In operation, the wiper 100 is installed in a well head and a logging cable is run through the center of the wiper 100 to wipe off any oil that may be attached to the cable as the cable is withdrawn.
As shown in fig. 1, wellhead sub 110 is configured in the shape of a hollow cylinder. The lower end of the wellhead sub 110 is provided with a positive taper connecting buckle, and the wellhead sub 110 is fixedly connected to the wellhead (eccentric wellhead) of the annular hollow well through the positive taper connecting buckle. A shoulder 111 is arranged on the inner wall of the wellhead sub 110, and the shoulder 111 is arranged at one end close to the right conical connecting buckle. One end of the oil scraping module 120 is mounted in abutment on the shoulder 111, thereby forming an axial stop.
Fig. 2 shows the structure of the oil scraping module 120. As shown in fig. 2, the oil scraping module 120 is configured in a cylindrical shape. The oil scraping module 120 is made of rubber material which is wear-resistant and has moderate hardness. In one embodiment, the oil scraping module 120 is made of nitrile rubber prepared by emulsion polymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile, so that the oil scraping module 120 has good oil resistance, wear resistance and heat resistance. The oil scraping module 120 is used for being sleeved on a cable to scrape off crude oil attached to the surface of the cable, the crude oil on the surface of the cable can be effectively scraped into a well, the crude oil is effectively prevented from being taken out of a well head by the cable, and therefore the pollution of the well head is avoided.
In the present embodiment, the side wall of the oil scraping module 120 is provided with a cutting slit 121 extending in the axial direction. In use, the oil scraping module 120 can be spread along the cutting seam 121 to put the cable into the oil scraping module 120 through the cutting seam 121, so that the oil scraping module 120 is sleeved on the cable. The outer diameter of the oil scraping module 120 is equal to the inner diameter of the wellhead sub 110, or the oil scraping module 120 and the inlet sub 110 are in interference fit. The outer wall surface of the end of the oil scraping module 120 fitted with the centering module 130 is provided with a first tapered surface 122 so that the outer diameter of the oil scraping module 120 is reduced axially inward from the axial end surface of the lower end. The function of the first tapered surface 122 will be described later.
To facilitate mounting of the wiper module 120 to the wellhead sub 110, one end of the wiper module 120 for abutting mounting to the shoulder 111 is chamfered. The chamfer can play a certain guiding role during installation, and is favorable for being smoothly installed in the wellhead short section 110 together with the oil scraping module 120.
Figure 4 shows the structure of the centralizer module 130 in a disassembled state. As shown in fig. 4, the centering module 130 is configured to include a first centering body 131 and a second centering body 132 which are semi-circular, and the first centering body 131 and the second centering body 132 are integrally connected in a butt joint manner. Two first blind holes 133 (see fig. 5) symmetrical with respect to the central axis of the centering module 130 are provided on the end surface of the first centering body 131 abutting against the second centering body 132. Meanwhile, two first cylindrical protrusions 134 are correspondingly disposed on the end surface of the second centering body 132 abutting against the first centering body 131. The first cylindrical protrusion 134 can correspond to and fit into the first blind hole 133 to integrally connect the first righting body 131 with the second righting body 132 to form the cylindrical righting module 130. The outside diameter of the centralizing module 130 is set to be equal to the inside diameter of the wellhead sub 110, or the centralizing module 130 is in clearance fit with the wellhead sub 110.
In operation, the first centering body 131 and the second centering body 132 of the centering module 130 are installed in a manner such that the cable is inserted between them for butt-joint installation, so that the cable passes through the centering module 130, and the centering module 130 is installed in the wellhead sub 110 and is cooperatively installed at the upper end of the wiper module 120. The righting module 130 can effectively guide and right the cable in the working process, can effectively avoid the eccentric abrasion of rubber, and further plays an effective protection role for the oil scraping module 120. Therefore, the righting module 130 can not only ensure the oil scraping effect of the oil scraping device 100, but also effectively avoid the abrasion of the oil scraping module 120, and significantly prolong the service life of the oil scraping module 120.
According to the present invention, the inner wall surface of the end (lower end in fig. 5) of the centering block 130 fitted with the wiper block 120 is provided with a second tapered surface 135, so that the inner diameter of the centering block 130 is reduced axially inward from the axial end surface of the lower end. The second tapered surface 135 and the first tapered surface 122 of the oil scraping module 120 can be fittingly installed to form a matching. In the working process, the centering module 130 is compressed in the axial direction downwards to enable the second conical surface 135 to extrude the first conical surface 122, the upper end portion of the oil scraping module 120 can generate a radially inward compression force, and therefore the oil scraping module 120 can hold the cable tightly, and the scraping effect of the oil scraping module 120 on crude oil on the surface of the cable is guaranteed.
In this embodiment, the axial compression of the oil scraping module 120 by the axial adjustment centralizing module 130 can tightly hold the cable, and the degree of tightness between the oil scraping module 120 and the cable can be effectively ensured by adjusting the degree of tightness. Meanwhile, the axial compression oil scraping module 120 can ensure the sealing performance between the axial end face of the oil scraping module 120 and the shoulder 111 in the wellhead sub 110, and the sealing performance between the outer wall face of the oil scraping module 120 and the inner wall face of the wellhead sub 110. Therefore, the sealing performance of the wellhead can be effectively ensured through the cooperation between the centralizing module 130 and the oil scraping module 120, and importantly, the oil scraping device 100 can also realize the blowout prevention function and effectively ensure the blowout prevention effect.
According to the invention, the first tapered surface 122 of the scraper module 120 and the second tapered surface 135 of the centering module 130 can be fitted, and the angles of inclination of the tapered surfaces of the first tapered surface 122 and the centering module 130 are set to be in the range of 20-30 °. This configuration of the first tapered surface 122 and the centering block 130 can significantly enhance the adjustment performance of the oil scraping device 100 for the cable holding degree, and significantly enhance the oil scraping effect and the blowout prevention performance of the oil scraping device 100.

Two second blind holes 143 (see fig. 7) symmetrical with respect to the central axis of the control module 140 are provided on the end surface where the first control body 141 and the second control body 142 are butted. Meanwhile, two second cylindrical protrusions 144 are correspondingly provided on the end surface of the second control body 142 that is butted against the first control body 141. The second cylindrical protrusion 144 can correspond to the second blind hole 143 and be fittingly installed to connect the first and second control bodies 141 and 142 as a single body, thereby forming the cylindrical control module 140.
In operation, the first and second control bodies 141 and 142 of the control module 140 are mounted in a docking manner with the cable interposed therebetween, so that the cable passes through the control module 140. The control module 140 is connected to the upper end of the wellhead sub 110, and the lower end surface contacts the upper end surface of the centralizing module 130 for compressing the centralizing module 130. The axial adjustment control module 140 can axially compress or relax the centering module 130, and then compress or relax the oil scraping module, so as to adjust the degree of the oil scraping module 120 holding the cable tightly, thereby ensuring the oil scraping effect. The inner wall of the upper end of the control module 140 is formed in a bell mouth shape, and this structure of the upper port of the control module 140 facilitates the lowering or withdrawal of the cable. In addition, under the righting effect of the righting module 130, the centering of the cable is effectively ensured. Moreover, when the control module 140 is pressed tightly, the oil scraping module 120 can be squeezed tightly, so that the cable is held tightly, and an effective oil scraping effect is achieved.
In one embodiment, the control module is provided with external threads 145 on its outer peripheral surface. Meanwhile, an inner thread 112 is arranged on the inner wall of the upper end of the wellhead sub 110. The control module 140 is connected with the wellhead sub 110 in a matching mode through the external thread 145 and the internal thread 112, so that the control module 140 is fixedly installed at the upper end of the wellhead sub 110, and the oil scraping module 120 and the centralizing module 130 are axially limited. An axially outwardly extending adjustment portion 146 is provided at an upper end portion of the control module 140, and an outer surface of the adjustment portion 146 is configured in a regular hexahedral shape. In the working process, the worker screws the adjusting part 146 through the screwing tool to axially adjust the control module 140, so that the oil scraping module 120 is adjusted, and the oil scraping device 100 is ensured to be capable of sufficiently scraping oil.
In an embodiment, which is not shown, the control device 140 can also effect the adjustment of the scraper module by means of hydraulic control. For example, a hydraulic cylinder may be installed at the upper end of the control device 140, the hydraulic cylinder is communicated with a hand pump, and the hand pump is used for controlling to pressurize or depressurize the hydraulic cylinder, so as to axially adjust the control module 140, thereby achieving the purpose of adjusting the holding degree of the oil scraping module 120 to the cable, and achieving the oil scraping effect and the blowout prevention effect.

The wireline, with logging instruments attached, is then run through the center of wellhead sub 110 and lowered into the wellbore. After the cable is lowered into the wellbore, the oil scraping module 120 is broken along the cutting seam 121, and the cable is placed into the oil scraping module 120 through the cutting seam 121, so that the oil scraping module 120 is sleeved on the cable, and then the oil scraping module 120 is installed into the wellhead sub 110 until the lower end face of the oil scraping module 120 abuts against the shoulder 111 in the wellhead sub 110. And then, the first centering body 131 and the second centering body 132 of the centering module 130 are connected in a buckling manner to be sleeved on the cable, and are installed in the wellhead sub 110 and at the upper end of the oil scraping module 120, and meanwhile, the matching connection between the first conical surface 122 and the second conical surface 135 is ensured. And then, the first control body 141 and the second control body 142 of the control module 140 are connected in a buckling mode to be sleeved on the cable and are installed at the upper end of the wellhead sub 110. Thereby, the entire oil scraping device 100 is mounted.
In the working process, the axial position of the control module 140 can be adjusted to compress or relax the centering module 130, so that the centering module 130 adjusts the degree of compression between the second tapered surface 135 and the first tapered surface 122 of the oil scraping module 120, thereby adjusting the degree of holding of the oil scraping module 120 to the cable. Therefore, the oil scraping module 120 is tightly attached to the outside of the cable, and crude oil adhered to the surface of the cable can be effectively filtered in the process of lifting the cable, so that the oil scraping effect of the oil scraping device 100 is remarkably improved.
