Technical Field
The invention relates to a combustor, in particular to a semi-premixed natural gas tubular combustor.
Background
The burner is a general term for a device for ejecting fuel and air in a certain manner to perform mixed combustion. The burners are classified into industrial burners, civil burners and special burners according to types and application fields. The semi-premixing natural gas pipe type burner provides mixing space and time for natural gas and combustion-supporting air before combustion, but the existing semi-premixing natural gas pipe type burner does not fully mix the natural gas and the combustion-supporting air and then burns, so that the problems of low combustion flame temperature and low heat efficiency of natural gas combustion are caused; the existing semi-premixing natural gas pipe type combustor burns natural gas and combustion air after being mixed, so that the tempering phenomenon can occur, and the service life of the semi-premixing natural gas pipe type combustor is shortened.

The invention aims to provide a semi-premixed natural gas pipe type combustor, which solves the problem that the natural gas and combustion air are not mixed completely in the existing semi-premixed natural gas pipe type combustor in the background technology.

When the semi-premixing natural gas pipe type burner is used in detail, primary flame-retardant air enters the second mixing cavity 6 through the second air inlet hole 15, natural gas enters the second mixing cavity 6 through the natural gas inlet pipe 7, the primary flame-retardant air and the natural gas are fully mixed, the gas mixed by the natural gas and the primary flame-retardant air enters the first mixing cavity 5 through the gas outlet hole 4, secondary flame-retardant air enters the first mixing cavity 5 through the first air inlet hole 14, the mixed gas and secondary combustion-supporting air are fully mixed for the second time, so that the natural gas and the combustion-supporting air are thoroughly mixed to ensure that the natural gas is fully combusted in the combustion burner 11, the temperature of combustion flame and the thermal efficiency of natural gas combustion are improved, and when the natural gas is combusted, cooling air enters a space between the outer pipe 1 and the first premixing pipe 2 through the air inlet pipe 8, then the flame is divided into a plurality of strands of small cooling air by the flow dividing plate 12 to cool the combustion burner 11, and the flame of the combustion burner 11 is ejected out through the flame holes 16 at one end of the flame stabilizing cover 13, so that the service life of the burner is prevented from being reduced due to the backfire phenomenon of the burner.
