in a database or temporarily stored in a cache of a client.
By configuring the plurality of report generating elements and the configuration page for displaying the report generating elements, when the requirement of a user changes, the system can receive the configuration operation of the user through the configuration page only by configuring the configuration page with the plurality of report generating elements according to the required report generating elements, and configure the used page information according to the behavior data generated by the configuration operation.
In an embodiment of this specification, the configuring the usage page information according to the behavior data generated by the configuring operation may include:
determining report generation elements associated with the configuration operation;
configuring use page information by using the incidence relation of report generation elements, wherein the use page information is used for:
generating and displaying a first use page with a plurality of report generation elements, wherein the first use page is used for receiving selection operation of a user;
and determining a first element corresponding to the selection operation, determining a second element associated with the first element in the background, and querying data and generating a data table by combining the second element associated with the first element.
The method comprises the steps of displaying all report generation elements configured by a user through a first usage page, wherein the elements can reflect all current possible requirements of the elements, selecting a first element corresponding to operation, reflecting one link of the current requirements of the user, determining a second element associated with the first element in a background, directly determining the current requirements of the user, and directly inquiring data and generating a data table without further selection of the user under the condition that the second element is displayed in the first usage page.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a method for configuring a report generating system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and in conjunction with fig. 2 and table 3, a first use page displays all report generating elements (a 1, a2, A3, a4, and B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, and B8) selected by a user through a configuration operation, and the first use page may receive the use operation of the user, and when the user selects a2, the reporting system receives the operation and determines in the background that a2 is only associated with B3, and although the first use page displays B3, since the background has already determined element B3 related to a2, the data may be directly queried and generated without the user selecting "B3".
The second element associated with the first element may be determined in the background by calling the association determination rule using the page information, or the association between the report generation elements may be recorded using the page information, which is not specifically described and limited herein.
In this way, the second element associated with the first element is determined in the background, and the data table is generated by querying the data in combination with the second element associated with the first element, so that the selection error of the report generation element in the use page by the user can be reduced.
Considering the case that the second element associated with the first element is multiple or the report generation element with the third attribute is provided, when the background confirms the second element associated with the first element, the elements of all links are not complete, so that the user is required to continue to select, but because the associated second element is already confirmed, the report generation element not associated with the first element is not required to be displayed, so that the misoperation of the user is reduced.
Therefore, in this embodiment of the present specification, before the querying data and generating a data table in combination with the second element associated with the first element, the method may further include:
generating and displaying a second use page in combination with a second element associated with the first element, and receiving selection operation of a user;
determining report generation elements selected by a user from the associated second elements;
and querying data and generating a data table based on the first element and the second element selected by the user.
In one scenario, a user selects an element (first element) of a certain first attribute on a use page, the use operation is monitored by using the page, the element is determined, and a plurality of associated elements (second elements) of a second attribute are inquired by using page information, so that the associated elements of the second attribute can be displayed for the user, but the irrelevant elements of the second attribute are not displayed.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating a method for configuring a report generating system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
With reference to fig. 2 and fig. 3, in fig. 2, the user enters the first usage page, all report-generating elements under the user's right are displayed on the page, the same as the report-generating elements in the configuration page, the user can arbitrarily select one report-generating element according to the drop-down box, the user selects a1, the system obtains a plurality of associated second elements "B1, B3, B7" according to the usage page information, and then the second usage page shown in fig. 3 is displayed for the user, in the page, the original attributes "B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B8" of the second attribute are not all displayed any more, but only "B1, B3, B7" associated with a1 is displayed, so that the user only needs to select from "B1, B3, B7" in the second usage page to realize the current report requirement, and since no irrelevant option is displayed for the user, therefore, the possibility of misoperation of the user is reduced, and the operation accuracy is improved.
In an embodiment of the present specification, the method may further include: configuring an update rule for each use user's use page, wherein the update rule is used for: sequencing the report generating elements in the used page according to the predicted liveness of the report generating elements on the current date;
and displaying and using a plurality of report generation elements in the page according to the sequence.
By sequencing the report generation elements according to the predicted activity, the use page can display the report generation elements which are suitable for the current date at a preferential position according to the use habit of the user.
The preferred position may be a position displayed at the front of a list of display positions, for example, in fig. 2, B2 is located at the front of B3.
In this embodiment of the present specification, sorting the report generating elements in the usage page according to the predicted activity of each report generating element on the current date may include:
and predicting the activity of the generated elements of each report by using the constructed activity prediction model.
For the activity prediction model, in this embodiment, the method may further include:
collecting report generation elements and operation time corresponding to the use operation of the user;
and constructing an activity prediction model by using the use times of the report generation elements and the operation time of each use.
The activity prediction model is constructed by performing regression on the report generation elements serving as samples according to the use times and the use operation time of each time, so as to predict the activity of each report generation element on the current date.
