Description

Enhanced scanning method, device, equipment and storage medium
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of biomedical signal processing, in particular to an enhanced scanning method, device, equipment and storage medium.
Background
In Computed Tomography (CT) examination, enhanced scanning is a common examination method in which a scan site with an injected drug is CT-scanned, and a lesion that cannot be found in flat scanning (CT-scanning a scan site without an injected drug) can be found.
In clinical applications, the injection of the medicament is usually performed based on a high-pressure injector, and the CT scan is performed after or during the injection of the medicament, which may be contrast medium and/or saline. In the linked scanning of the high-pressure injector, it may be the case that the high-pressure injector fails to inject the medicine. In this case, the conventional CT system mostly cancels the scanning directly, or prompts the operating technician that the high pressure injector is out of order to make the operating technician self-determine whether the scanning needs to be cancelled, but the above-mentioned abnormal handling scheme may cause the patient to receive unnecessary secondary injection of the medicine or radiation irradiation.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an enhanced scanning method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment can be applied to the situation that whether the enhanced scanning is continuously executed or not is automatically judged when the high-pressure injector is abnormal, and is particularly suitable for the situation that whether the enhanced scanning is continuously executed or not is automatically judged when the high-pressure injector stops injecting the medicament due to faults. The method can be executed by the enhanced scanning device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the device can be realized by software and/or hardware, and the device can be integrated on various devices.
Referring to fig. 1, the method of the embodiment of the present invention specifically includes the following steps:
s110, in the linkage scanning process of the high-pressure injector, if a trigger event of the abnormality of the high-pressure injector is monitored, a medicament monitoring result of the injected medicament at the scanned part is obtained.
The high-pressure injector linkage scan may be an enhanced scan in which the high-pressure injector is linked with a computed tomography system, may be an enhanced scan in which the high-pressure injector is linked with a magnetic resonance imaging system, may be an enhanced scan in which the high-pressure injector is linked with a direct digital radiography system, or may be an enhanced scan in which the rest of the enhanced scans are implemented by injecting a medicament based on the high-pressure injector, which is not specifically limited herein.
In the linked scanning process of the high-pressure injector, that is, in the enhanced scanning process, if a trigger event that the high-pressure injector is abnormal is monitored, particularly a trigger event that the high-pressure injector stops injecting the medicament due to a failure is monitored, a medicament monitoring result of the injected medicament at the scanning site is obtained, and the medicament monitoring result of the injected medicament can be presented in various forms, for example, the amount of the injected medicament, the presentation state of the injected medicament at the scanning site, and the like, which are not specifically limited herein.
It should be noted that the medication monitoring result of the injected medication may be the medication monitoring result of the injected medication at the scanning site, because the same medication monitoring result may have different effects on different scanning sites and needs to be distinguished.
S120, according to the medicament monitoring result of the injected medicament, whether the subsequent enhanced scanning result of the scanning part meets the preset enhanced index or not is judged in advance.
When the high-pressure injector stops injecting the medicament due to a fault, whether the injected medicament can support subsequent enhanced scanning or not can be judged in advance, that is, whether the subsequent enhanced scanning result of the scanning part meets a preset enhancement index or not can be judged in advance according to the medicament monitoring result of the injected medicament, and the preset enhancement index can be preset according to clinical enhancement requirements.
This has the advantage that it can be determined whether to continue performing enhanced scanning on the scanning portion according to the determination result, so as to avoid the following situations: 1) the injected medicament can support the subsequent enhanced scan but the enhanced scan is stopped being performed on the scan part, which causes the subject to receive unnecessary secondary medicament injection because the medicament injection of this time misses the optimal scan time; 2) the injected agent cannot support the subsequent enhanced scan but the enhanced scan is continued to be performed on the scan site, which may cause the subject to receive an unnecessary radiation dose because the result of the enhanced scan cannot meet the clinical requirements.
Therefore, on one hand, when the high-pressure injector stops injecting the medicament due to failure, before deciding to continue or stop executing the enhanced scan on the scan part, whether the injected medicament can support the subsequent enhanced scan can be judged in advance, and the decision to continue or stop executing the medicament is made according to the judgment result, so that the risk of receiving repeated medicament injection or extra radiation dose for the examinee can be remarkably reduced. On the other hand, aiming at the high-pressure injector with a fault, the enhanced scanning device can automatically judge whether the subsequent enhanced scanning is influenced, the qualification requirement of an operation technician can be obviously reduced in the automatic judging process without the participation of the operation technician, the condition that the examinee is injured due to the misjudgment of the operation technician is avoided, and meanwhile, the automation degree of clinical work is improved.
And S130, if so, continuing to perform enhanced scanning on the scanning part.
If the subsequent enhanced scanning result of the scanning part can meet the preset enhanced index according to the medicament monitoring result of the injected medicament, that is, the reconstructed image obtained after the enhanced scanning is continuously executed can meet the clinical enhanced requirement, the enhanced scanning can be continuously executed on the scanning part, so that the examinee is prevented from receiving unnecessary secondary medicament injection. On the basis, the operator can also be prompted on the scanning interface that the current high-pressure injector is abnormal, but the scanning process continues to be executed.
Optionally, if it is determined in advance that the subsequent enhanced scanning result of the scanning portion cannot meet the preset enhancement index according to the medicament monitoring result of the injected medicament, that is, the reconstructed image obtained after the enhanced scanning is continuously performed cannot meet the clinical enhancement requirement, the enhanced scanning may be stopped being performed on the scanning portion, thereby preventing the examinee from receiving unnecessary radiation dose.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, in the linkage scanning process of the high-pressure injector, if a trigger event of the high-pressure injector abnormality is monitored, whether the subsequent enhanced scanning result of the scanning part meets the preset enhanced index can be judged in advance by acquiring the medicament monitoring result of the injected medicament of the scanning part and according to the medicament monitoring result of the injected medicament, and the enhanced scanning is continuously executed or the enhanced scanning is stopped to be executed on the scanning part based on the judgment result, wherein the process is completely automatically executed by equipment. According to the technical scheme, whether the enhanced scanning is continuously executed or not is automatically judged when the high-pressure injector is abnormal, the risk that the examinee receives repeated medicament injection or extra radiation dose can be remarkably reduced, the qualification requirement on the operation technician can be reduced without the automatic judgment process participated by the operation technician, the examinee is prevented from being injured due to misjudgment of the operation technician, and meanwhile, the automation degree of clinical work is improved.
On this basis, an optional technical solution, according to the medicament monitoring result of the injected medicament, judges in advance whether the subsequent enhanced scanning result of the scanning portion meets the preset enhancement index, and specifically may include: and judging whether the subsequent enhanced scanning result of the scanning part meets the preset enhanced index or not in advance according to the dosage of the injected medicament. In which, according to the clinical data, the injected medicament can support the subsequent enhancement scan when the amount of the injected medicament reaches a certain level, in which case, the amount of the injected medicament is more excellent in the effect of the enhancement. For example, for a certain scan site, the first dose may enable the subsequent enhanced scan result to meet the initial clinical enhancement requirement, and the second dose may enable the subsequent enhanced scan result to meet the optimal clinical enhancement requirement. Therefore, after the dosage of the injected medicament is obtained by monitoring the high-pressure injector, whether the subsequent enhanced scanning result of the scanning part meets the preset enhanced index or not can be judged in advance.
Of course, there may be many specific implementation manners of this step, for example, first, it is determined in advance whether a subsequent enhanced scanning result of the scanning portion meets a preset enhancement index according to a numerical relationship between a dose of the injected medicament and a preset medicament threshold of the scanning portion, where the preset medicament threshold may be a dose of the medicament preset for the scanning portion, and when the subsequent enhanced scanning is performed on the scanning portion based on the preset medicament threshold, an increased scanning result obtained by this step initially meets the preset enhancement index, that is, the subsequent result may be initially supported for viewing and diagnosing, and this preset medicament threshold may be the first medicament dose in the above example.
Aiming at the numerical relationship between the amount of the injected medicament and the preset medicament threshold value of the scanning part, for example, when the amount of the injected medicament is more than or equal to the preset medicament threshold value, the subsequent enhanced scanning result meets the preset enhanced index; of course, when the amount of the injected medicament is smaller than the preset medicament threshold, the subsequent enhanced scanning result does not meet the preset enhancement index.
In the second example, whether the subsequent enhanced scan result of the scan site satisfies the preset enhancement index is determined in advance according to the numerical relationship between the dose of the injected medicament and the expected dose of the injected medicament at the scan site, where the preset dose of the injected medicament may be a preset dose, and when the subsequent enhanced scan is performed on the scan site based on the preset dose of the injected medicament, the optimal enhancement effect may be obtained, and the expected dose of the injected medicament may be the second dose in the above example.
Aiming at the numerical relationship between the amount of the injected medicament and the amount of the predicted injected medicament at the scanning part, for example, when the ratio of the amount of the injected medicament to the amount of the predicted injected medicament is greater than or equal to a preset ratio threshold, the subsequent enhanced scanning result meets a preset enhancement index, for example, the ratio of 90ml of the amount of the injected medicament to 100ml of the predicted injected medicament is greater than 80% of the preset ratio threshold, and the subsequent enhanced scanning result meets the preset enhancement index; of course, when the ratio of the amount of the injected medicament to the amount of the medicament expected to be injected is smaller than the preset ratio threshold, the subsequent enhancement scanning result does not meet the preset enhancement index.
An optional technical solution, according to a medicament monitoring result of an injected medicament, whether a subsequent enhanced scanning result of a scanning portion meets a preset enhancement index is judged in advance, which specifically may include: and judging whether the subsequent enhanced scanning result of the scanning part meets a preset enhancement index in advance according to the pixel value of the interest region in the reconstructed image of the scanning part. Wherein, the purpose of the enhanced scan is to increase the contrast between the scanned region and its surrounding region in the reconstructed image, that is, to increase the contrast between the region of interest in which the scanned region is located in the reconstructed image and the non-region of interest surrounding the scanned region, the region of interest may be a blood vessel. Illustratively, taking the enhanced scanning in which the high-pressure injector and the CT system are linked as an example, when the medicament injected by the high-pressure injector reaches the scanned part following the blood vessel flow, the CT value of the reconstructed image of the scanned part is higher than the CT value of the reconstructed image of the scanned part when the medicament is not injected and the CT value of the reconstructed image of the surrounding part of the scanned part after the medicament is injected, so that the contrast between the CT value of the reconstructed image of the scanned part and the CT value of the reconstructed image of the surrounding part is enhanced. Therefore, according to the pixel value of the reconstructed image of the scanning part, whether the subsequent enhanced scanning result of the scanning part meets the preset enhancement index or not can be judged in advance.
Specifically, after the enhanced scanning is started, the enhanced scanning data is reconstructed in real time, when a trigger event of abnormality of the high-pressure injector is monitored, whether a subsequent enhanced scanning result of a scanning part meets a preset enhanced index or not can be judged in advance according to a numerical relationship between a pixel value of an interest region in a reconstructed image before and after a time point when the trigger event is monitored and a preset pixel threshold value, wherein the preset pixel threshold value can be a pixel value preset according to clinical historical statistical data, and the corresponding reconstructed image meets the preset enhanced index preliminarily.
Optionally, taking enhanced scanning in which the high-pressure injector and the CT system are linked as an example, according to a computed tomography value of an interest region in a reconstructed image of a scanning portion, it may be determined in advance whether a subsequent enhanced scanning result of the scanning portion meets a preset enhancement index. Or, specifically, when the CT value of the region of interest in the reconstructed image is greater than or equal to the preset pixel threshold, the enhanced scan may be continuously performed on the scan region; otherwise, the enhanced scan may be stopped from being performed on the scan site.
