A pulsator assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a pulsator assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a pulsator body 11, the pulsator body 11 having a plurality of flow channels arranged along a circumferential direction thereof therein, each flow channel spirally extending in a direction from an outer circumference of the pulsator body 11 to a middle portion of the pulsator body 11, the plurality of flow channels including at least a first flow channel 102 and a second flow channel 103, the first flow channel 102 extending in a direction opposite to the second flow channel 103.
According to the pulsator assembly 100 of the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the first and second flow channels 102 and 103 spirally extending in opposite directions, water current can be ejected when the pulsator body 11 rotates in forward and reverse directions, i.e., strong impact water current is formed around the pulsator body 11 regardless of whether the pulsator body 11 rotates in forward or reverse directions, thereby improving the washing ratio of laundry.
The pulsator assembly 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a pulsator body 11, a driver 12, and a plurality of water-repellent ribs 13. The periphery of the impeller body 11 is provided with a water inlet which is communicated with the inlet of the flow channel, the middle part of the impeller body 11 is provided with a water outlet 101, and the water outlet 101 is communicated with the outlet of the flow channel.
Further, the driver 12 is used for driving the pulsator body 11 to rotate, for example, the driver 12 may be a motor. A plurality of water stirring ribs 13 are arranged on the upper surface of the impeller body 11. The pulsator assembly 100 is configured to form a water flow by rotating a portion of water by the water stirring rib 13 when the driver 12 drives the pulsator body 11 to rotate, and to eject a portion of water entering the first or second flow passage 102 or 103 from the water outlet 101 to form a water flow.
When the water-saving washing machine works, the driver 12 drives the impeller body 11 to rotate, the plurality of water stirring ribs 13 on the upper surface of the impeller body 11 can stir water around the impeller body to rotate, so that water flow is formed, and when the impeller body 11 rotates, the water in the first flow channel 102 or the second flow channel 103 can spirally flow along the extending direction of the flow channels and is finally sprayed out from the water outlet 101, so that the two parts of water flow can strongly impact clothes, and the washing ratio of the clothes is improved.
In some examples, each flow channel extends spirally upward in a direction from the outer periphery of the pulsator body 11 to the middle of the pulsator body 11, i.e., each flow channel extends spirally upward from the outside to the inside.
Specifically, the first flow channel 102 and the second flow channel 103 extend spirally upward in a direction from the outer periphery of the pulsator body 11 to the middle of the pulsator body 11, respectively, and the extending directions of the first flow channel 102 and the second flow channel 103 are opposite, so that water located at the outer periphery of the pulsator body 11 enters the flow channels, then flows spirally upward along the flow channels, and is finally ejected from the middle of the pulsator body 11.
The utility model provides a pulsator assembly 100 sets up a plurality of muscle 13 of dialling through the upper surface at pulsator body 11 to set up the runner that extends from outside-in spiral in pulsator body 11, can make water around form the powerful impact rivers of two parts when pulsator body 11 is rotatory, thereby carry out powerful impact to the clothing, be favorable to promoting the washing of clothing than, and then promote user experience.
According to an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the water outlet 101 includes a plurality of water outlets 101, and the plurality of water outlets 101 are communicated with the outlet of each flow channel. For example, a water passing cavity is provided between the outlets of the plurality of flow channels and the plurality of water outlets 101 in the flow direction of the water flow, and when the driver 12 drives the pulsator body 11 to rotate, the water in each flow channel flows from the water outlets 101 to the water passing cavity, and is finally ejected from the plurality of water outlets 101 under the action of the water pressure, so that a plurality of strong impact water flows are formed.
According to another alternative embodiment of the present invention, the water outlets 101 include a plurality of water outlets 101, and the plurality of water outlets 101 are communicated with the outlets of the plurality of flow channels in a one-to-one correspondence. That is, when the driver 12 drives the pulsator body 11 to rotate, water in each flow channel flows out from the corresponding water outlet 101, thereby forming a plurality of strong impact water streams.
In some examples, the plurality of water outlets 101 are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction, and the plurality of water-stirring ribs 13 are located outside the circumference enclosed by the plurality of water outlets 101.
Specifically, the driver 12 drives the pulsator body 11 to rotate, the plurality of water stirring ribs 13 located on the upper surface of the pulsator body 11 can stir water around the pulsator body to rotate, so that water flow is formed on the outer ring of the pulsator body 11, and when the pulsator body 11 rotates, the water located in the flow channel can spirally flow along the extending direction of the flow channel and is finally sprayed out from the plurality of water outlets 101, so that water flow is formed in the middle of the pulsator body 11, and thus, the two parts of water flow can strongly impact the clothes, and the washing ratio of the clothes is improved.
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the two contour lines formed by orthographic projections of the flow passages (e.g., the first flow passage 102 in FIG. 4 and the second flow passage 103 in FIG. 5) in the horizontal plane have an included angle α of 5 ≦ α ≦ 25 ° at the inlet of the flow passages. That is, the inlet opening angle α of the flow channel is 5 ° to 25 °, for example, the inlet opening angle of the flow channel may be 16 °. By limiting the inlet opening angle of the flow channel within the above range, the flow rate and the strength of the water flow can be both considered, thereby improving the washing ratio of the clothes.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the included angle between the tangent lines of the two contour lines formed by the orthographic projection of the flow channel on the horizontal plane at the outlet of the flow channel is beta, wherein beta is more than or equal to 1 degree and less than or equal to 5 degrees. In other words, the outlet angle of the flow channel is 1 ° to 5 °, for example, the outlet angle β of the flow channel may be 3 °. By limiting the outlet angle of the flow passage within the above range, the flow rate and the strength of the water flow can be simultaneously achieved, thereby improving the washing ratio of the clothes.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the width of the flow channel is gradually decreasing in the flow direction of the water flow. Through setting the runner to its width dimension along the flow direction of rivers and reducing gradually, can increase water pressure along with the runner of rivers to improve the velocity of water in the exit of runner, thereby improve the impact strength of rivers, be favorable to promoting the washing of clothing and compare.
The spiral lifting angle of the flow channel in the application is gradually changed along with the increase of the height, in order to further improve the impact strength of the water flow, the included angle between the tangent line of the contour line formed by the orthographic projection of the flow channel on the horizontal plane at the inlet of the flow channel and the tangent line at the outlet of the flow channel is gamma, the angle is more than or equal to 90 degrees and less than or equal to 120 degrees, and the angle is 107 degrees for example.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the first flow channel 102 extends spirally upward in a clockwise direction from the outer circumference of the pulsator body 11 to the middle of the pulsator body 11, and the second flow channel 103 extends spirally upward in a counterclockwise direction from the outer circumference of the pulsator body 11 to the middle of the pulsator body 11.
When the driver 12 drives the pulsator body 11 to rotate counterclockwise (a direction shown in fig. 4), the plurality of water stirring ribs 13 drive water around the pulsator body 11 to rotate counterclockwise, so that water flow rotating counterclockwise is formed, and when the pulsator body 11 rotates, a part of water enters the first flow channel 102 from the inlet of the first flow channel 102 and gradually and spirally flows upwards along the extending direction of the first flow channel 102, so that water flow rotating clockwise is formed and finally is ejected from the plurality of water outlets 101, and in the process, no water exists in the second flow channel 103.
When the driver 12 drives the pulsator body 11 to rotate clockwise (in the direction shown by b in fig. 5), the plurality of water stirring ribs 13 drive water around the pulsator body 11 to rotate clockwise, so that a clockwise rotating water flow is formed, and when the pulsator body 11 rotates, a part of water enters the second flow channel 103 from the inlet of the second flow channel 103 and gradually and spirally flows upwards along the extending direction of the second flow channel 103, so that a counterclockwise rotating water flow is formed and finally is ejected from the plurality of water outlets 101, and in the process, no water exists in the first flow channel 102.
Therefore, no matter the driver 12 drives the pulsator body 11 to rotate clockwise or drives the pulsator body 11 to rotate anticlockwise, the water flows are sprayed out of the water outlets 101, so that two strong impact water flows in opposite directions are formed around the pulsator body 11, and the washing ratio of clothes is improved.
In some examples, the first flow channel 102 and the second flow channel 103 respectively include a plurality, and the plurality of first flow channels 102 are located above the plurality of second flow channels 103 and spaced apart from each other. By arranging the first flow channels 102 and the second flow channels 103 at intervals in the vertical direction, a plurality of first flow channels 102 or a plurality of second flow channels 103 can be arranged on the same design surface, so that a certain number of flow channels are arranged, a certain amount of water flow is sprayed out when the pulsator body 11 rotates forward and backward, and the washing ratio of clothes is further improved.
In some examples, the first flow channel 102 and the second flow channel 103 respectively include a plurality of first flow channels 102 and second flow channels 103, which are arranged in a staggered manner on an orthogonal projection of the same horizontal plane. Through arranging a plurality of first runners 102 and a plurality of second runners 103 in a staggered manner, the structural strength of the impeller body 11 at different positions can be ensured, local damage to the impeller body 11 is avoided, and the service life of the impeller body 11 is prolonged.
According to a further embodiment of the present invention, the first flow channel 102 and the second flow channel 103 respectively include a plurality of water outlets, the water outlet 101 includes a plurality of first water outlets 1011 and a plurality of second water outlets 1012, the plurality of first water outlets 1011 are in one-to-one correspondence with the outlets of the plurality of first flow channels 102, and the plurality of second water outlets 1012 are in one-to-one correspondence with the outlets of the plurality of second flow channels 103.
That is, when the driver 12 drives the pulsator body 11 to rotate counterclockwise, the plurality of water stirring ribs 13 drive the water around the pulsator body 11 to rotate counterclockwise, so as to form a water flow rotating counterclockwise, and when the pulsator body 11 rotates, a part of water enters the first flow channel 102 from the inlet of the first flow channel 102 and gradually spirally flows upwards along the extending direction of the first flow channel 102, so as to form a water flow rotating clockwise, and finally is ejected from the plurality of first water outlets 1011, in the process, no water exists in the second flow channel 103, and no water is ejected from the plurality of second water outlets 1012.
When the driver 12 drives the pulsator body 11 to rotate clockwise, the plurality of water stirring ribs 13 drive water around the pulsator body 11 to rotate clockwise, so that water flow rotating clockwise is formed, and when the pulsator body 11 rotates, a part of water enters the second flow channel 103 from the inlet of the second flow channel 103 and gradually spirally flows upwards along the extending direction of the second flow channel 103, so that water flow rotating counterclockwise is formed, and finally is ejected out from the plurality of second water outlets 1012, in the process, no water exists in the first flow channel 102, and no water is ejected out of the plurality of first water outlets 1011.
Therefore, no matter the drive device 12 drives the pulsator body 11 to rotate clockwise or drives the pulsator body 11 to rotate anticlockwise, at least one part of the water outlets 101 is sprayed with water flow, so that two strong impact water flows in opposite directions are formed around the pulsator body 11, and the washing ratio of clothes is improved.
In some examples, the plurality of first water outlets 1011 and the plurality of second water outlets 1012 are staggered and spaced in the circumferential direction, and by staggering and spacing the plurality of first water outlets 1011 and the plurality of second water outlets 1012, the homogenization of the water flow sprayed out of the water outlet 101 is ensured, and the washing effect of the clothes is further ensured.

The upper surface of the wheel disc 111 is provided with a plurality of water stirring ribs 13, wherein the plurality of water stirring ribs 13 are used for stirring water around the water stirring ribs to rotate to form water flow, and the water outlet 101 is located in the middle of the wheel disc 111.
Further, the first flow field plate 112 is disposed under the disk 111, and an upper surface of the first flow field plate 112 and a lower surface of the disk 111 define a plurality of first flow fields 102 spaced apart from each other. The second flow field plate 113 is disposed below the first flow field plate 112, and an upper surface of the second flow field plate 113 and a lower surface of the first flow field plate 112 define a plurality of second flow fields 103 spaced apart from each other, so that the pulsator body 11 defines therein the first and second flow fields 102 and 103 arranged up and down.
In some examples, the wheel disc 111, the first flow path plate 112 and the second flow path plate 113 are formed separately and then assembled together, so that the structure is simple, the processing and the manufacturing are easy, and the production efficiency is high.
