Abstract
The invention provides a combustion chamber of an adjustable flame tube of a turbocharger test bed, which comprises an inner flame tube, a cylinder and a rear flange, wherein the tail part of the flame tube is fixedly arranged on a middle flange, and a middle flange straight pipe section is sequentially arranged on the right side of the middle flange; the inner flame tube is of a circular tube structure, the left end of the inner flame tube is sleeved on the inner side of the straight tube section of the middle flange, and the right end of the inner flame tube is sleeved on the outer side of the straight tube section of the rear flange; the cylinder is arranged on the outer side of the straight pipe section of the rear flange, and a piston rod is arranged in the cylinder; the outer side protruding part of the inner flame tube is an inner flame tube flange, and the other end of the piston rod is connected with the inner flame tube flange. The invention has the movable inner flame tube, when the piston rod retracts, an outlet pipeline of the combustion chamber is formed, and fuel oil is atomized and combusted in the range of the flame tube with larger volume; when the piston rod extends out, a cavity with a smaller volume is formed, and fuel oil is atomized and combusted in the range of the inner flame tube.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electromechanics, and particularly relates to a combustion chamber of an adjustable flame tube of a turbocharger test bed.
Background
In the development process of the turbocharger, tests such as a performance test of the gas compressor and a turbine flow characteristic need to be carried out. During the test, it was necessary to maintain the outlet temperature of the combustor and reduce the air flow under certain conditions. The conventional turbocharger test bench adopts a single-tube combustion chamber, and due to the influence factors such as oil-gas ratio and combustion efficiency, the combustion efficiency of the combustion chamber is low under the non-design working condition, and if the oil supply and air flow of the combustion chamber are simply reduced, the combustion state in the flame tube is the non-design working condition, and the combustion is unstable and easy to extinguish.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention is directed to a combustion chamber of an adjustable flame tube of a turbocharger test bed, so as to meet different usage conditions of the combustion chamber, and widen a flow rate adjustment range of the combustion chamber.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
a combustion chamber of an adjustable flame tube of a turbocharger test bed comprises a front flange, the flame tube and a middle flange, wherein the flame tube is arranged between the front flange and the middle flange; the flame tube is characterized by also comprising an inner flame tube, a cylinder and a rear flange, wherein the tail part of the flame tube is fixedly arranged on the middle flange, and a middle flange straight pipe section is sequentially arranged on the right side of the middle flange; the inner flame tube is of a circular tube structure, the left end of the inner flame tube is sleeved on the inner side of the straight tube section of the middle flange, and the right end of the inner flame tube is sleeved on the outer side of the straight tube section of the rear flange; the cylinder is arranged on the outer side of the straight pipe section of the rear flange, and a piston rod is arranged in the cylinder; the outer side protruding part of the inner flame tube is an inner flame tube flange, and the other end of the piston rod is connected with the inner flame tube flange; the inner flame tube can slide left and right in the straight pipe section of the middle flange under the pushing of the piston rod.
Furthermore, an ear seat is arranged on the inner flame tube flange, the piston rod is connected with the piston rod connector, and the piston rod connector is connected with the ear seat together through a pin.
Furthermore, the right side of the straight pipe section of the middle flange is provided with a raised middle flange baffle table, and when the inner flame tube slides to the leftmost position, the flange of the inner flame tube is in contact with the middle flange baffle table.
Further, when the piston rod retracts, the left end of the inner flame tube retracts into the straight pipe section of the middle flange to form an outlet pipeline of the combustion chamber;
when the piston rod extends out, the inner flame tube flange pushes the inner flame tube to move leftwards, the inner flame tube flange is contacted with the middle flange baffle table, and the left end of the inner flame tube extends into the flame tube to form a combustion space with a small volume.
Furthermore, a plurality of inner flame tube holes are formed in the part, located on the straight pipe section of the middle flange, of the inner flame tube.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) the invention has the movable inner flame tube, when the piston rod retracts, the left end of the inner flame tube retracts into the straight tube section of the middle flange to form an outlet pipeline of the combustion chamber, and fuel oil is atomized and combusted in the range of the flame tube with larger volume; when the piston rod extends out, the left end of the inner flame tube extends into the flame tube to form a cavity with a small volume, and fuel oil is atomized and combusted in the range of the inner flame tube. The structure meets the requirement that the combustion chamber adapts to different use working conditions, and widens the flow regulation range of the combustion chamber.
(2) The invention has simple structure and easy realization.

the casing tube 7 is sleeved outside the flame tube 8, one end of the casing tube is connected with the middle flange 9, and the other end of the casing tube is in contact with the front flange 1; the casing 7 is fixedly connected with the joint supporting end of the nozzle 3, the ignition rod 6 and the swirler 5, and the nozzle 3, the ignition rod 6 and the swirler 5 extend to the head part inside the flame tube 8; the front flange 1 and the middle flange 9 are tightly pressed by a pull rod 4 and a bolt 2;
the tail part of the flame tube 8 is fixedly arranged on the middle flange 9, a middle flange straight tube section 10 and a middle flange baffle table 12 are sequentially arranged on the right side of the middle flange 9, and the inner flame tube 13 is sleeved inside the middle flange straight tube section 10;
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of an inner flame tube 13, wherein the inner flame tube 13 is a circular tube structure, the left end of the inner flame tube is provided with a plurality of inner flame tube holes 11, and the outer convex part is an inner flame tube flange 14;
the inner flame tube 13 is positioned at the right part of the inner flame tube flange 14, is sleeved inside the straight pipe section of the rear flange 20 and can slide left and right;
the cylinder 19 is installed on the outer side of the straight pipe section of the rear flange 20, a piston rod 18 is arranged inside the cylinder 19, and the other end of the piston rod 18 is connected with the inner flame tube flange 14.
The inner liner 13 can slide left and right in the middle flange straight pipe section 10, and when the inner liner 13 slides to the leftmost position, the inner liner flange 14 contacts with the middle flange baffle 12.
In the preferred embodiment, the inner liner flange 14 is provided with an ear seat 15; the piston rod 18 is connected with a piston rod connector 17, and the piston rod connector 17 is connected with the lug seat 15 through a pin 16.
The working process is as follows:
during testing, the positions of the front flange 1 and the rear flange 20 are unchanged after the front flange and the rear flange are installed and fixed;
when the piston rod 18 extends out, the inner flame tube flange 14 pushes the inner flame tube 13 to move leftwards, the inner flame tube flange 14 is in contact with the middle flange baffle table 12, and the left end of the inner flame tube 13 extends into the flame tube 8 to form a combustion space with a smaller volume;
when the piston rod 18 retracts, the left end of the inner flame tube 13 retracts into the straight middle flange pipe section 10 to form a combustion chamber outlet pipeline.

1. The combustion chamber of the adjustable flame tube of the turbocharger test bed comprises a front flange (1), a flame tube (8) and a middle flange (9), wherein the flame tube (8) is arranged between the front flange (1) and the middle flange (9); the method is characterized in that:
the flame tube type flame tube;
the inner flame tube (13) is of a circular tube structure, the left end of the inner flame tube is sleeved on the inner side of the straight tube section (10) of the middle flange, and the right end of the inner flame tube is sleeved on the outer side of the straight tube section of the rear flange (20); the cylinder (19) is installed on the outer side of the straight pipe section of the rear flange (20), and a piston rod (18) is arranged in the cylinder (19); the outer side convex part of the inner flame tube (13) is an inner flame tube flange (14), and the other end of the piston rod (18) is connected with the inner flame tube flange (14); the inner flame tube (13) can slide left and right in the middle flange straight pipe section (10) under the pushing of the piston rod (18).

when the piston rod (18) extends out, the inner flame tube flange (14) pushes the inner flame tube (13) to move leftwards, the inner flame tube flange (14) is in contact with the middle flange baffle table (12), and the left end of the inner flame tube (13) extends into the flame tube (8) to form a combustion space with a small volume.
5. The combustion chamber of the adjustable flame tube of the turbocharger test stand according to claim 3, wherein: the part of the inner flame tube (13) positioned on the straight pipe section (10) of the middle flange is provided with a plurality of inner flame tube holes (11).
