Background
The optical silica gel condenser is generally made of high-transparency silica gel; the high-transparency silica gel has the advantages of good heat resistance, high optical transmittance, good yellowing resistance, good fluidity, easy molding of various sharp corners and the like, and is gradually used for manufacturing optical components. The qualified condenser needs to meet the requirements of smooth surface, no defects such as cracks, bubbles, shriveling, flow marks and the like. Since the condenser is very close to the LED, if the product has problems such as flash and bubbles, the optical performance of the component is directly affected. How to solve the bubbles and the flash is the key for manufacturing parts.
According to the material characteristics of the silica gel, the overflow value is 3-5 um, so that the exhaust gap of the mold can not exceed 3um at most. The weight of the silica gel condenser is about 7g generally, and according to a theoretical exhaust formula, the exhaust time of a part of 7g can be calculated to be 31.6s, which is impossible to produce in actual production.
Because the overflow edge value of the silica gel product is very small, the exhaust gap of the parting surface of the silica gel mold is very small, and the gas exhaust efficiency is very low, so that the gas is exhausted by a vacuumizing mode in the prior art.
As shown in the following figure 4, the traditional vacuumizing sealing strip adopts a round solid sealing strip 1, so that the compressibility is low, and the sealing effect is not ideal; and the parting surface exhaust gap is also very small, the vacuum pumping effect is not good, and the product bubbles are also obvious.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a sealing strip which can ensure quick and effective discharge of trapped air during a vacuum-pumping process and has a better sealing effect.
The invention provides a sealing strip, which is used for the injection molding process of an optical silica gel condenser and is matched with a machine tool to realize vacuum pumping and sealing, and is characterized by comprising the following components: the cross section of the upper part of the seal is conical; the sealing middle part is positioned below the sealing upper part, has a rectangular cross section and is provided with a through hole; and the sealing lower part is positioned below the sealing middle part, and two sides of the sealing lower part are respectively provided with a dovetail groove, wherein the sealing upper part, the sealing middle part and the sealing lower part are integrally formed.
In the sealing strip provided by the invention, the sealing strip can also have the characteristic that all end angles of the sealing strip after being integrally formed are provided with circular arc transition.
In the weather strip provided by the present invention, there may be further provided a feature wherein the radius of the circular arc of the rounded corner of the tapered tip of the upper portion of the seal is 1 mm.
In the sealing strip provided by the invention, the sealing middle part may have a rectangular cross section, and the through hole may have an oval shape and may be located at the center of the rectangular cross section.
In the weather strip according to the present invention, there may be further provided a feature wherein the two rounded corners of the seal central portion connected to the seal upper portion have a circular arc radius of 0.8mm, and the two rounded corners of the seal central portion connected to the seal lower portion have a circular arc radius of 0.5 mm.
In the sealing tape provided by the present invention, there may be further provided a feature in which the width of the sealing lower portion is larger than the width of the sealing middle portion.
In the weather strip according to the present invention, there may be further provided a feature wherein the width of the lower seal portion is designed such that both sides are respectively larger than the width of the middle seal portion by 0.5 mm.
In the seal strip according to the present invention, there may be further provided a feature wherein each of the dovetail grooves has a fillet and a bullnose, the fillet having a circular arc radius of 0.15mm, and the bullnose having a circular arc radius of 0.25 mm.
In the weather strip provided by the present invention, there may be further provided a feature wherein the radius of the rounded circular arcs of the two bottom ends of the seal lower portion is 1.2 mm.
The sealing strip provided by the invention can also have the characteristic that the sealing strip is long and the injection molding material of the sealing strip is R354 silica gel.
Action and Effect of the invention

After the mold locking is completed, the mold injection molding machine starts to inject the rubber, then the product is vulcanized, and finally the injection molding process is completed after the product is taken.

Secondly, in this embodiment, the injection molding material of the sealing strip is R354 silicone, which has light volume weight and large stretching strength.
In the embodiment, the lower part of the sealing strip is made into a dovetail groove, and the two sides of the sealing strip are 0.5mm wide, so that the sealing strip can be effectively prevented from falling in the mould opening and closing process.
