H)2O) 5 parts, polyene polyamine 7 parts, styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer 8 parts, polytetrafluoroethylene 5 parts, volcanic ash 3 parts, asbestos wool 2 parts, petroleum coke 3 parts, ammonium sulfate 1 part, dodecylbenzene 1 part and expanded graphite powder 1 part.
3. The method for preparing a high-load high-temperature grease according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) filtering the raw materials before adding into the kettle, filtering the liquid through a liquid filter, filtering the solid through a solid filter, adding 8-12 parts by weight of thickening agent and 20-35 parts by weight of base oil into the saponification kettle, gradually heating until the fatty acid is dissolved, and starting stirring;
(2) 4-8 parts of lithium hydroxide (LiOH. H)2O) dissolving the mixed solution in the step (1) in water to form a lithium hydroxide aqueous solution, and adding the lithium hydroxide aqueous solution into a saponification kettle when the temperature of the mixed solution in the step (1) is raised to 60-70 ℃;
(3) after the lithium hydroxide aqueous solution is reacted in the saponification kettle, adding 7-10 parts of polyene polyamine, 8-10 parts of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer and 3-6 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, and stirring;
(4) adding 2-5 parts of volcanic ash, 1-3 parts of asbestos wool, 3-5 parts of petroleum coke and 1-2 parts of ammonium sulfate into the mixed solution obtained in the step (3), stirring for 20min, continuing to heat, and performing saponification reaction at the temperature of 90-92 ℃ for 2-4 h;
(5) after the saponification reaction is finished, continuously stirring, heating and dehydrating, adding 45-50 parts by weight of base oil when the temperature reaches 150-;
(6) after the constant temperature is finished, stirring and cooling to 180 ℃, adding 0.5-1 part of dodecylbenzene and 0.5-1 part of expanded graphite powder, uniformly stirring, transferring all the products to a blending kettle, cooling, grinding by a grinding machine, filtering and refining to prepare the high-load high-temperature lubricating grease.
