Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of leather making, and particularly relates to a method for integrally manufacturing mink fur leather.
Background
Mink fur is a precious high-grade fur product, is known as the head of three major pillars in the international fur market, and is well known as the reputation of 'king in fur'. The leather plate is excellent, soft and firm, and the plush is rich and smooth in color. The fur clothes made of it is graceful and luxurious, and is an ideal fur product. In addition to being used as a traditional overcoat, collar and hat, the mink has two purposes of needle pulling, velvet shearing and fur cutting.
At present, the processing and tanning method of mink skin basically adopts an oil retanning process after aluminum pretanning. Some clothes made of mink fur leather made of the cooked mink skins are on the market, but after years of application and consumer reflection, the clothes made of the cooked mink skins are easy to scratch clothes worn inside. Therefore, the prior art puts higher demands on the processing and tanning method of the mink skin, and needs to be lighter, softer, more flexible and thinner so as to avoid scratching other clothes when in use.
