The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings.
Referring to fig. 3 to 6, the present embodiment provides a safety seat including a seat body 1 and a seatbelt assembly. The upper part of the seat body 1 is provided with a fixing position 101, and a seat through hole 102 is arranged below the fixing position 101. The seatbelt assembly includes a shoulder belt 2, and a lower end of the shoulder belt 2 is located at a front surface of the seat body 1, and an upper end thereof reaches a rear surface of the seat body 1 through the seat through hole 102 and extends to the fixed position 101.
Since the fixed position 101 is located above the seat through-hole 102, the shoulder belt 2 extends upward when passing through the seat through-hole 102. When an accident occurs, the force of the shoulder belt 2 on the body of the infant is not only downward along the seat body 1, but also has a component force upward along the shoulder belt 2, the forces of the shoulder belt in the upward and downward directions are balanced, and the downward pressure applied by the shoulder belt 2 on the shoulder of the infant is reduced, so that the body of the infant is attached to the seat body 1 upward along the seat body 1, the acceleration difference between the back and the head of the infant relative to the seat body 1 can be effectively reduced, the head displacement during the accident can be reduced, and the injury to the head and the neck of the infant can be reduced.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the number of the shoulder belts 2 is two, and the upper ends of the shoulder belts 2 are disconnected from each other and fixed to the fixing position 101 of the seat body 1 in a parallel manner.
In particular, the shoulder straps 2 can be fixed in the fixing positions 101 by rivets. It is also possible to provide a band through-hole at the upper end of the shoulder strap 2 and then provide a positioning boss at the fixing position 101 so that the positioning boss is inserted into the band through-hole to fix the shoulder strap 2.
In this embodiment, the safety seat further includes a headrest assembly 7, and the headrest assembly 7 is located on the front surface of the seat body 1 and is connected with the seat body 1 in a vertically sliding manner.
It will be appreciated that the headrest assembly 7 can accommodate different shoulder heights of an infant when slid up and down along the front of the seat body 1 to different positions.
Specifically, the headrest assembly 7 includes a headrest portion 701 and a backrest plate 702. The headrest 701 serves to support the head of the infant. The upper end of the backrest plate 702 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the headrest part 701, and the lower end is connected with the seat body 1 in a sliding manner; a strap passing gap 703 is formed between the headrest part 701 and the backrest plate 702, and the shoulder straps 2 pass through the strap passing gap 703.
It should be noted that, generally, if the shoulder straps 2 pass through the headrest assembly 7 and the seat body 1 in sequence and then directly go down to be connected with the sliding portion 9, the shoulder straps 2 continuously give a downward pulling force to the headrest assembly 7, the headrest assembly 7 continuously goes down, in order to ensure that the headrest assembly 7 and the seat body 1 are relatively stationary, a clamping mechanism needs to be arranged, and therefore, the existing infant seat is provided with a sliding clamping groove with a plurality of positioning grooves, so that the sliding piece on the back of the headrest assembly is clamped into different positioning grooves to fix the headrest assembly at different positions. In the safety seat provided in this embodiment, the shoulder straps 2 extend upward after passing through the strap passing gap 703 and the seat through holes 102, when an infant is placed in the safety seat, the shoulder straps 2 firstly go around the shoulders of the infant, then pass through the strap passing gap 703 at an angle almost perpendicular to the headrest assembly 7, and then extend upward to the fixing position 101, the shoulder straps 2 give an upward pulling force to the headrest portion 701 as a fixing when passing through the strap passing gap 703, the pulling force can overcome the gravity of the headrest assembly 7 to enable the headrest assembly 7 to slide only upward, and when the pulling strap 5 is no longer moved, the headrest assembly 7 is also pulled by the shoulder straps 2 without sliding downward. The infant sitting device is characterized in that after an infant sits in the infant sitting device, the back of the infant presses the headrest assembly 7, finally the upper pulling force of the shoulder straps 2, the pulling force of the shoulder and chest positions of the infant and the lower pulling force of the pull belt 5 reach balance, and the headrest assembly 7 can be fixed without the cooperation of the sliding piece and the positioning groove.
Referring to fig. 5 to 6, the safety seat further includes a sliding portion 9, and the sliding portion 9 is located on the back surface of the seat body 1 and below the fixing position 101; the sliding portion 9 is located between the seat body 1 and the shoulder belt 2, and the shoulder belt 2 is slidably connected to a side of the sliding portion 9 away from the seat body 1.
It can be understood that the shoulder belt 2 is tightened by moving the sliding portion 9 downward, thereby firmly fixing the infant to the front surface of the seat body 1; the shoulder belt 2 can be released by moving the sliding part 9 upward, so that the baby can be conveniently taken out of the seat body 1.
Referring to fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the safety seat further includes a clamping device 6, a pull strap 5, a buckle 8 assembly, a straddle carrier 4 and a waist belt 3.
The chucking device 6 is fixed to the seat body 1. One end of the drawstring 5 is fixedly connected with the sliding part 9, and the other end extends to the front of the seat body 1 through the clamping device 6. Specifically, the sliding part 9 can be moved downwards by pulling the pull belt 5 forwards, so as to tighten the shoulder strap 2; releasing the clamp 6 releases the pull strap 5 to facilitate the upward movement of the slider 9 to release the shoulder strap 2. In this embodiment, the chucking device 6 may adopt a conventional chucking device 6, and the specific structure thereof is the prior art, which is not described herein again.
One end of the straddle carrier 4 is fixedly connected with the seat body 1, and the other end is fastened with the lower end of the shoulder strap 2 through the fastener 8 component. One end of the waist belt 3 is fixedly connected with the seat body 1, and the other end is buckled with the lower end of the shoulder belt 2 through the buckle 8.
It can be understood that after the infant is placed on the headrest assembly 7, the headrest assembly 7 is slid up and down to be adjusted to a proper position, then the male buckle and the female buckle of the buckle 8 assembly are buckled, finally the pull belt 5 is pulled forwards, the clamping device 6 prevents the pull belt 5 from returning, so that the shoulder belt 2 can be attached to the body of the infant, and the shoulder belt 2, the cross belt 4 and the waist belt 3 can fix the infant from multiple dimensions at the same time.
The above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
