Abstract
The invention discloses a needleless connector with a puncture outfit and a photophobic extension tube, which is characterized by comprising a connector (10), a photophobic connecting tube (20), a flow stopping clip (30), a bottle stopper puncture outfit (40) and an air inlet piece (50), wherein the connector (10) comprises a connector cover (11) and a connector base (12), two ends of the photophobic connecting tube (20) are respectively and fixedly connected with the connector base (12) and the bottle stopper puncture outfit (40), the flow stopping clip (30) is arranged on the photophobic connecting tube (20), and the air inlet piece (50) is arranged in the bottle stopper puncture outfit (40). The product of the invention avoids the potential safety hazard caused by pollutants generated by multiple punctures of rubber medicine bottle stoppers, and can prevent the photophobic medicine liquid from absorbing light energy under the common illumination, and from generating reactions such as decomposition, oxidation and the like, so as to cause the change of medicine molecular structure and even generate toxic substances harmful to human bodies.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a needleless connector with a puncture outfit and a lightproof extension tube.
Background
In clinical practice, most medical departments generally use a syringe with a needle for adding and extracting medicine liquid, and the syringe is used for injecting or extracting medicine after a steel needle punctures a corresponding part of a medicine bottle or directly punctures sealing rubber of the medicine bottle, so that medicine adding and medicine suction are realized.
However, the products currently on the market have the following disadvantages:
1. the syringe with the needle can be added with medicine through acupuncture, and due to the fact that the rubber medicine bottle plug is punctured by the needle for many times, pollutants and rubber scraps of the needle can enter liquid medicine and enter a human body along with the liquid medicine, and therefore great potential safety hazards are caused to the health of patients.
2. For some liquid medicines needing to be protected from light, the product can easily absorb light energy under common illumination in the process of pumping or adding medicine, and the reaction such as decomposition, oxidation and the like can be generated, so that the molecular structure of the medicine is changed, and even toxic substances harmful to human bodies are generated. If no effective light shielding measures are taken during the production, preparation, storage, distribution and infusion of the medicines, the medicines often cause the following adverse reactions and serious and even life-threatening adverse reactions besides affecting the treatment effect
Accordingly, there is a need for new techniques and apparatus to at least partially obviate the above-mentioned problems in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to at least partially solve the above problems in the prior art, the invention provides a needleless connector with a puncture outfit and a light-proof extension tube, comprising a connector (10), a light-proof connecting tube (20), a flow stopping clip (30), a bottle stopper puncture outfit (40), and an air inlet (50), wherein the connector (10) comprises a connector cover (11) and a connector base (12), two ends of the light-proof connecting tube (20) are respectively and fixedly connected with the connector base (12) and the bottle stopper puncture outfit (40), the flow stopping clip (30) is arranged on the light-proof connecting tube (20), and the air inlet (50) is arranged in the bottle stopper puncture outfit (40).
According to an embodiment of the invention, the needleless connector with the puncture device and the photophobic extension tube further comprises a stopper puncture device protective sleeve (60).
According to an embodiment of the invention, the needleless connector with the puncture device and the photophobic extension tube further comprises a one-way valve (70) arranged in the connector (10).
According to an embodiment of the invention, the connector is a luer connector.
According to the embodiment of the invention, two ends of the light-proof connecting pipe (20) are respectively bonded with the joint seat (12) and the bottle stopper puncture device (40).
According to an embodiment of the invention, the stopper piercer (40) is non-transparent.
Compared with the prior art, the product structure of the invention can avoid potential safety hazard caused by pollutants generated by multiple punctures of the rubber medicine bottle stopper in the medicine pumping and adding process; in addition, the photophobic liquid medicine can be prevented from absorbing light energy under common illumination, and the photophobic liquid medicine can be prevented from generating reactions such as decomposition, oxidation and the like, so that the molecular structure of the medicine is changed, and even toxic substances harmful to human bodies are generated.

The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present disclosure is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present disclosure, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a needleless connector having a puncture instrument and a light-shielding extension tube according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the needleless connector with a puncture outfit and a photophobic extension tube of the present invention may include a connector (10), a photophobic connection tube (20), a flow stopping clip (30), a bottle stopper puncture outfit (40), an air inlet (50), a bottle stopper puncture outfit protective sleeve (60), and a one-way valve (70).
More specifically, the connector (10) comprises a connector cover (11) and a connector base (12), wherein the connector cover (11) covers the connector base, and the connector can be a luer connector. A one-way valve (70) may also be provided in the fitting (10) to ensure one-way flow of liquid, preventing flow.
The light-proof connecting tube (20) is a non-transparent light-proof tube, for example, a brown silicone tube, or a silicone tube with an opaque film such as an aluminum film arranged outside, so that the liquid medicine needing to be protected from light can be prevented from being exposed to light. For example, these chemical solutions absorb light energy under normal illumination, and undergo decomposition, oxidation and other reactions, resulting in changes in the molecular structure of the drug, and even the generation of toxic substances at both ends, which are harmful to human body, and therefore, it is necessary to protect from light. The two ends of the light-proof connecting pipe (20) are respectively fixedly connected with the joint seat (12) and the bottle stopper puncture device (40), and can be bonded by an adhesive for example. In addition, a flow stopping clip (30) can be arranged on the light-proof connecting pipe (20) to control the flow of the liquid medicine.
The stopper piercer (40) is provided with a piercing needle for piercing a rubber cap of the vial to access the medication. An air inlet member (50) may also be provided in the stopper piercer (40) to facilitate access to the medication. The construction of stopper piercers is well known in the art and is therefore not described in detail. It should be understood that unlike typical piercers, the stopper piercer (40) of the present invention may be non-transparent, such as being made of a non-transparent plastic. Therefore, the medicine liquid needing to be protected from light can be prevented from being exposed to light in the medicine taking process, and a better light-proof effect is realized.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the needleless connector with the puncture outfit and the lightproof extension tube can also comprise a bottle stopper puncture outfit protective sleeve (60) to protect the puncture needle of the puncture outfit and prevent the puncture needle from polluting or accidentally injuring a user.
The working principle of the device of the invention is as follows: the bottle stopper puncture outfit punctures the bottle stopper and enters the liquid medicine, and is connected with the connector of the product through the needleless injector with a screw, and then the flow stopping clamp is removed to pump and add medicine.
