As shown in fig. 4, a discharging machine is arranged below the discharging seat 11, the lower end of the discharging seat 11 is communicated with a feeding hopper 19 serving as a feeding port of the discharging machine, an outlet of the feeding hopper 19 is communicated with the first one-way valve 7, an outlet of the first one-way valve 7 is communicated with a side inlet of the metering bin 8, a bottom outlet of the metering bin 8 is communicated with the second one-way valve 10, and an outlet (serving as a blanking port of the discharging machine) of the second one-way valve 10 faces a material bearing disc (the material bearing disc is omitted in the drawing); the metering bin 8 comprises a top opening, the piston 9 can be movably arranged in the metering bin 8 as a piston 9 cylinder up and down, the piston 9 can slide out of the top opening but cannot slide out of the metering bin 8, and the upper end of the piston 9 is provided with a motor 15 for driving the piston 9 to perform lifting stroke.
The working process is as follows: initially, sauce is filled in the storage tank 6, and as shown in fig. 5, a discharge port 1 of the storage tank 6 is sealed by a split baffle 2; then, the bottom wall of the material storage tank 6 is towards the upper end of the blanking base 11 by manual operation, and the material storage tank 6 is embedded into the blanking base 11 by the operation part 3 corresponding to the guide groove 12, since the guide groove 12 of the blanking seat 11 as shown in fig. 3 is inclined counterclockwise from the top, having a counterclockwise circumferential component, in the process that the bottom wall of the material storage tank 6 moves to the lower end of the blanking seat 11, the rotating ring 4 of the inclined material storage tank 6 can rotate anticlockwise (clockwise according to the view angle of figure 5) under the action of the guide groove 12, so that the rotating ring 4 drives the split baffle 2 through the connecting rod 5 to open the discharge port 1 as shown in figure 2, the sauce in the storage tank 6 flows out of the discharge port 1 under the action of self gravity, since the potential energy of the sauce in the storage tank 6 is lower than the opening threshold of the first one-way valve 7, the sauce flowing out of the discharge port 1 is blocked by the first one-way valve 7; subsequently, the piston 9 is driven by the motor 15 to perform a feeding stroke to rise to the highest position, that is, as shown in fig. 4, the upper end of the piston 9 can slide out from the upper end of the metering bin 8 so that the metering bin 8 has the maximum volume, but the piston 9 cannot slide out of the metering bin 8, and at this time, the metering bin 8 has the maximum volume; because the piston 9 rises by a feeding stroke to enable the interior of the metering bin 8 to be in a vacuum state, sauce in the feeding hopper 19 is pressurized by atmospheric pressure, so that the pressure of the sauce at the discharge port 1 on the first one-way valve 7 is greater than the opening threshold of the first one-way valve 7, and the sauce at the discharge port 1 is pressed into the metering bin 8; since the pressure of the sauce in the measuring bin 8 on the second one-way valve 10 is lower than the opening threshold of the second one-way valve 10, and the second one-way valve 10 prevents the sauce in the measuring bin 8 from falling, the sauce flowing into the measuring bin 8 from the discharge port 1 gradually fills the measuring bin 8, and the maximum volume of the measuring bin 8 is fixed because the piston 9 rises to the same height each time, so that the sauce in the measuring bin 8 is quantitative after the sauce is filled in the measuring bin 8. The piston 9 is driven by the motor 15 to perform an output stroke and descends to the lowest position, at this time, the metering bin 8 has the minimum volume, as the first one-way valve 7 prevents the quantitative sauce in the metering bin 8 from flowing back, the quantitative sauce in the metering bin 8 opens the second one-way valve 10 under the pressure provided by the piston 9, and the quantitative sauce in the metering bin 8 is completely pressed out to the material containing disc below the second one-way valve 10. In other words, the piston 9 presses out the entire quantity of sauce in the measuring chamber 8 with one depression, the quantity of sauce being exactly the difference between the maximum volume and the minimum volume of the measuring chamber 8.
