In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
The indoor heat exchanger assembly 10 of the ceiling fan 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 4, and the ceiling fan 100 includes a wind wheel 1, and the wind wheel 1 is located in the indoor heat exchanger assembly 10.
According to the indoor heat exchanger assembly 10 of the ceiling fan 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the indoor heat exchanger assembly 10 comprises: indoor heat exchanger 2 and at least one fairing 3, indoor heat exchanger 2 sets up around wind wheel 1, and indoor heat exchanger 2 includes heat exchange tube 21 and a plurality of fin, and a plurality of fin intervals are established on heat exchange tube 21 and a plurality of fin set up around wind wheel 1, form the air runner between two adjacent fins. It can be understood that a refrigerant flows in the heat exchange tube 21, when the ceiling machine 100 heats or refrigerates, the refrigerant in the heat exchange tube 21 transfers the cold/heat to the plurality of fins, the indoor heat exchanger 2 is arranged around the wind wheel 1, the wind wheel 1 can be a centrifugal wind wheel 1, when wind generated by the wind wheel 1 in the rotating process flows through the air flow channel, the cold/heat in the heat exchange tube 21 and the cold/heat on the fins are transferred to the air flow, and the air flow with the cold/heat is blown to the environment where the ceiling machine 100 is located, so as to achieve the purpose of cold/heat.
The fairing 3 is arranged on the indoor heat exchanger 2 and is positioned on one side, facing the wind wheel 1, of the indoor heat exchanger 2, the fairing 3 comprises a fairing 31, and the air outlet end of the fairing 31 extends towards the air flow channel so as to guide the wind blown out from the wind wheel 1 to the air flow channel. It can be understood that, through setting up fairing 3 at indoor heat exchanger 2 towards one side of wind wheel 1, and make the air-out end of fairing 31 of fairing 3 extend towards the air runner, and then make wind wheel 1 contact with fairing 31 earlier at the air current that the pivoted in-process produced, the air current changes the flow direction under fairing 31's effect, fairing 31 will change the air current after the flow direction and lead to the air runner again, thereby reach the purpose of changing the contained angle between flow direction and the fin of air current, and then avoid because the contained angle between flow direction and the fin of air current is less, the flow of air current can make the fin send sound, in order to reach the purpose that reduces fin vibration and eliminate the air current and blow the fin sound.
It should be noted that, when the included angle between the flow direction of the wind blown out by the wind wheel 1 and a part of fins on the indoor heat exchanger 2 is smaller than 30 °, the sound generated when the wind flows through the part of fins is relatively large, and then the rectifying pieces 31 can be installed on one side of the part of fins facing the wind wheel 1, so that on one hand, the part of fins is prevented from making sound when the wind flows, on the other hand, the normal operation of the other fins is not affected, and the structure of the indoor heat exchanger assembly 10 of the present invention is simpler.
As shown in fig. 2, it should be further noted that the wind wheel 1 has a plurality of tangential directions in the circumferential direction, and an angle between the wind blown out by the wind wheel 1 and a part of fins on the indoor heat exchanger 2 may be an angle a between the wind blown out by the wind wheel 1 and an air inlet end of the fin in the corresponding tangential direction.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the present invention, the indoor heat exchanger assembly 10 is installed in the box 4, and the air flow rectified by the rectifying plate 31 flows into the box 4 through the air flow passage, so as to achieve the purposes of rectifying the air flow inside the box 4 and reducing the overall noise.
Further, a motor is arranged in the box body 4, the motor is connected with the wind wheel 1 to drive the wind wheel 1 to rotate in the indoor heat exchanger 2, and then wind energy generated by the rotation of the wind wheel 1 exchanges heat with the heat exchange tube 21 and the fins, so that the purpose of refrigerating/heating the ceiling fan 100 is achieved.
According to the indoor heat exchanger assembly 10 of the ceiling fan 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the airflow generated by the wind wheel 1 in the rotating process is firstly contacted with the rectifying piece 31, the flowing direction of the airflow is changed under the action of the rectifying piece 31, and the rectifying piece 31 guides the airflow after the flowing direction is changed to the air flow channel, so that the purpose of changing the included angle between the flowing direction of the airflow and the fins is achieved, the fins are prevented from making sound due to the flowing of the airflow, the wind resistance is reduced, the airflow can flow out easily, and the purposes of reducing the vibration of the fins and eliminating the fin blowing sound of the airflow are achieved.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the rectifying member 3 is plural, and the plural rectifying members 3 are provided at intervals in the circumferential direction of the indoor heat exchanger 2. That is to say, through set up a plurality of fairings 3 at indoor heat exchanger 2's circumference interval to change the flow direction of many places air current through a plurality of fairings 3, thereby avoid because when the contained angle between the flow direction of these air currents and the fin is less, the flow of air current can make the fin sound, in order to further reach the mesh of eliminating the air current and blowing the fin sound.
In some embodiments of the invention, the indoor heat exchanger 2 comprises a first zone and a second zone, the maximum distance between the first zone and the wind rotor 1 being smaller than the minimum distance between the second zone and the wind rotor 1, the fairing 3 being mounted in the second zone. That is to say, because the wind wheel 1 rotates in the indoor heat exchanger 2, and the indoor heat exchanger 2 is roughly rectangular or square, therefore, the distances from the inner wall surfaces of the indoor heat exchanger 2 to the wind wheel 1 are unequal, the included angle between the inner wall surfaces of the indoor heat exchanger 2 which is far away from the wind wheel 1 and the airflow is smaller, and then the inner wall surface of the indoor heat exchanger 2 which is far away from the wind wheel 1 can be defined as a second area, the inner wall surfaces of the other indoor heat exchangers 2 are defined as a first area, because the second area is far away from the wind wheel 1, so that the included angle between the wind blown out by the wind wheel 1 and the fins in the second area is smaller, and the fairing 3 is installed in the second area, thereby the effect of avoiding the fins in the second area from making sound.
Further, the second area can be understood as a part of the indoor heat exchanger 2 in which an included angle between the direction of the wind blown out by the wind wheel 1 and a part of fins on the indoor heat exchanger 2 is less than 30 °, so as to ensure that the fins on the part of the indoor heat exchanger 2 do not make a sound due to the flow of the airflow, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing noise.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the surface of the portion of the indoor heat exchanger 2 for mounting the fairing 3 facing the wind wheel 1 is a first reference plane H, and the angle between the fairing 31 and the first reference plane H is 30 ° to 90 °. That is, the included angle between the fairing 31 and the first reference surface H can be adjusted between 30 ° and 90 °, so that the airflow rectified by the fairing 31 can be better blown to the corresponding air flow channel, and the purpose of reducing the sound of the airflow blowing fins is achieved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the rectifying member 3 is provided with a buckle, and the buckle is clamped to the heat exchange tube 21. That is to say, the rectifying member 3 can be clamped on the heat exchange tube 21 by a buckle, thereby facilitating the installation of the rectifying member 3.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the heat exchange tube 21 has a plurality of U-shaped tube portions at the upper and lower ends of the indoor heat exchanger 2, and the upper and lower ends of the rectifying member 3 are provided with two clips which are correspondingly clipped on the corresponding U-shaped tube portions at the upper and lower ends of the indoor heat exchanger 2, respectively, so that the installation of the rectifying member 3 is simpler.
In some embodiments of the present invention, each of the fairings 3 includes a plurality of segments 31, and the plurality of segments 31 are arranged at intervals in the flow direction of the wind blown out by the rotor 1. That is to say, each fairing 3 has a plurality of fillets 31, and makes a plurality of fillets 31 set up at interval in the flow direction of air current, and then can make the wind that wind wheel 1 blew out flow through between two adjacent fillets 31 to change the flow direction of air current, in order to further avoid because the flow direction of air current and the contained angle between the fin is less, the flow of air current can make the fin give off sound, and then makes the sound that the air current blew the fin less.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, each of the fairings 3 may have three fillets 31, and each of the fairings 3 rectifies a part of the airflow by the three fillets 31, so as to change the flow direction of the part of the airflow, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the sound of the part of the airflow blowing the fins. In other embodiments of the present invention, the number of the segments 31 on each fairing 3 may be limited according to the actual use situation, and is not limited herein.
As shown in fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, a surface of a portion of the indoor heat exchanger 2, which is used for mounting the fairing 3, facing the wind wheel 1 is a first reference surface H, and in a flowing direction of wind blown by the wind wheel 1, included angles between the plurality of fairing pieces 31 and the first reference surface H are the same, so that gaps between two adjacent fairing pieces 31 are the same in the direction facing the wind wheel 1, and further, a part of wind energy blown by the wind wheel 1 is rectified by the gaps between two adjacent fairing pieces 31 and then is delivered to a corresponding air flow channel, so that the sound of the part of wind blown by the air flow to the fins is smaller.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, taking the fairing 3 with three fairing pieces 31 as an example, the included angles between the three fairing pieces 31 and the first reference plane H in the flowing direction of the airflow are A, B and C, respectively, so that the angles of A, B and C are made the same, thereby ensuring that the gaps between two adjacent fairing pieces 31 are the same in the direction toward the wind wheel 1, so as to achieve the purpose that the fairing 3 rectifies part of the airflow.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, a surface of the portion of the indoor heat exchanger 2 for mounting the fairing 3, which faces the wind wheel 1, is a first reference plane H, and an included angle between the plurality of fairings 31 and the first reference plane H gradually increases in a flow direction of wind blown by the wind wheel 1. That is, the included angle between the plurality of fillets 31 and the first reference surface H is gradually increased, so that the gap between two adjacent fillets 31 is gradually increased in the direction towards the wind wheel 1, and then the partial wind blown by the wind wheel 1 is better collected and rectified and then delivered to the corresponding air flow channel, so that the sound of the partial wind blowing on the fin is smaller.
In some embodiments of the present invention, taking the fairing 3 with three fairing pieces 31 as an example, the included angles between the three fairing pieces 31 and the first reference plane H in the flow direction of the airflow are A, B and C respectively, so that the angles of A, B and C can be gradually increased, thereby ensuring that the gap between two adjacent fairing pieces 31 is gradually increased in the direction towards the wind wheel 1, and further ensuring that the fairing 3 can better rectify part of the airflow.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the gap between two adjacent fillets 31 gradually increases in the flow direction of the wind blown out by the wind rotor 1. That is to say, in the flowing direction of the wind blown out by the wind wheel 1, the gap between two adjacent rectifying pieces 31 is gradually increased, so that the wind energy blown out by the wind wheel 1 can be rectified through different gaps, the airflow can be rectified to different degrees through different gaps, the rectified wind energy can be blown to corresponding air flow channels better, and the purpose of reducing the sound of the airflow blowing the fins better is achieved.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, taking the fairing 3 with three fairing pieces 31 as an example, in the flow direction of the airflow, the gap width between the three fairing pieces 31 is L2 and L1 in sequence, and the width of L1 is greater than the width of L2, so that the airflow is rectified to different degrees through different gaps, and the rectified wind energy is better blown to the corresponding air flow channels, thereby achieving the purpose of better reducing the sound of the airflow blown to the fins.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the plurality of segments 31 gradually increase in extension length in the radial direction of the wind rotor 1 in the flow direction of the wind blown out by the wind rotor 1. That is, the extending length of the plurality of the rectifying pieces 31 in the radial direction of the wind wheel 1 is gradually increased, and further, in the flowing direction of the airflow, the wind blown out from the wind wheel 1 is sequentially rectified by the plurality of the rectifying pieces 31 and then blown to the corresponding air flow passages, so that the purpose of reducing the sound of the airflow blowing fins is achieved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a ceiling fan 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an indoor heat exchanger assembly 10 according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention.
According to the ceiling machine 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the airflow generated by the wind wheel 1 in the rotating process is firstly contacted with the rectifying piece 31, the flowing direction of the airflow is changed under the action of the rectifying piece 31, and the rectifying piece 31 guides the airflow with the changed flowing direction to the air flow channel, so that the purpose of changing the included angle between the flowing direction of the airflow and the fins is achieved, and the phenomenon that the fins make sound due to the flowing of the airflow when the included angle between the flowing direction of the airflow and the fins is small is avoided, so that the purposes of reducing the vibration of the fins and eliminating the fin blowing sound of the airflow are achieved.
