As is apparent from the above-described structure, by reserving the cleaning port 103 on the tank body 1, particularly, on the upper wall or the side wall of the tank body 1 and the drain port 101 on the bottom wall of the tank body 1, it is convenient to inject liquid into the inside of the tank body 1 through the cleaning port 103 to wash out impurities, residues, and the like inside the tank body 1, and to drain away the above-mentioned wash-out sewage through the drain port 101, thereby keeping the inside of the tank body 1 clean.
In addition, the drain opening 101 is also used for opening the drain opening sealing plate 102 when the amount of the mixed liquid formed by the fuel and the water in the tank body 1 is small and viscous, and is not easy to be discharged by the drain valve 2, and the drain opening 101 is used for discharging the mixed liquid, and because the drain valve 2 is connected to the drain connector 4 arranged on the drain opening sealing plate 102 through the drainage pipe 3, when the drain opening sealing plate 102 is opened, the drainage pipe 3 does not participate in discharging the mixed liquid any more, that is, the drain valve 2 does not participate in discharging the mixed liquid any more, so that the mixed liquid does not block the drain valve 2 communicated with the drainage pipe 3 any more, which is safer and more reliable, which is also the benefit brought by arranging the drain connector 4 on the drain opening sealing plate 102, that is, if the drain connector 4 is arranged at another position of the bottom wall of the tank body 1 instead of the drain opening sealing plate 102, the oil drain valve 2 also participates in the process of discharging the above-mentioned mixed liquid.
The cleaning port cover plate 104 and the drain port cover plate 102 may be opened or closed as needed.
In this embodiment, a first sealing ring 7 is preferably provided between the drain cover plate 102 and the first mounting seat 6, as shown in fig. 1.
According to the structure described above, the first sealing ring 7 ensures that the drain hole sealing plate 102 and the first mounting seat 6 have good sealing performance and are not prone to oil leakage.
Wherein, optionally, the first sealing ring 7 is an O-ring.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a second sealing ring 9 is preferably disposed between the cleaning mouth sealing plate 104 and the second mounting seat 8.
According to the structure described above, the second sealing ring 9 ensures that the cleaning opening sealing plate 104 and the second mounting seat 8 have good sealing performance and are not prone to oil leakage.
Wherein, optionally, the second sealing ring 9 is an O-ring.
In this embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the drain opening closing plate 102 is connected with the oil delivery pipe 5, and the oil delivery pipe 5 communicates with the inside of the tank body 1.
According to the structure described above, the hydraulic oil placed in the tank body 1 is supplied to the rotary drilling rig through the oil supply pipe 5.
In this embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the oil storage device further includes an oil level sensor 10, a controller, and an alarm; wherein, the probe of the oil level sensor 10 is arranged inside the tank body 1; the fuel level sensor 10 and the alarm are both in communication with the controller.
According to the structure described above, when the inside of the tank body 1 is filled with oil, the oil level sensor 10 can sense the height position of the fuel inside the tank body 1, and when the fuel rises to a preset height, the controller controls the alarm to give an alarm, so as to prompt an operator that the oil amount inside the tank body 1 has reached the maximum limit, stop the oiling machine from continuing to fill the inside of the tank body 1, and avoid the excessive filling of oil, which leads to the occurrence of the fuel overflow.
When fuel inside the tank body 1 is conveyed outwards, the fuel level sensor 10 can sense the height position of the fuel inside the tank body 1, when the fuel falls to a preset height, the controller controls the alarm to give an alarm, so that an operator is prompted that the oil quantity inside the tank body 1 reaches the minimum limit, the operator can also perform the following operation according to the alarm, wherein the first operation is to add oil to the tank body 1 according to the alarm requirement, so that the situation that the rotary drilling rig cannot be started after the fuel is completely consumed is avoided; secondly, the tank body 1 is cleaned before refueling, thereby avoiding the situation of excessive fuel waste during cleaning.
In this embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of partition boards 13 are provided inside the tank body 1, and the plurality of partition boards 13 are sequentially arranged at intervals along the height direction of the tank body 1;
the partition plate 13 is adapted to the box body 1, that is, each side of the partition plate 13 is abutted to each corresponding side wall of the box body 1.
Due to the support of the partition 13, the deformation of the tank body 1 is prevented.

1. An oil storage device, comprising: a tank body and an oil drain valve;
wherein the oil drain valve is communicated with the inside of the tank body through the bottom of the tank body by a drainage pipe fitting, so that the oil drain valve is positioned outside a projection area of the tank body below the tank body in the height direction thereof.
2. The oil storage device according to claim 1, wherein the bottom wall of the tank body is provided with an oil drain joint communicating with the inside of the tank body, and the drain pipe is connected to the oil drain joint.
3. The oil storage device according to claim 2, wherein a drain port is formed in a bottom portion of the tank body, and an annular first mounting seat is provided on an outer periphery of the drain port;
the drain hole is provided with a drain hole sealing plate, and the drain hole sealing plate is detachably connected with the first mounting seat.
4. The oil storage device according to claim 3, wherein the oil drain joint is provided to the drain opening sealing plate.
5. The oil storage device of claim 3, wherein a first seal ring is disposed between the drain seal plate and the first mounting seat.
6. The oil storage device according to claim 3, wherein an oil pipe is connected to the drain port sealing plate, and the oil pipe communicates with the inside of the tank body.
7. The oil storage device according to claim 1, wherein the tank body is provided with a cleaning opening, and an annular second mounting seat is arranged on the periphery of the cleaning opening;
