According to the structural characteristics of the novel device semi-ring, the novel device semi-ring needs to be installed and fixed on a fixing device through a first semi-ring ear hanging hole 31, a second semi-ring ear hanging hole 32 and a supporting plane on the right, wherein the first semi-ring ear hanging hole 31 and the second semi-ring ear hanging hole 32 are coaxial at the left side.
