3. The method of claim 1, wherein said separating said finished rolls according to the length of said standard rolls comprises:
performing standard bundling on the finished product roll for n times based on the length of the standard roll to obtain n standard rolls;
obtaining the residual length of the finished product roll after the roll division for n times, and judging whether the residual length is in the length value range;
if the residual length is within the length value range, taking the finished product roll with the residual length as the last finished product small roll; wherein n is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein if the length of the standard roll is not within the length value range of the finished small roll, the method comprises:
determining the number of split rolls based on the length of the finished roll, the minimum length of the finished small roll and the maximum length of the finished small roll;
and averagely dividing the finished product roll according to the number of the divided rolls and the length of the finished product roll.
5. A steel coil splitting apparatus, comprising:
the determining unit is used for determining the length of the standard roll according to the preset weight of the standard roll, and the weight of the standard roll is 12-12.5 t;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the maximum weight and the minimum weight of the finished small rolls in the target order; determining the maximum length of the finished small rolls according to the weight of the finished rolls in unit length and the maximum weight of the finished small rolls, and determining the minimum length of the finished small rolls according to the weight of the finished rolls in unit length and the minimum weight of the finished small rolls;
and the coiling unit is used for judging whether the length of the standard coil is in a length value range between the maximum length and the minimum length of the finished small coil, and if the weight of the standard coil is in the weight value range of the finished small coil, coiling the finished coil according to the length of the standard coil.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the determination unit is specifically configured to:

performing standard bundling on the finished product roll for n times based on the length of the standard roll to obtain n standard rolls;
obtaining the residual length of the finished product roll after the roll division for n times, and judging whether the residual length is in the length value range;
if the residual length is within the length value range, taking the finished product roll with the residual length as the last finished product small roll; wherein n is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
8. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the volume splitting unit is further to:
when the length of the standard roll is not in the length value range of the finished small roll, determining the number of split rolls based on the length of the finished small roll, the minimum length of the finished small roll and the maximum length of the finished small roll;
and averagely dividing the finished product roll according to the number of the divided rolls and the length of the finished product roll.
