Abstract
The invention relates to a special speed reducer for a continuous casting withdrawal and straightening machine in the metallurgical industry, which consists of an upper three-ring speed reducer and a lower three-ring speed reducer, wherein a mounting hole of an upper cover of the lower three-ring speed reducer is fixedly connected with a ground pin hole of a box body of the upper three-ring speed reducer; the high-speed input shaft and the output shaft of the upper and lower three-ring speed reducers input and output in the same direction. The structure is compact, the vibration resistance and impact resistance are strong, the overload performance is excellent, and the maintainability is strong.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a speed reducer, in particular to a special speed reducer for a continuous casting withdrawal and straightening machine in the metallurgical industry.
Background
Casting straightening is a process of pulling out and straightening a continuous casting billet at a certain withdrawal speed, is one of basic processes of modern steel mills, and is completed by a straightening and withdrawal machine. Therefore, the requirement on the reliability of the transmission device of the withdrawal and straightening unit is high, and the speed reducer is required to have sufficient vibration resistance, impact resistance and overload resistance. The traditional hard-tooth-surface gear reducer for the straightening and withdrawal machine has insufficient impact resistance and overload resistance. The existing special three-ring speed reducer for the transmission of the LLSH type continuous cast steel withdrawal and straightening machine (in the metallurgy department standard YB/T079-1995) adopts a single-machine box body to be internally provided with a plurality of transmissions for output, and has the defects that: the multilayer box body has the advantages of complex structure, difficult processing and assembly, difficult maintenance, complex installation and high production and use cost.

The invention aims to solve the problem of poor reliability caused by the defects of large unit volume, high production and use cost, insufficient overload performance and the like of the speed reducer for the conventional continuous cast steel withdrawal and straightening machine, and provides a special three-ring speed reducer for the continuous cast steel withdrawal and straightening machine, which has a compact structure, strong vibration resistance and impact resistance, excellent overload performance and strong maintainability.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the special speed reducer for the continuous casting withdrawal and straightening machine in the metallurgical industry is characterized in that: the high-speed three-ring speed reducer comprises an upper three-ring speed reducer and a lower three-ring speed reducer, wherein an upper cover of the lower three-ring speed reducer is provided with a mounting hole, the mounting hole is fixedly connected with a foundation hole of a box body of the upper three-ring speed reducer through bolts, the two three-ring speed reducers are identical in structure and are bilaterally symmetrical in structure, each three-ring speed reducer comprises a box body, an upper cover, a high-speed input shaft, a gear set, a first intermediate shaft, an output shaft, a second intermediate shaft, three inner gear ring pieces and an output outer gear, the high-speed input shaft, the first intermediate shaft, the output shaft and the second intermediate shaft are sequentially supported on the box body and are covered by the upper cover, the high-speed input shaft transmits the first intermediate shaft through the gear set, the first intermediate shaft and the second intermediate shaft drive the three inner gear ring pieces; the high-speed input shaft and the output shaft of the upper and lower three-ring speed reducers input and output in the same direction.
The inner ring gear of the inner gear ring sheet is meshed with the output outer gear of the output shaft by a plurality of teeth with small tooth difference at the same time to form output power with large transmission ratio; the lower three-ring speed reducer and the upper three-ring speed reducer are matched, stacked and symmetrically installed through the installation holes and the foundation holes, so that the vibration resistance, the impact resistance and the overload performance can be effectively improved, and the difficulty in machining, assembling and maintaining of the complex structure of the traditional single speed reducer is avoided.
