Background
The magnetic pump is a branch belonging to the field of water pump, and is a new product which applies the working principle of permanent magnet coupling to centrifugal pump. The magnetic pump consists of three parts, namely a pump, a magnetic driver and a motor. The magnetic driver of the magnetic pump consists of an outer magnetic rotor, an inner magnetic rotor and a non-magnetic conductive isolation sleeve, when the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, a magnetic field can penetrate through an air gap and a non-magnetic substance to drive the inner magnetic rotor connected with an impeller to synchronously rotate, the non-contact synchronous transmission of power is realized, and a dynamic sealing structure which is easy to leak is converted into a static sealing structure with zero leakage.
Because the sliding bearing of the magnetic pump is lubricated by the conveyed medium, different materials are selected to manufacture the bearing according to different media and use working conditions. The magnetic pump can not convey the medium with solid particles due to the characteristics of the magnetic pump, and a large amount of strong alkaline medium needs to be conveyed when the industrial alkali is prepared, and the solid particles are mixed in the medium; the invention provides a magnetic pump for industrial conveying, which is characterized in that a medium entering the magnetic pump is filtered, when the external filtering effect is poor or the filtering is insufficient, solid particles are easy to enter the magnetic pump, and the damage of the magnetic pump is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up for the defects of the prior art, the magnetic pump for industrial conveying provided by the invention has the advantages that solid particles in a conveying medium are directly conveyed to the outlet end after being intercepted by the filter screen, so that the solid particles do not enter the magnetic pump, the damage of the solid particles to the magnetic pump is avoided, and the service life of the magnetic pump is ensured.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the invention relates to a magnetic pump for industrial conveying, which comprises a magnetic pump body, wherein the magnetic pump body comprises a pump body, an impeller, an inner magnetic steel assembly, an outer magnetic steel assembly and a motor, the pump body comprises a feeding pipe and a discharging pipe, a filter screen is fixed on the inner wall of the feeding pipe, a connecting pipe is arranged on the side wall of the feeding pipe, one end of the connecting pipe is fixedly connected with the filter screen, one end, far away from the filter screen, of the connecting pipe is communicated with the discharging pipe, and a water pump is arranged in the middle of the connecting pipe; the medium entering the magnetic pump is usually filtered, when the external filtering effect is poor or the filtering is insufficient, solid particles are easy to enter the magnetic pump, and the magnetic pump is damaged; through the arrangement of the filter screen, the medium is filtered after entering the pump body, and the filter screen intercepts solid particles in the medium; part of the medium directly enters the discharge pipe through the connecting pipe, and the rest of the medium enters the pump body after passing through the filter screen; the water pump works to drive the medium in the connecting pipe to move towards the discharging pipe, and simultaneously drives the solid particles to enter the discharging pipe through the connecting pipe; the water pump is a micro water pump, so that the volume of the water pump is matched with that of the magnetic pump body; under the drive of the motor, the outer magnetic steel assembly and the inner magnetic steel assembly drive the impeller to rotate under the interaction of the outer magnetic steel assembly and the inner magnetic steel assembly (the basic principle of the magnetic pump is not described in detail), so that the medium is discharged from the discharge pipe, and the medium is conveyed; when the medium passes through the connecting pipe, the flow velocity of the medium is high, so that a vortex is formed, the medium in the feeding pipe is driven to rotate, and the solid particles intercepted on the filter screen are stirred by the medium; the solid particles enter the connecting pipe along with the medium under the stirring action of the medium, so that the solid particles are directly conveyed to the outlet of the magnetic pump, the solid particles are prevented from entering the magnetic pump body, the damage of the magnetic pump caused by the solid particles is avoided, the service life of the magnetic pump is prolonged, and the application range of the magnetic pump is enlarged.
Preferably, the inner wall of the feeding pipe is fixedly provided with an installation block, one side of the installation block, which faces the filter screen, is rotatably provided with a rotating shaft, the surface of the rotating shaft is fixedly provided with fan blades and a rectangular block, the side wall of the rectangular block is symmetrically and fixedly provided with connecting rods, one end of each connecting rod, which is far away from the rectangular block, is fixedly provided with a brush handle, and the brush handle is in clearance fit with the inner side wall of the filter screen; through the arranged fan blades, in the process of conveying the medium, the flowing medium drives the fan blades to rotate, so that the fan blades drive the rotating shaft to rotate; the rotating shaft drives the rectangular block and the connecting rod fixed on the rectangular block to rotate, so that the brush handle fixed on the connecting rod is driven to rotate; the rotating brush stirs solid particles remained on the filter screen, so that the solid particles are separated from the filter screen and enter the connecting pipe along with the flowing of the medium; the brush handle is made of polytetrafluoroethylene materials, so that the strong alkali resistance is realized, and the service life of the brush handle is ensured; meanwhile, the brush handle is flexible, so that the damage of the filter screen caused by stirring the solid particles is avoided, and the normal service life of the filter screen is ensured; the rotation of the fan blades stirs the medium, so that the medium rotates, and the medium rotates; the stirring effect of the rotating medium on the solid particles is stronger, so that the solid particles are discharged out of the magnetic pump along with the medium.
Preferably, the filter screen is of a funnel-shaped structure, the filter screen is made of 304L stainless steel, the mesh number of the filter screen is 500-600 meshes, an included angle between the inner wall of the filter screen and the inner wall of the feeding pipe is 20-30 degrees, and when the device works, solid particles are intercepted by the filter screen and then enter the connecting pipe under the drive of a medium; the filter screen is arranged into a funnel-shaped structure, so that when solid particles impact the filter screen, the filter screen has a rebound effect on the solid particles, the solid particles are rebounded to the central part of the filter screen, and then directly enter the connecting pipe to be discharged, and the trafficability of the solid particles is improved; meanwhile, the impact of the solid particles and the filter screen is reduced due to the smaller included angle, and the direct impact of the solid particles and the filter screen is avoided, so that the loss of the filter screen is reduced, and the service life of the filter screen is ensured; the filter screen is made of 304L stainless steel, so that the filter screen has good strong alkali resistance, and the filter screen is prevented from being damaged due to the corrosion of strong alkali; the mesh number of filter screen is 500 ~ 600 meshes, has guaranteed that the particle size of the solid particle through the filter screen belongs to the acceptable scope of magnetic drive pump, avoids leading to the magnetic drive pump to damage because of the solid of great granule passes through.

Preferably, an arc-shaped groove is formed in one end, facing the filter screen, of the connecting pipe, an elastic plate is arranged on the inner side of the arc-shaped groove and made of MH6 alloy materials, and when the connecting pipe works, solid particles can impact the inner wall of the connecting pipe when entering the connecting pipe, so that the connecting pipe is easily abraded; through the arrangement of the elastic plate, the solid particles directly impact the elastic plate after entering the connecting pipe, and are rebounded out under the action of the elasticity of the elastic plate so as to enter the connecting pipe; due to the arrangement of the elastic plate, the collision between solid particles and the connecting pipe is reduced, and the service life of the connecting pipe is prolonged; the elastic plate is made of MH6 alloy material, so that the strong alkali resistance and the wear resistance of the elastic plate are ensured, and the elastic plate has a longer service life.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the magnetic pump for industrial conveying, the medium entering the magnetic pump is filtered through the filter screen, and the solid particles intercepted by filtering are directly conveyed out of the magnetic pump through the connecting pipe, so that the magnetic pump is prevented from being damaged due to the fact that the solid particles enter the magnetic pump, and the service life of the magnetic pump is prolonged.
2. According to the magnetic pump for industrial conveying, the filter screen is arranged to intercept the medium entering the magnetic pump, so that the magnetic pump can convey the medium with solid particles, and the application range of the magnetic pump is widened.
