Technical Field

Background
With the rapid development of the logistics transportation industry, the semi-trailer tractor has become a more widely used transport vehicle in the domestic market due to the characteristics of economy and high efficiency, and the requirements of a driver on the maneuverability and the comfort of the tractor are continuously improved due to long-distance transportation and long-time bumping.
The connection between the trailer and the tractor is made by means of a saddle, the position of which at the rear of the tractor has a significant influence on the cab vibration and handling performance. Mounting the saddle above the midpoint of the central rear axle of the tractor is the most suitable position recognized for the ride comfort of the tractor. At this point, the trailer's vibrations on the saddle will be absorbed by the rear suspension of the tractor, rather than the tractor frame. However, to achieve a certain axle load distribution to improve the handling stability of the entire vehicle, the position of the saddle of the tractor is usually moved a certain distance forward of the midpoint of the middle rear axle.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the tractor saddle assembly includes: the saddle comprises a saddle 1, a saddle support 2, a saddle sliding support frame 3, a saddle pin 5, a slideway, a saddle adjusting mechanism, a bearing weight measuring mechanism and a control mechanism (not shown in the figure), wherein the saddle 1 is installed on the saddle support 2 through the saddle pin 5, the saddle support 2 is fixed on the saddle sliding support frame 3 through a bolt, the saddle sliding support frame 3 is arranged on the slideway in a sliding manner, the slideway is used for being fixedly installed on a frame, and the saddle adjusting mechanism is used for driving the saddle sliding support frame 3 to slide on the slideway; the bearing weight measuring mechanism is used for measuring the bearing weight of the saddle 1; the control mechanism is used to control the saddle adjustment mechanism in accordance with the load weight of the saddle 1 to adjust the longitudinal position of the saddle 1 relative to the vehicle frame.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the control mechanism controls the saddle adjusting mechanism to adjust the longitudinal position of the saddle 1 relative to the frame according to the load weight of the saddle 1 measured by the load weight measuring mechanism, so that the automatic adjustment of the longitudinal position of the saddle 1 on the frame is realized, the load bearing quality of each bridge of the tractor is reasonably distributed, and the purpose of improving the vehicle handling performance is achieved.
As an implementation way of the saddle sliding support frame 3 being slidably disposed on the slide way, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the slide way includes a first slide way side surrounding piece 7 and a second slide way side surrounding piece 9, the saddle sliding support frame 3 is embedded between the first slide way side surrounding piece 7 and the second slide way side surrounding piece 9, and as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of rotating wheels 10 supporting the saddle sliding support frame 3 are disposed between the first slide way side surrounding piece 7 and the second slide way side surrounding piece 9. The arrangement of the plurality of rotating wheels 10 realizes effective support of the saddle sliding support frame 3 by the slideway, and the practicability is strong.
In order to increase the contact amount between the saddle sliding support 3 and the rotating wheel 10, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the cross section of the contact portion between the saddle sliding support 3 and the rotating wheel 10 is an inverted T shape, and the bottom surface of the contact portion between the saddle sliding support 3 and the rotating wheel 10 is a plane. The saddle sliding support frame 3 with the contact part in the inverted T shape can be well contacted with the rotating wheel 10, and the longitudinal positioning of the saddle sliding support frame 3 by the first slide side wall part 7 and the second slide side wall part 9 is realized, so that the falling is avoided.

In order that the load-bearing weight measuring mechanism can not bear the load-bearing weight from the saddle at all times during the running process of the vehicle, in some embodiments, the load-bearing weight measuring mechanism is arranged on one longitudinal side in the slideway, namely on the front side or the rear side in the longitudinal direction in the slideway, so that when the load-bearing weight of the saddle 1 needs to be detected, the saddle adjusting mechanism adjusts the saddle 1 to the position of the load-bearing weight measuring mechanism on one side for measurement; after the measurement is finished, the saddle adjusting mechanism adjusts the saddle 1 to be far away from the bearing weight measuring mechanism, and the influence of impact on the precision and the service life of the bearing weight measuring mechanism is effectively avoided. And the supporting wheel has the same structure as the rotating wheel 10, so that the processing and the installation are convenient.
It should be noted that, because the tractor saddle assembly is a bilaterally symmetric structure, the support wheels are paired, and the support wheel supporting the saddle sliding support frame 3 alone does not mean that a single support wheel supports the saddle sliding support frame 3, but means that the support wheel is supported separately relative to the rotating wheel 10, i.e., one or two or even more pairs of support wheels mounted with the pin force sensor 4 support the saddle sliding support frame 3.
In some other embodiments, the load weight measuring mechanism is a weighing scale built into the saddle 1 or saddle sliding support 3.
As to how to lock the longitudinal position of saddle 1 with respect to the vehicle frame, in some embodiments this can be achieved by means of telescopic cylinders 15, or by providing a separate locking mechanism, the function of which is to fix the position of saddle 1 after saddle 1 has been moved to the position designated by the control mechanism, and in some embodiments the tractor saddle assembly further comprises: a locking mechanism for locking the longitudinal position of the saddle 1 with respect to the frame.

In order to ensure effective matching between the limiting pin 6 and the limiting hole 8, the extension amount of the telescopic oil cylinder 15 is divided into a plurality of gears, each gear corresponds to a bearing weight range, and the optimal matching relation between the gear of the telescopic oil cylinder in the control mechanism and the bearing weight range of the saddle 1 is obtained through a whole vehicle operation stability test.
