Abstract

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of lubricating grease, and particularly relates to high-load high-temperature lubricating grease and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the development of modern science and technology, high-load equipment is increasingly applied to various fields such as bridge construction, railway construction and tunnel construction. However, as the equipment used in these fields is operated for longer and longer periods of time, the load is increased, the temperature is increased, and the operating environment is gradually deteriorated. In order to ensure the normal operation of the high-load equipment, a proper lubricating grease must be selected to protect the parts of the equipment so that the equipment can normally operate for a long time. At present, lubricating grease in the market has many types, but the special high-load high-temperature lubricating grease applied to high-load equipment is few, and the equipment is easy to damage by adopting common lubricating grease, so that the service life of the equipment is shortened. And the existing production process for producing the high-load high-temperature lubricating grease is complex and has higher cost.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide high-load high-temperature lubricating grease which can ensure normal use of high-load equipment under a high-temperature condition and prolong the service life of the equipment. In addition, the invention also provides a preparation method of the high-load high-temperature lubricating grease, and the method has the advantages of reasonable raw material proportion, advanced production process and low cost.
The task of the invention is achieved in that: the paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-65 parts of base oil, 8-12 parts of thickening agent and lithium hydroxide (LiOH. H)24-8 parts of O), 7-10 parts of polyene polyamine, 8-10 parts of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer and polytetramethylene3-6 parts of vinyl fluoride, 2-5 parts of volcanic ash, 1-3 parts of asbestos wool, 3-5 parts of petroleum coke, 1-2 parts of ammonium sulfate, 0.5-1 part of dodecylbenzene and 0.5-1 part of expanded graphite powder, wherein the base oil is one or a mixture of more than two of α -olefin synthetic oil, polybutene, trimethylolpropane, carbonate oil and binary acid oil, and the thickening agent is a mixture of dodecahydroxystearic acid and tetradecahydroxystearic acid, and comprises the following components in parts by weight of 55 parts of base oil, 9 parts of thickening agent and lithium hydroxide (LiOH. H)2O) 5 parts, polyene polyamine 7 parts, styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer 8 parts, polytetrafluoroethylene 5 parts, volcanic ash 3 parts, asbestos wool 2 parts, petroleum coke 3 parts, ammonium sulfate 1 part, dodecylbenzene 1 part and expanded graphite powder 1 part.
The method comprises the following steps:
(1) filtering the raw materials before adding into the kettle, filtering the liquid through a liquid filter, filtering the solid through a solid filter, adding 8-12 parts by weight of thickening agent and 20-35 parts by weight of base oil into the saponification kettle, gradually heating until the fatty acid is dissolved, and starting stirring;
(2) 4-8 parts of lithium hydroxide (LiOH. H)2O) dissolving the mixed solution in the step (1) in water to form a lithium hydroxide aqueous solution, and adding the lithium hydroxide aqueous solution into a saponification kettle when the temperature of the mixed solution in the step (1) is raised to 60-70 ℃;
(3) after the lithium hydroxide aqueous solution is reacted in the saponification kettle, adding 7-10 parts of polyene polyamine, 8-10 parts of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer and 3-6 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, and stirring;
(4) adding 2-5 parts of volcanic ash, 1-3 parts of asbestos wool, 3-5 parts of petroleum coke and 1-2 parts of ammonium sulfate into the mixed solution obtained in the step (3), stirring for 20min, continuing to heat, and performing saponification reaction at the temperature of 90-92 ℃ for 2-4 h;
(5) after the saponification reaction is finished, continuously stirring, heating and dehydrating, adding 45-50 parts by weight of base oil when the temperature reaches 150-;
(6) after the constant temperature is finished, stirring and cooling to 180 ℃, adding 0.5-1 part of dodecylbenzene and 0.5-1 part of expanded graphite powder, uniformly stirring, transferring all the products to a blending kettle, cooling, grinding by a grinding machine, filtering and refining to prepare the high-load high-temperature lubricating grease.
The high-load high-temperature lubricating grease provided by the invention has excellent lubricating property and temperature adaptability, and excellent oxidation resistance, water-resistant stability, mechanical stability and rust resistance. The lubricating oil can be used for lubricating various parts such as flow bearings, gears, chains, slideways and the like in high-temperature heavy-load working equipment, ensures the normal operation of the mechanism, and prolongs the service life of each part. The preparation method of the high-load high-temperature lubricating grease is reasonable in formula and low in cost.

Example 1
A high-load high-temperature lubricating grease comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55 parts of base oil, 9 parts of thickening agent and lithium hydroxide (LiOH. H)2O) 5 parts, polyene polyamine 7 parts, styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer 8 parts, polytetrafluoroethylene 5 parts, volcanic ash 3 parts, asbestos wool 2 parts, petroleum coke 3 parts, ammonium sulfate 1 part, dodecylbenzene 1 part and expanded graphite powder 1 part.
The preparation method of the high-load high-temperature lubricating grease comprises the following steps:
(1) the raw materials must be filtered before being added into the kettle, liquid is filtered by a liquid filter, and solid is filtered by a solid filter. Then adding 9 parts by weight of thickening agent and 25 parts by weight of base oil into a saponification kettle, gradually heating until the fatty acid is dissolved, and starting stirring;
(2) 5 parts of lithium hydroxide (LiOH. H)2O) dissolving the mixed solution in the step (1) in water to form a lithium hydroxide aqueous solution, and adding the lithium hydroxide aqueous solution into a saponification kettle when the temperature of the mixed solution in the step (1) is raised to 60-70 ℃;
(3) after the reaction of the lithium hydroxide aqueous solution in the saponification kettle is finished, adding 7 parts of polyene polyamine, 8 parts of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer and 5 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, and stirring;
(4) adding 3 parts of volcanic ash, 2 parts of asbestos wool, 3 parts of petroleum coke and 1 part of ammonium sulfate into the mixed solution obtained in the step (3), stirring for 20min, continuing to heat, and performing saponification reaction at the temperature of 90-92 ℃ for 2-4 h;
(5) after the saponification reaction is finished, continuously stirring, heating and dehydrating, adding 47 parts by weight of base oil when the temperature reaches 150-;
(6) and after the constant temperature is finished, stirring and cooling to 180 ℃, adding 1 part of dodecylbenzene and 1 part of expanded graphite powder, uniformly stirring, transferring all the products to a blending kettle, cooling, grinding by a grinder, filtering and refining to prepare the high-load high-temperature lubricating grease.

(5) after the saponification reaction is finished, continuously stirring, heating and dehydrating, adding 50 parts by weight of base oil when the temperature reaches 150-;
(6) and after the constant temperature is finished, stirring and cooling to 180 ℃, adding 1 part of dodecylbenzene and 1 part of expanded graphite powder, uniformly stirring, transferring all the products to a blending kettle, cooling, grinding by a grinder, filtering and refining to prepare the high-load high-temperature lubricating grease.
The high load high temperature greases of examples 1 to 3 had the following excellent properties compared to the conventional greases: (1) the lubricating oil has good lubricating performance, and the service life of parts is greatly prolonged; (2) the temperature adaptability is good, namely the high-temperature and low-temperature performances are excellent, the high-temperature is not melted, and the service life is longer; (3) the antioxidant agent has excellent antioxidant performance, and does not deteriorate or decompose after being used for a long time in a high-temperature environment; (4) the lubricating grease has water-resistant stability and corrosion resistance, and can still play a good lubricating protection effect under complex working conditions such as humidity, water spraying and the like; (5) the consistency change is small, oil dripping and carbon deposition are avoided under the high-temperature environment; (6) its cleanliness is extremely high. Therefore, the high-load high-temperature lubricating grease produced by the invention can not only ensure the normal use of high-load equipment under the high-temperature condition, but also improve the service life of the equipment and reduce the maintenance cost.

(1) filtering the raw materials before adding into the kettle, filtering the liquid through a liquid filter, filtering the solid through a solid filter, adding 8-12 parts by weight of thickening agent and 20-35 parts by weight of base oil into the saponification kettle, gradually heating until the fatty acid is dissolved, and starting stirring;
(2) 4-8 parts of lithium hydroxide (LiOH. H)2O) dissolving the mixed solution in the step (1) in water to form a lithium hydroxide aqueous solution, and adding the lithium hydroxide aqueous solution into a saponification kettle when the temperature of the mixed solution in the step (1) is raised to 60-70 ℃;
(3) after the lithium hydroxide aqueous solution is reacted in the saponification kettle, adding 7-10 parts of polyene polyamine, 8-10 parts of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer and 3-6 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, and stirring;
(4) adding 2-5 parts of volcanic ash, 1-3 parts of asbestos wool, 3-5 parts of petroleum coke and 1-2 parts of ammonium sulfate into the mixed solution obtained in the step (3), stirring for 20min, continuing to heat, and performing saponification reaction at the temperature of 90-92 ℃ for 2-4 h;
(5) after the saponification reaction is finished, continuously stirring, heating and dehydrating, adding 45-50 parts by weight of base oil when the temperature reaches 150-;
(6) after the constant temperature is finished, stirring and cooling to 180 ℃, adding 0.5-1 part of dodecylbenzene and 0.5-1 part of expanded graphite powder, uniformly stirring, transferring all the products to a blending kettle, cooling, grinding by a grinding machine, filtering and refining to prepare the high-load high-temperature lubricating grease.
