The rolling of the screen 320 into a cylindrical shape is mainly for uniformly distributing the negative pressure in the width direction of the conveyor belt 100 and sufficiently cleaning the conveyor belt 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, an end of the filter screen 320 communicating with the air suction duct 310 is provided with a connection seat 321, and the connection seat 321 is fixed to the air suction duct 310 by a bolt so that the filter screen 320 and the air suction duct 310 can be fixedly communicated. For example, referring to fig. 2, the air suction duct 310, the connection seat 321, and the filter screen 320 are sequentially connected, wherein the filter screen 320 and the connection seat 321 are generally designed to be fixedly connected, and the connection seat 321 is provided with a hole communicated with the inside of the filter screen 320 and correspondingly connected with the air suction duct 310 when being connected. The filter screen 320 is made of high-density breathable fiber cloth, so that the filter effect can be guaranteed, and the filter screen is convenient to process into a cylinder shape.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the suction pipe 310 is disposed on only one side wall of the adsorber 300, and one end of the filter screen 320 close to the suction pipe 310 communicates with the suction pipe 310 and the other end far from the suction pipe 310 is closed. For example, referring to fig. 2, the suction line 310 is disposed at the left end of the adsorber 300. Because the dust amount on the conveyor belt 100 is usually not much and the adhesive force is weak, only one air suction pipeline 310 needs to be arranged to meet the cleaning requirement on the conveyor belt 100, so that the pipeline wiring can be simplified, and the cost is reduced. Certainly, in some occasions where dust adheres firmly, the suction pipes 310 can be arranged at both ends to increase the negative pressure, so that the adsorption effect is better.
In some embodiments of the invention, the end of the adsorber 300 remote from the suction line 310 is provided with a bracket 330 for supporting the screen 320. Because only one end of the filter screen 320 is connected and the other end is not fixed, the filter screen is easy to bend and deform under stress after being placed for a long time, and the service life of the equipment is shortened. Therefore, a bracket 330 is provided at the other end of the screen 320 to support the screen 320 and prevent the screen 320 from being deformed by its own weight.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a screen frame 340 is disposed in the screen 320 to prevent the filter cartridge from deforming due to a large adsorption pressure. For example, referring to fig. 4, the screen holder 340 is mainly used to support the screen 320 and prevent the screen 320 from deforming due to a large suction pressure. In this embodiment, the screen frame 340 is supported by four support rods 341 along the length of the screen 320, and support rings 342 corresponding to the inner shape of the screen 320 are provided at both ends and the middle portion. For example, referring to fig. 4, the left side of the adsorber 300 is tilted outward to enlarge the upper opening of the adsorber 300, so that the adsorption surface of the adsorber 300 is enlarged, and dust having a larger area can be adsorbed, thereby improving the adsorption effect.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a rubber baffle 350 is disposed on an inclined side of the adsorber 300. For example, referring to fig. 4, the upper end of the rubber dam 350 is attached to the conveyor belt 100, so that the rubber dam is prevented from being attached to the conveyor belt 100 again when the dust of the filter screen 320 is blown out, and the surface of the conveyor belt 100 can be scraped again, thereby sufficiently cleaning the conveyor belt 100.
