Abstract
The invention discloses a transverse reinforcing rib structure of a dental model base support and a manufacturing method thereof. The invention has the advantage that the transverse reinforcing ribs are added to reduce the integral deformation of the tooth mould, thereby being beneficial to ensuring the manufacturing precision of the tooth socket.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of oral medical treatment, in particular to a transverse reinforcing rib structure of a dental cast base and a manufacturing method thereof.

Furthermore, the dental arch wire also comprises a dental arch wire, and the dental arch wire and the reinforcing rib are in an A shape.
Through the technical scheme, the invention provides the dental cast base transverse reinforcing rib structure and the manufacturing method thereof, and the additional transverse reinforcing rib is adopted, so that the deformation of the dental cast is reduced, and the manufacturing precision of the dental cast is favorably ensured.

and adding at least one transverse reinforcing rib at the position of the left side and the right side of the dental base support corresponding to the maximum strain, and integrally forming the transverse reinforcing ribs and the dental base support to obtain the final dental model.
