Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of rubber conveying belts, in particular to a small-turning high-extension conveying belt which comprises a covering rubber and a base belt, wherein a belt core is arranged in the base belt and consists of an aramid fiber rope and steel wire ropes, each belt core comprises one aramid fiber rope and six steel wire ropes spirally wrapping the aramid fiber rope, and the inner side of each steel wire rope is attached to the surface of the aramid fiber rope. According to the small-turning high-extension conveying belt, the combination of the aramid fiber rope and the steel wire rope is used as the belt core, the aramid fiber rope is arranged in a straight state, the steel wire rope is wound outside the aramid fiber rope, and the aramid fiber rope has bending capacity, and the bending capacity of the spiral steel wire rope is far greater than that of the steel wire rope in the straight state, so that the conveying belt is high in turning capacity, small in turning radius and high in strength. Meanwhile, the spiral steel wire rope has high elongation, so that the elongation of the conveying belt is also improved.

Background
In the prior art, the turning radius of the canvas core conveying belt is small, the application range is wide, but the strength is relatively poor, and the bearing capacity is smaller than that of a steel wire core conveying belt. The steel wire core conveying belt has poor turning capability and large turning radius although the strength is high, so that the use environment is limited.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a small-turn high-elongation conveyor belt having a small turning radius and a high elongation.
In order to achieve the purpose, the small-turning high-extension conveying belt comprises a covering glue and a base belt, wherein a belt core is arranged in the base belt and consists of an aramid fiber rope and steel wire ropes, each belt core comprises one aramid fiber rope and six steel wire ropes spirally wrapping the aramid fiber rope, and the inner side of each steel wire rope is attached to the surface of the aramid fiber rope.
Wherein the diameter of the aramid fiber rope is larger than that of the steel wire rope.
According to the small-turning high-extension conveying belt, the combination of the aramid fiber rope and the steel wire rope is used as the belt core, the aramid fiber rope is arranged in a straight state, the steel wire rope is wound outside the aramid fiber rope, and the aramid fiber rope has bending capacity, and the bending capacity of the spiral steel wire rope is far greater than that of the steel wire rope in the straight state, so that the conveying belt is high in turning capacity, small in turning radius and high in strength. The normal steel wire core conveyer belt has the elongation of 0.2% and a larger turning radius. The elongation of the conveyer belt can reach 0.5%, and the turning radius is small.
