Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical industry, and relates to a nitrous oxide purification system.
Background
Nitrous oxide of the formula N2And O. A colorless, sweet-tasting gas, an oxidant, which is capable of supporting combustion under certain conditions (with oxygen, since nitrous oxide decomposes at high temperatures into nitrogen and oxygen), but at room temperatureStable, has mild anesthetic action, and can cause laughing.
The existing nitrous oxide preparation method is generally to directly decompose ammonium nitrate, and the nitrous oxide obtained in the way contains impurities, so that the quality of the nitrous oxide is not high.
In order to improve the quality of nitrous oxide, the existing purification system usually adopts a single water washing mode to remove impurities which can be dissolved in water in the nitrous oxide. Although the method achieves the purification effect, the method mainly removes impurities which can be dissolved in water, and is not suitable for other impurities, so that the purification effect is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems occurring in the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a nitrous oxide purification system capable of effectively removing impurities contained in nitrous oxide.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
the purification system for nitrous oxide is characterized by comprising two water washing towers and a plurality of alkaline washing towers, wherein the alkaline washing towers are arranged between the two water washing towers and are connected in series.
Clear water is arranged in the water washing tower, and alkaline treatment solution is arranged in the alkaline washing tower.
After the nitrous oxide enters the first water washing tower, water-soluble impurities in the nitrous oxide can be effectively removed. The treated nitrous oxide sequentially passes through a plurality of alkaline washing towers, other impurities in the nitrous oxide are effectively removed through the alkaline washing towers, and finally the nitrous oxide is treated through a second water washing tower to obtain pure nitrous oxide.
It can be seen that the impurities in the nitrous oxide can be effectively removed under the action of two water washing towers and a plurality of alkaline washing towers.
In the purification system for nitrous oxide described above, the water in the water scrubber is replaced every 24 hours.
In the purification system for nitrous oxide described above, the solution in the caustic tower was replaced at intervals of 12 hours.
In the purification system of nitrous oxide, the solution in the alkaline tower is formed by mixing sodium hydroxide, potassium permanganate and water, and the mass ratio of the sodium hydroxide, the potassium permanganate and the water is 7:2: 91.
The prepared alkaline solution can effectively remove impurities such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitric oxide, nitrogen dioxide and the like in nitrous oxide.
In the nitrous oxide purification system, the bottom of the alkaline washing tower is provided with a sewage discharge valve, the top of the alkaline washing tower is provided with an inlet communicated with an inner cavity of the alkaline washing tower, when the liquid level in the alkaline washing tower is lower than 250-320 cm, water is added from the inlet to maintain the water level in the alkaline washing tower, and the opening time of the sewage discharge valve is 10-15 minutes.
The structure can prevent the alkaline solution in the alkaline tower from being emptied.
The liquid level in the alkaline tower is effectively maintained during the process of discharging part of alkaline solution according to the parameter conditions. And the nitrous oxide remained in the alkaline tower can be effectively treated.
In the purification system of nitrous oxide described above, the number of the alkaline towers is three.
In the nitrous oxide purification system, the bottom of the washing tower is provided with a drain valve, the top of the washing tower is provided with an inlet communicated with an inner cavity of the washing tower, the drain valve is opened to drain water in the washing tower, then the drain valve is closed, and then new clean water is injected from the inlet.
In the purification system of nitrous oxide, the lower part of the water scrubber is provided with a first inlet communicated with the inner cavity of the water scrubber, the upper part of the water scrubber is provided with a first outlet communicated with the inner cavity, the lower part of the alkaline scrubber is provided with a second inlet communicated with the inner cavity of the alkaline scrubber, the upper part of the alkaline scrubber is provided with a second outlet communicated with the inner cavity, and the water scrubber, the alkaline scrubber and two adjacent alkaline scrubbers are communicated through connecting pipes.
Compared with the prior art, the purification system of nitrous oxide can effectively improve the purity of nitrous oxide through two times of water washing and multiple times of alkali washing, and has higher stability.
Meanwhile, when the alkaline solution in the alkaline tower is replaced, the proper alkaline solution can be ensured to be always in the alkaline tower, so that nitrous oxide remained in the alkaline tower can be ensured to be stably treated, the stability of the nitrous oxide is further improved, and the nitrous oxide stabilizing agent has high practical value.
